I forgot the name of theory and who proposed it but some folks smarter than I have ran the numbers and came up with something like the chance of winning the jackpot in the lottery thousands of times in a row. The idea is basically that it must have taken a conscious act of creation to create those replicators in the first place, or the environment necessary for them to come about.
