I used to respect Nickelodeon. Nickelodeon used to be my inspiration. But now Nickelodeon has fallen so much that Nickelodeon just needs to die.
>>143323486Cold take.
>>143323486Stop being emotionally invested in brands.Nickelodeon will die on its own time through its own incompetence. You don't need to sit around actively wishing and waiting for it to happen.
>>143323486>image is from All That GlittersI love that episode
>>143323486Entertainment needs to die. Thankfully, it is.
>>143323486>I don't have what I want.>So I would rather have nothing. This is how you think.
I have wanted Nickelodeon dead for nearly eight years now. They are probably the most soulless network out there right now, plus their ways of running business have been flawed for over two decades now. It's a miracle for the company that SpongeBob and The Loud House are as active as they are, honestly.
>>143323486Grow up and take on real responsibilities instead of pining for a children's tv channel.
>>143323770>The most soullessDoesn't it kind of seem like they're the least aggressive though? CN and Disney love shoving shit down your throat but at least Nick lets the few cartoons they air to be cartoons and aren't obnoxious in that regard. Usually. (Yes I'm aware of that one nick jr thing)
>>143323811They don't have the guts to be aggressive anymore, but that's because they're so lacking in talent that they've reached homeostasis.
>>143323719It's not that i don't have what i want, it's that Nickelodeon has been doing so poorly and making such dumb decisions that it has been affecting not only their shows but also the employees who create new ideas for them only to shut them down and ruin their careers in return. And that's not even mention all the poor souls who got abused, mentally and sexually, in the live action side of the business, especially kids.
>>143323770
>>143323798This coming from someone raging at a reasonable poster for having problems with how a once respectable business is fucking up everything? This is /co/, over 90% of this board revolves around cartoons for kids. Where do you think we are?
>>143324201Based conspiracy theorist.
>>143323625This is true. We've been sold the lie that IPs matter more than talent. The truth is that when something gets popular the talent behind the scenes becomes more disposable longer it goes on .
