Here, I fixed it for you OP

GSC/HGSS is missing a Ground specialist, while also having two Fighting specialists. Making Chuck a Ground-Type Gym Leader resolves this, and also fits his theme perfectly. Ace could be replaced with Donphan if preferred, but I think Quagsire fits the beach town setting more.

Bronius of the Seven Sages is now the Gym Leader of Lacunosa Town. He was brought in to protect the people of Lacunosa Town.

Depending on your version, the Champion is different. In B2, Drayden is the Champion, while Iris is in charge of Opelucid Town. Opelucid Town no longer has a Gym. The roles are reversed in W2. Their teams are also slightly different to eachother.
