The setup is basically like this:
You bring a Jumpluff holding a flame orb next to Luxray with Guts holding WP. Luxray protects and Jumpluff sets up tailwind turn 1.
Turn 2 the Luxray teras into psychic. Jumpluff uses fling onto Luxray, since it's super effective now, triggers WP. When you fling a flame orb, it has a 100% chance to burn, so now you have a Luxray with Guts, with a burn and a weakness policy activated.

Problem? The most common pokemon in the entire format right now is an incredibly fast ghost type, and some of the other mons that are very common are all dark types. All that, to set up a Luxray of all things, a mon with such an infamous terrible TM move pool that one of your best moves is Spark. For all intents and purposes, yes, it works. But doing all that work, just to set up a Luxray is pretty retarded when you can literally do the exact same set up with something like a Hariyama or even Ursaring. Hell, Ursaring you could do it with, and instead of using a WP, you could use an Eviolite and have a burn at the same time as being far more sturdy with a better move pool. It's still terribly bad to tera psychic for basically any mon that isn't Armarouge looking to do big damage with expanding force, but yeah.

Small percentage of an drop item being "null" or "none", once that appear in result screen and exit, game crash. I guess "none" was suppose to be TM materials but none of the paradox pokemon have them. They did not learn from last time and didn't even playtest before release.

What dont you get about it. Just make the team sheet on Showdown and just do the math for EVs, use Hordes for getting to 252 and save vitamins and wings for more specific spreads. Use Bottle Caps for IVs since you can buy them now.

IV just get cap bottles. EV you can just buy the respective medicine, they're not limited anymore , if you have the money, which you should since auto tournament is a thing. The only problem would be either changing the Terra type or finding the appropriate stats to level up too.

With Mattie Morgan winning a regional with pelliper driven palla balance I imagine it could be worked well into a palafin/pelliper team. Slow speed control procs defiant slower which breaks a lot of king gambit and annhilape and allows for my d-nite to beat them after a bulldoze, especially tera fire. And like I said the speed control is a tertiary benefit, it is designed to break glimorra and chi yu, however that doesn't mean you're wrong that eq may be beneficial. I had experimented with eq first and felt the damage difference wasn't there for my team (This ting lu has little attack investment). Yes I know I have options for icy wind, but I don't think I want to try slotting it on flutter for this team, the sub is often far more valuable than you can imagine. I think that my team can benefit from possible speed control on bundle, it could buy flutter subs or attacks as well as moving things under arcanine and dragonite's speed tier. However I am going to try blizzard bundle and see if that additional offense doesn't provide me more favorable match ups. While encore isn't as directly beneficial as I imagined, I was hoping to use it to success pinning opponents to freely veil or sub, it is still a powerful tech.

Also, this is not an amalgamation of anyone's team, as I've expiremented with this team for a month it has been constantly drawn and redrawn by me, yes I have been watching the meta, so I have influences, but this is all my attempt at balance. It may not appear to you to be your style and it may not be as good as I imagine, but it is purposeful and built with intention.

that's literally where having more BP is far more important, having high attack investment doesn't really matter if it's gonna be something like 120% or 160% damage to something, but at low attack investment it's 20% - 30% difference of damage to a kingambit without risking giving kingambit a fucking defiance boost. "control procs defiant" isn't exactly a thing when it has access to a priority move and/or fire ape. you never want to intentionally proc defiant unless you have some mirror herb shit going on, giving two of the most premiere sweepers a +2 damage boost for a measly -1 speed when they are tanky motherfuckers is never a benefit which is why it's far more beneficial to use earthquake. you have so many venues to slot in icy wind that it makes little sense why you wouldn't, if you really want speed control.

Irregardless to Wo-Chein, I don't know much about it as I haven't really played it. I think assault vest would chien is awesome however I don't know if it's the safest call for your team. I didn't necessarily have an answer for it directly, it's a hell of a monster. I like the idea od a redirection Wo-chien but nobody seems to utilize it like I imagine. Obviously stall seed and av are actually way better than most give credit (largely cuz it just has so many tough match ups this meta), but I feel like protect, rage powder, giga drain, snarl has serious potential for wo chein sets, but I haven't done calcs and I don't really know. I bet redirection is nice on your team, but as an av ruin user myself I think I have an idea of some of the bulk you may be conceding to accomplish that.
