man i thought the tower of saviors endgame was annoying at times but this game REALLY goes out of its way to make playing as unfun as humanly possible. every team requires characters or equips from collabs that will never be ran again (or that NA never got) or seasonal events that happen once a year and are bad to roll in as a new player. certain enemy spawns deep into an endgame dungeon can render your team useless and waste all of your effort and time. coop is not an option because it apparently doesn't activate super awakenings.i just have no idea how to even progress, i rolled saphira and all the transforming submarines from the pcgf but it doesn't mean shit because i'm missing too many subs and equips. really feels like my only means of progressing is logging in daily, doing the gift dungeon and logging out until a worthwile banner drops

(Royal Oak isn't for some reason, but he's not as good as the other four so who cares.) I'd suggest trying for at least one of those - building an optimal team for them takes some work, but the sub monsters for those teams are a lot easier to roll and/or replace than the leads. The OPM collab machine is kind of mediocre too.I think you can save the secret code / friend code / username for that account and restore it later after reinstalling if your next set of rerolls sucks and you want to go back to this one. Pretty sure there's guides out there on the reroll process, they're probably old but I don't think anything has changed since then.

Over the past 3-5 years Gungho got around to adding some welcomed QOL features and have been gradually buffing older monsters, giving them new equips and evolutions so they aren't completely useless either. Just by playing over time you'll grab monsters to make good teams even as the meta changes, as long as you manage magic stones well. Then there are all the collabs it gets, so that helps attract people too.>And is it even worth playing this late?Newcomers have a hurdle to get past in learning about all the mechanics, but with all the QOL changes and the state of powercreep, a newcomer can get some monsters that'll ease them into the gameplay. The downside is that endgame dungeons will require you to pull up a guide but at least it means everything is well-documented in written guides or videos. The main gameplay is PVE so you can ignore meta/tierlists (which focus on clearing endgame dungeons) and go at your own pace, use your favorites, clear shit as you get used to the mechanics and new monsters release. Endgame is easier for spenders but not impossible for F2P. Plus the monster designs are great, you'll probably find some that appeal to you. TLDR: I think it's worth getting into. Don't stress over meta or how your progress is to other players.

For future reference if you go to your box and organize it by monster points it'll give you a rough idea of what's trash and what's not. Anything 3,000 MP and more means it's from the rem only but if it's only 100 MP that means it's something farmable that you can get for free. Now if it's worth 50,000 MP or more then that means it's super rare and that will usually tell you that it's good but don't be fool there's ALOT of good stuff that's only 5,000 MP also. It's not fool proof but it'll give you a good idea of what's what while you learn the game more. And lastly don't sell your monsters for Monster Points, we get lots of MP for free and selling your monsters for that reason is a waste.

Boba fett as a rainbow leader swap 7x6 candidate seems good. He brings double immunity (blind and poison) or double 10c for double damage cap, plus he has a 50% damage shield on a 5 turn cooldown, plus the usually full board clear that all rainbow subs seem to bring. I never got that good leader swap unit from dragon quest collab so I would love a fett.

Fast forward I make the team but before I get a chance to try the team I trade for Darth Vader and I only get rid of 1 of the Kylo because I have to keep 2 for my amazing meme haste cross team. So after I get Darth Vader I take them all into a dungeon and it turns out he's not a fucking haste but a god damn anti haste and it's the absolute shittiest thing ever. Now I'm fucking stuck with this shit since I already traded for the Vader and I got rid of stuff that I could of kept to trade for something else and it's just one big shit show. And then I don't even think StarWars is ever coming back either so I doubt that there'll be something to trade for later and even if it did come back I doubt what ever new 8* that comes with it I'll even want since all I really cared about was Vader and I don't want to sacrifice another 3 good trades with the 2 Kylo's. So basically I'm just stuck with this shit and now I'm going to probably get fucked on a trade later in the future since I got ride of the double Fagan and Enchiladas.
