I have a PAL PS3 Super Slim, so the PS2 Classics emulator on this is hardcoded to run at 50hz. I need that 60hz American goodness

Mate there's no adaptor that's gonna solve this. I hacked my PS3 to run in NTSC mode and my TV supports 60hz, but the PS2 Emulator on the PS3 is hardcoded to run at 50hz. Plus the PS3 has a hard drive in it, whereas me PS2 doesn't

That doesn't change the software dude. The PAL ps2_netemu.self is HARDCODED to send out a frame every 20ms (ie 1 second/50).

You want thinking harder? How about some maths? Even if you force a 60hz video signal, the software will produce this on a 60fps game due to the softwareborne framepacing issues:
Frame 1: 33.33ms
Frame 2: 16.67ms
Frame 3: 16.67ms
Frame 4: 33.33ms
Frame 5: 16.67ms
Frame 6: 16.67ms

And so forth. Do you want me to calculate the input lag 60 to 50 back to 60 will introduce for each frame, too?

Forgot to mention (not for you, faggot, but for anybody else reading), these frametimes are just for the frames that are ultimately drawn—the frequent jumps to 33.33ms are because every 5th actual frame is OMITTED altogether.
