I don't understand why I've troubles doing this variation of Queda De Rins. My shoulders are not weak(1pl8 OHP). Yet I have troubles lifting my other foot off the ground at the end of the movement.

>inb4 "this doesn't belong here"

You don't really need your shoulders much.
Its practically leisurely except for the slight core workout.

Not sure what you could be doing wrong.

maybe I know.
Consider the following: What angle is your elbow at?

maybe start with a baby freeze to play with the feel of the balance
>>
consider this picture too
you can put your elbow in a lot of different places
you can also put your upper body on the ground in different ways

See if you can change the balance between the weight on your head and the weight on your arm. (don't bonk) Doing this might change the rest of the balance in ways that give you ideas

oh wait is this a video of you?

My elbow is at the second angle.

>>23661
Practicing that right now.

I noticed I was able to move my other leg after moving the hand that's at the opposite of my head a little more inside. Why? And how come the guy in the OP webm can do it without doing that and while keeping his hands and elbow locked in the starting position

Thanks anon btw

Hi,
Is anyone here able to perform UFOs?

I can do one armed elbow lever. But for some reasons when I try to spin and move my hands to do UFOs, I lose balance quickly instead of doing a circle. What's the secret?

Should I try to master jackhammers(pic related) before attempting UFOs/crickets?
>>
>>42291
can you do cockroaches - the one where you walk in a straight line with elbow levers?
>>
because if not, you might be having a hard time switching from stab to stab. Little vibrations in the system build up quickly.
