Many cheap gas scooters have the inside of the body at the front serve as the fuel tank. When it hits a car, the front breaks open, spilling gas onto the hot engine/exhaust.

Preventing it is about the same as with any other lithium battery, such as those in phones and laptops. Don't charge and discharge it too fast, and don't subject it to physical shock. If the battery is swollen, properly dispose of it immediately. When you see the smoke, it's already too late.
If it happens spontaneously, and you were using the product like you were supposed to, it's a quality issue.
>>
>>4157431
It's not organ harvesting though, it's for the chinese slave market and it's a by-product from the one-child policy and their pension system (which if you don't know is that non-government workers won't get a pension and has to rely on their kids + savings until their death). Either way looking at all these videos, imagine that the number of kidnapped kids in China was roughly 12-15x more than it is nowadays just two decades ago, and the police doesn't do shit because you know.. commies and corruption goes hand in hand. Not to mention newborns are even stolen from maternity hospitals, with employees and doctors of a medical institution involved.. such a sick country.

A lot of escalators in China are very poorly made and the top platform will give out, exposing the treads recirculating back down. If someone gets caught the motor will pull their body in and crush them. Iโ€™ve seen a few videos of it and itโ€™s pretty brutal.

>what is China
It's a civilization that hasn't hit the reset button in ~3000 years. It's easy to judge from the comfort of a representative democracy that's institutionalized the concept of overthrowing the government, but this is why it's so valuable to live in a system that prioritizes the ability to change. Here Anon, this is quite long but it's incredibly informative and the guy does good research:

China really is so fucking interesting. No other nation on earth has ever faced such carnage on a regular basis. For the last 4000 years China had 10 to 20% of the entire population killed every ~100 years. You have to remember that for most of human history China made up 40% of the entire worlds population so having 10 to 20% of that population die regularly would be like if Europe decided to have a WW2 once a generation.

Here's an interesting fact for this thread: brick fraud goes back to the ancient world. Many ancient civilizations had official brick inspectors who were held liable for accidents caused by low quality brick production. Brickmakers in ancient Rome were required to stamp bricks with seals stating the name of the brackyard and the year of production; if the bricks failed, the brickmakers were held responsible. Anyway, the same fraudulent techniques you see in these videos were being employed thousands of years ago, even if the material and scale is different.

An escalator can never break, it can only become stairs.

>>4158340
If I remember right, the dude was cleaning that industrial vat. It's used to hold some flammable chemical which I don't remember, and it's emptied before those hatches can be opened. He generated a spark (probably through static electricity) which ignited the flammable gases in the vat. Then the burst of flame exploded out of the vat, and the force of the gas explosion shooting out of the vat was enough that it disintegrating the guy.

Ultimately the dude died because chinks have really lax safety controls. The vat shouldn't have been opened until it was flushed with inert gas and even then, he shouldn't have been near the opened vat without grounding equipment.

Disintegration to the point of vaporization takes a LOT of power. Most likely he was lodged in the roof/piping overhead. If there was any dismemberment at all, his arm and possibly head would detach from the torso, nothing more.
I've seen tank mines strapped to a guy's chest for an execution video and there were still large chunks remaining, including a recognizable torso.

Are these houses designed to codes and to hold real people or are they more speculative property investments that crumble apart after a decade?
>>
>>4158640
iirc they were built to meet some government housing goals. they will never hold people.
>>
>>4158640
I've heard they were built to create dependencies in foreign markets for political reasons. (Specifically, I've heard they were built to capture the steel market; I think China uses something like 40% of the world's steel supply.) I don't know if that's true or not. It could just be good old fashioned corruption; the Chinese government leases all property, so these ghost cities could be a shady as fuck way for the government to generate revenue for itself.

I've once heard it say that's it basically the problems of feudal china, today.
In the past, governors came from foreign places, didn't give a fuck about the local lifestyle, and just wanted to get as much cash out of the locals as possible.
Well it's basically the same thing, but what's profitable today is rezoning farmland to high-density residential areas and getting paid fat stacks by construction companies in order to give them the government contract.
Old problems, new style.

The evolutions of Rome, Russia, Britain, and the US each represent a paradigm shift in the social contract; a key change in the reason people participate in the machinations of the state. The social, economic, and political institutions of the CCP are another new coat of paint over the same underlying philosophy: the Mandate of Heaven that has defined that subcontinent for millennia. The people are subject to the state simply because they always have been.

Gas explosions in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
Is the closest I found to a recent western european/american one.
That being said, it could probably be argued that a lot of industrial jobs have been outsourced to poorer countries with more lax safety laws, so... it's something to consider.

Mexico isnt the West as most consider it
The term "the West" isn't based on geographic position per se, but upon standard of living/European roots
Aka America, Canada, Australia, NZ, Western/Northern Europe
typically Latin American nations are not considered a part of "The West"
basically any first world nation that isn't Japan/Korea/Singapore/etc

I'm really amazed at how they can even have a society
>>
>>4160593
Their laws are to blame for that, most countries seem to have some kind of "good samritan" laws in effect, but if you lay a hand on someone in china in an attempt to help them in any way, you are locking yourself in to their wellbeing by law in some way, so it's shit like needing to be part of footing medical bills for some stranger or getting your ass sued by the other person after everything is said and done, in fact there has been rackets of little old women acting like they need help crossing streets whom if you attempt to help will immediately get police involved and try to get money out of you.

As much as the international community has made fun of america for being "Sue happy", china is pretty much the de-facto hellhole of legal nightmares, and it's only aided in stunting their social experiences, as you can be sure a lot of the times you see people just walking around someone hurt or a corpse, it's definately because no one wants to get involved because their asses will be on the line.
