I live in a small condo where we use a shared wifi configured by the landlord (he lives here too). But my connection is always shit, even though he says the data plan is 500mb (this is , my download speed goes from 0 to 3mb, and I constantly have problems even to browse the internet, which is weird because there are only like 8 people living in those apartments.
