He also gets stronger at a much faster rate than pure blooded viltrumites as he is still in his infancy compared to them and is being pushed hard between the constant fighting and actually being trained by Cecil in his off time. There's also only 50 Viltrumites in existence so that makes a win against them more believable later down the line.
