I'm not really referring to the order of your sets, but what a player new to the season should expect. Going 0-25 the first day is something that exclusively tankers do, and you do not want to be at an elo with only other tankers. As to what elo to sit at, I find that it doesn't really matter. You should be able to go 4-1 on command up to around ~1700-2000 elo depending on how resilient your team is to bad leads. I drift from 1000 to 1500 depending on what rewards are available.

Sure. While you're ranking up you only have to win x amount of battles (See picture). Even though it isn't visible, your ELO is still being tracked from 1-20, you just don't see it until you actually hit 20. So the idea is to win the bare minimum amount needed until you hit 20, that way your ELO is already in the dumpster.

Although there are some subtleties to it; If you're tanking right at the beginning of a season then you'll want to win *slightly* more than is necessary so that you don't run in to the other optimized sweaty tankers.

Idk, you might be better off in Catch Cup. Every time I try to break through ace rank in Master League I get clobbered by lvl. 50 Zacian/Xerneas, Lugia/Giratina, and/or Dialga/Melmetal. Sometimes I'll hold my own, but I wouldn't call it particularly good for wins. I'd almost recommend going 10 or 15 straight losses so that you'll drop to ~1500, then you'll be much more likely to get easy wins in either cup.

It's really tempting for what it offers. Personally, I have not spent any money on it but if you're only interested in just spoofing around your local area for shit and just bandwagoning off popular raids which are in the free version there's no need to pay. The free version also comes with a catch modifier to make all your throws count as excellent and even bypass a pokemon having autism attacks and spazzing the fuck out of attacks but there's also a lot of neat things that's behind the $5.
It's up to you at the end of the day if you want to dump the 5 dollars on it though. Try it for a month if you get the chance and see how much use you get out of the premium features.

I would suggest making a google account for ease of access. I know some modded versions of games have strokes if you try using Facebook but the workaround for it is to disable the Facebook app on Mumu and download chrome off the play store. Google always seems to just work whenever I try modded game linking.
