I'm a frogfag but I think each season should have its own ace and team, I just like Greninja. What I don't like is that his life seems a little lonely and miserable in the forest. My biggest hope was that he had a few Pokemon friends to hang out with, showing that he's like Ash, always making friends. He can still have the duty of protecting the forest from the vines, but there can be some levity and friendship in his life.
