It has a fantastic ability, and all it needs to be from sword and shield would be 5 extra points in speed and 20 in spatk. What about abilities? Hyper cutter can still get attack nerfs via burn, power swap and other shit. Or, it could use a rework like making it buff cutting/slashing moves.
