Some of us are just satisfied with the taste of the food itself without any real seasoning needed. Whenever I cook a hamburger, I only use a little salt. Tastes fine to me.

If your food is absolutely delicious, you want to eat more of it. Makes it easy to go over on calories.
But if your food is bland and unappealing, its easier to maintain a deficit because you just become uninterested in eating in general.
It could also be because people just don't know how to cook. Or all of the above.

Recipe Thread
>Chicken Stir Fry
400g Chicken Breast (diced)
Cauliflower Rice (5 cups / 1 packet)
2 Large Eggs
1 Broccoli Floret, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
5-6 Cloves Garlic (Diced)
Paprika / Chili Powder / Garlic Powder
1-6 thai chilis (adjust based on spice tolerance)
>Preparation
1. Cook lightly beaten eggs similar to an omelette in a large pan, flip and then set aside.
2. Cook cauliflower rice in 1 tbsp sesame oil, season with salt, chili powder, paprika, cook until it starts to brown, set aside.
3. Pan fry chicken breast in 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil on high heat. Season with paprika, salt, chili powder. Set aside.
4. Pan fry broccoli, red pepper, garlic, chilis in 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Add 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp onions sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, bring to boil, let boil for 30 seconds.
5. Mix cauliflower rice, chicken, egg (break up) into the veggies, mix well and let heat for ~1 minute.
6. Serve.

I eat half and the save the rest for lunch. If you're a light-weight, divide into 3 or 4 servings as needed.
