Do you have fashionable parents?
Yeah
I would smack them in the mouth if they dressed this dumb.
>>18093995No fun allowed.
>>18093727lol no. my dad's every day fit consists of:>graphic t-shirt >jorts>the white dad sneakers, you know the ones. with white gym socks too>baseball caphe looks like a jackass but he's happy with it, God bless him.
>>18094164lol
>>18093727God, I wish. They’re top notch folks, but they don’t look like Pixar characters like these two
No, they wear this.
>>18093727Mom yes, dad no. But my dad is /fit so he doesn’t need to be /fa to mog the other 60 somethings in our small town
>>18094164>he looks like a jackass but he's happy with it, God bless him. There's a lesson here. This man dresses like utter shit but he was married and had a kid, and I would bet my life he has friends are happy to have him around and look forward to their time together, a decent paying job and an overall positive outlook on life. Then there's us, who probably look ten times more fashionable but are also ten times more miserable, fixating on every imagined flaw in our bodies, fits, and personality. Awareness is not a gift. I am happy for your father and envious of him, have a beer with the old man for me.
>>18094387If you're /fit literally all you need to look good is a clean T-shirt, straight jeans, and decent shoes. That's it. A good physique transcends fashion to the point of making it irrelevant. Sure you can be in great shape and dress fashionably, the reality is you simply don't need to. Rick Owens and Karl Lagerfeld were right.
>>18094414The counterpoint to this are the countless threads, and stories, and videos of men realizing they look like shit when they were dressed or living like >>18094164 's dad and deciding to improve their image. Gym or diet, hair cut, beard trim, daily grooming routine, new wardrobe, new accessories. And surprise they've given themselves a second wind and suddenly women are interested when they don't look like maga boomers or some incel troll living in their parent's basement. This bored wouldn't exist if there were no obvious benifits to loving fashion and looking good. And everyone could be happy while being over weight, wearing in crocs, pajama pants, and a marvel t-shirts they bought out of walmart.
>>18094414>Then there's us, who probably look ten times more fashionablePFFFFFFFFFFFT AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
>>18093727my boomer mom has unsanforized selvedge denim, $60,000 furs and shit. she used to own a high end boutique all through the 80s and 90s. i still have the signage from it, it was aesthetic as fuck. my boomer dad wears walmart jeans and shirts that look like a dishrag. he was very aesthetic before he had kids though.
>>18094164I swear this fit ages men, once they start down this road. The backpain , balding, and weight follow.
>>18094619i swear his neck looks longer every time that picture gets posted
>>18093727Not really. They spruce it up a tad for church and social events, but apart from that they are going for comfort more than anything else (think crocs and the like).
>>18097826That pic is shoooped
>>18098757Yeah they made it shorter.
>>18093727no my dad had it before i was born, he had a divorce and lost itmy mom use to to be stop as so as i was born
