Evolved pokemon especially stage 2s should all have low attack costs at this point. In exchange for the effort of evolving and the deck slots the trade off should be ease of attacking with them. The V and Vmax should be the ones with 3+ energy costs where charging them up is their setup. Something like a Luxray needing 3 energy to attack is just ridiculous at this point.

Why is no one playing Arceus V(Star) with Zacian V and the Bronzong mechanic? It is surprisingly strong, you have 2 ways to quickly get pretty much all of your energy cards on the field and you can freely move them around in any way you need.
