While oat milk is more or less 10% by litre, usually without additives. Now oat milk has probably pesticides residues in it though, but almond milk too since the industry often add other cereals in the mix. imho oat and rice milk taste better than industrial dairy. Been using oak milk for a while as an alternative to milk/cream. I think it tastes good but wouldn't be surprised if its just as goyslop as dairy or onions milk.
It is a known fact that rinsing or soaking oats and removing the waste water from soaked oats is a way of making the oats more digestible. It removes lectins and anti nutrients. Lots of commercial products containing oats involve soaking them first. Some clever business men decided to make money from this lectin filled, poison waste water instead of dumping it into rivers. Hence the creation of oat milk. Stupid zoomers bought into it being a health food and here we are today - Retards paying top dollar to poison themselves.
