Anoshiras from SSSS Gridman is smelly, but cute.
I think Miyuki from Tokyo Godfathers might be smelly because of a lot of scenes where other citizens are holding their breath around her, but that could be because of one of the other two homeless people she hangs out with or even just the one guy. Probably a good assumption to say she is, though.
I feel like I know more, but that's all that pops into my head besides maybe Futaba Anzu from Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls, but I don't know if that's just fanart of her portraying her as smelly or if it's actually part of her character.
