>>50782327That's correct, but there are other things to factor. Sometimes you get them from Battle Point goals. Sometimes events award one or two of them. Sometimes you get them from rolling. Sometimes you have enough of the lower level power-ups to convert them. Sometimes a banner will give you a few for rolling in it. So there's other methods, just as slow, to get these power-ups. But the bare minimum for one trainer, using only what the stadium gives you is 18 per month. But thanks to diminishing returns, the most stadium power-ups you should give a trainer is 10.

Silly new player question; it is suggested that you don't finish the main story immediately because it triggers a pull opportunity for the Kanto Sygna Suits, but I got far enough to unlock stadium and probably already triggered it a while back. How far do you have to go to unlock co-op? On the side, any reason to hoard the regional 5 tickets once you have enough of them to pull?

Striker eggmons in particular are bad because you'll usually have a better option in terms of dealing damage, Eggmons also don't have access to grids or other boosts like 6EX. However, eggmons that provide support are actually worth keeping since they can provide a team with a very specific assist they need, such as setting whether or maybe raising crit. Also, any eggmon without 3 passive skills is junk, and you should trash it until you get one with all its passives.
