>>8153640ive been doing this a bunch of times. wrote you a wall of text initially, but the whole lora training game changes every 15 minutes anyway so heres some general thoughts.if youre fine with faceswaps, just look up roop.if you want to train an actual lora or embedding, generally you use kohya_ss for training, which is a piece of shit unless you happen to be on a high-end windows configuration and nvidia. you dont want to use collab or cloud solutions for opsec reasons obviouslyyou need at least 20ish images for decent training results, really good results you'll get with 50-100. these images need to have good resolution, ideally whatever the model usually generates or higher, so eg SDXL youll need 1024x1024 or equivalent with a given aspect ratio. you also need variance in poses and shots, so some profile photos, some full body photos, and so on. this is even difficult for celebrities, surprisingly, but its not the end if you have to use images slightly below model resolution.use wd14 moat for basic tagging, its the best in my experience, especially with pony you dont need much else. the less images you have, the more you should bother with manual captionsfor the training, follow some guide with settings, they all state different shit because nobody knows what they're doing, unironically. it comes down to trial and error and learning by doing unless you already know what youre doing somewhat.
