Why are there so many vitamin b's and how much does it matter for me to get the daily amount of all of them?

Everytime I check online people always say it's better to get vitamins through your food or that supplements are useless. Problem is I guess I'm too lazy to plan balanced meals

I do eat well most of the time and deliberately try to eat braunschweiger because it's a tasty way to get a lot of vitamins and minerals because yeah, from food is better
Just into eating liver and liver-based foods
Americans used to eat, on average, 1lb of liver a week back no one had allergies and played outside in the sun all day

We actually have control groups for that, the Amish and the Mennonites
They eat raw milk, live as close to a 16th/17th century lifestyle, don't get vaxxed, work and play in the sun all day
And their health and lifespans are great, no allergies, less cancer, practically no heart disease
It's why the Amos Miller case is so important
