Not super confident in my gen 5/6 picks. Its a three way tie for Krookadile,Carracosta and Scrafty. For Gen 6 its a tie between Tyrantrum, Pangoro and Clawitzer. Gen 4 was the hardest to pick here. While I wouldn't call it the worst gen in terms of average quality, nothing jumps out to me as the best.
