So my wilder mythic is looking to be either Tasi, Lyca or Saurus, whichever I pull another copy of first. Graveborn is tricky though, Shemira seems strong but I've already mythic'd 2 mages already so a third might be a bad idea. The only other graveborn I have copies of is the dual sword guy and he hasn't done much for me.

What do you guys think?

Both Tidus and Skreg are good. Skreg stuns enemies and knocks them back, his ult makes him immune to crowd control, enemies close to him deal 40% less damage to him, etc. Overall, he's a strong tank.
His furniture buffs are also great. With 3 pieces of furniture, allies that are on the enemy side of the battlefield get a 20% attack rating increase and 25% damage reduction. 9 pieces of furniture lets them recover 100 energy points every 3 seconds, provided they're on the opposing side of the fight.
Needless to say, he has good synergy with Tidus.

Tidus is a killing machine, with abilities that make him target and relentlessly attack them until they're dead, and snowballing from there. His major issue is that he's squishy at the beginning of a fight, so if you don't want him to be oneshot, you need to invest either in Skreg or Anoki, or field him with a hero that can protect him until he gets the ball rolling.

So, the patch notes for 1.60 just dropped on the test server. We'll be getting two new heroes, Raku for the Wilders and Peggy for the Lightbearers.

Aside from that, other big changes include;

For reference, this is Peggy's kit.
I might have been too harsh on it at first: with some healing, multiple stuns, and the ability to debuff enemies' Haste and accuracy, there's a lot that she can do.
At a glance, though, it seems like she'll need some heavy investment to shine. 30 SI will probably be a must, as well as 3/9 mythic furniture. Without them, her guards might be wiped out too quickly to be useful. This is just speculation, though.

You're usually better off buying upgrade stones, but I think it's okay to get mythic gear if you're one piece of equipment away for completing a set. Still, it's usually a waste of coins compared to upgrade stones.
If it's dimensional gear, then the guild shop is the only decent F2P option to buy it, so you should pick it up when you can.

I'm kind of at a point where I have no idea what comp I'm going for. Sitting at 24-52 and most of the time I'm just tossing Daimon/Izold/Ainz/Rowan into the field with either Tasi or Talene to support depending on the fight.

With the Swap scroll coming up after I complete this chapter is there any easy swap I should make to make either Daimon or Ainz the focus of my team? Izold or Gwyn seems like the best swap option as they're both sitting at +20 and 5/9 and 4/9 respectively.

As you come up to the 240 level cap and your main team ascended, that's a good time to start considering the multi-fights you'll be facing in the future. Stage 31-4 you'll need two separate teams ready, Stage 31-60 you'll need 3, 32-60 you'll need 4 teams, and 33-32 you'll need 5 separate teams capable of beating that stage.

As was said, you already have several good heroes that work as the lynchpins of their own teams - Gwyn comp, Izold comp, Daimon comp, and Ainz comp. Eventually you'll need a fifth team too, but for now start thinking about how you'll split up these star heroes in their own teams. Who else should you ascend and gear up to join them? You are still several chapters and many months from your first multi-fight, but it's never too soon to start planning. Pic related was posted a few threads ago. It might give you some ideas.

Am I missing something about this new event? We've killed all the initial midbosses, and are about to kill the first gate boss, but so far I've only gotten 2 fusion crystals for my units, so I'm barely able to progress.

What is the main use of gold after chapter 25?

Before then, I only bought purple dust and eventually poe coins with gold, and my total gold was continuously going up. Now I started buying purple/gold emblems for SI with gold, and my total gold is trickling down each day. I can't tell if I'm shooting myself in the foot by continuing this or if that's the best use of gold. Does resonance crystal upgrades start to cost significant amounts of gold later, or is dust/EXP always the limiting resource?

Im in chapter 30 and do daily rewards twice and shop refresh once, and never reset bounties. There's a guide somewhere about when it becomes economical to do 1 daily rewards, 2, 3, etc.

For shop refreshes, it's recommended to do two a day but I only do one. Eventually the dust wall comes back hard around level 380 I believe so any dust you can get is worth it. Can't level up if you don't have the dust.

Shop refreshing once a day is 15,000 dust and 7500 POE coins at the cost of 3k diamonds, so 3-7 fodder a month. Definitely worth it just for the POE coins.

Factional gear is split between the 6 equally, so there's no reason to focus on celepo. In fact, since you'll have more 4faction heroes than celepo, it's better to not choose celepo. As was said, focus on your carry's boots (or weapon if your carry already has factional boots). If your carry has both factional weapon and factional boots already, get the boots or weapon for your second most important person in your team (Rowan, Talene, etc.). If your carry and main support have boots and weapon, then get a third piece for your carry. That's my suggestion, anyways.

Is there a consensus on Peggy yet? During my trial, she was an absolute monster, matching Ascended Saurus in boss hunts and doing #2 damage, #1 healing, and #1 tanking in dismal maze in my Ainz/Rowan team. However, like Saurus, I couldn't get her to work in campaign.

I'm thinking about swapping my old dimensional fodder Nemora for Peggy, even if it's just for bosses, LB tower, and formats that don't heal between fights like lab, voyage, and peaks. She's a lot of fun.

I don't doubt she'll be useful again later, but I'm betting I can get her back to A long before I ever start trying to build her again. I'm only 1 Tasi off of A, so Nemora will fit back into my tavern wishlist no problem. For Eironn, I only need 2 more copies (have 3 E+), and Daimon already has all 4 E+. I'm not worried about them. Lastly, Lyca has 2 E+ copies, so she'd benefit the most, but I wouldn't waste my scroll on just 4 pulls. Objectively speaking, I think Lorsan would be the smartest choice, since I need 6 copies and he's used against bosses and later for Thoran Cheese.

You don't really need to invest in Lorsan, he mainly exists for his link skill which works almost identically regardless of ascension level, E+ is fine, a very low priority hero. Only really worth ascending for pvp burst comp so you get access to his furniture. I wouldn't +30 Arthur as your 5th hero either, but your first 4 choices are pretty much spot on. Heroes like Daimon or Eironn have a higher +30 priority. Next you'd probably want 30+ heroes like Thoran, Izold, Skriath and Oden in no particular order. Looks like you got it mostly figured out already anyway.

I think that's a good list, but I would never do it instead of what I've already done. In Ainz comp, Rowan's SI is essentially worthless. Ezio always ults first. With the potion, he ults first faster. Without it, he still ults first. It makes no impact at all on the fight. However, Albedo's SI gives Ainz +45% damage. If it took 3 ults to win before, now it only takes 2. That makes a huge impact on the fight. Until I can replace Ezio, I'd place Albedo's SI 30 above Rowan's 10 out of 10 times.

Now if I had Windbinder, I'd probably place Rowan's as the most important even for Ainz comp, but I can't get that until I pass stage 29-60, and by then who was first doesn't matter because you're on your 4th, 5th, or 6th SI 30.

Shem is a good carry until the 240 level cap. Since you're already almost there and weren't overleveling her regardless, it's fine if you swap her, but that may end up crippling your GB faction tower progress. As for who to get, you have a lot of choices. Saurus won't help your campaign, but he's the best hero in the game for boss fights, both guild and almost every twisted realm boss. Since you're already building Eironn, you want the windy chicken to finish the foundation of 5Pull (you just need Skriath's 3/9 to make it work). Daimon, the "dead zombie boy" you mentioned, is a solid hero who becomes a carry for his own team, Daimon comp (check out >>386686 and >>386696). Starting with Chapter 31, you'll need to have multiple teams ready to fight (2 teams for 31-4, 3 teams for 31-60, and so on up to 5 teams for 33-32), and hitting level 240/Chapter 25 is about the time to start considering and working on those extra teams. Izold is another good carry for his own team (see >>386681), but he needs tons of investment (SI 30 and at least 3/9), so swapping him would set you back more than it helps right now.

Since you only have 1 copy, swapping for Saurus, Daimon, or Skriath would benefit you most by saving you 5 summons. Safiya and Tidus are 2 other heroes that would help you finish building 5Pull, but they rely on Skriath and Eironn working together to pull the entire enemy team into a tight clump for their aoe damage to slaughter them. However, I don't see a single copy of either of them in your list.

Lastly, and this is my real suggestion, consider not swapping anything yet. Your best choices won't have the impact in campaign right now that you're probably hoping for. I think you'd be better off starting to build towards end game teams now, and save the scroll for some essential pull you just weren't lucky enough to get a good amount of.

I don't have Arthur yet. I'm still one store reset off. As for Rowan, I use him pretty often - mostly with Talene, since his healing potion gives her an instant res. The current fight is a bitch though, with top right instantly dying in the first second regardless of who I put there, so I'm trying Brutus. Brutus/Talene/Rowan/Queen/Nara are all interchangeable for the 2 extra slots, and then I just shuffle them around until something works.

I agree completely, which is why I did him second despite my campaign team. Duckboi is a miracle worker. While I think there are circumstances when someone might want their carry or carry enabler to get the first SI 30, Rowan should never get his later than second.

As was said, it's a waste of resources. You used 2 E+ fodder to make leg Izold and 2 more E+ fodder to make leg Nara and 2 more to make leg Ferael and 2 more to make a L+ Isabella. With 8 E+ fodder, you could have saved them until you had 2 E+ copies of a GB hero, then shot him straight to mythic and unlocked his SI, which makes anyone more useful. Instead, none of them are close to M. Since you're almost to lvl 240, ascended heroes are your big goal now, so it's even better to save 2 L+ fodder and 2 E+ fodder to be able to shot someone straight to A as soon as you get 4 E+ copies of someone. Rosa, Cel, Hend, Est used up 8 E+ fodder together. That's almost enough to have shot someone up to A, but now each of them are 8 more fodder away from it. The 4 fodder from Gorvo/Respen could have been used to get Lyca or Tasi to M+, only a step from A.

It's not wasteful as in you lost something, since you'll probably ascend most of them eventually, but it is wasteful as in slows you down a lot. I'd recommend focusing foremost on the heroes of the main team you want to use (look up late game and end game teams to get an idea, like the pic in >>385712), then the heroes you use for side game modes like faction towers and bosses, and then focus on making other campaign teams from those heroes used in the side modes and whoever else you might need for them.

Try to overlap as much as you can. For example, Tidus, Skriath, and Safiya are often used with your Eironn and Lyca in 5Pull. Tidus, Skriath, and Safiya are also good in mauler tower, while Eironn and Lyca are good in wilder tower. Rowan is good for most end-game teams, LB tower, and bosses. Ferael and Daimon are good for GB tower and you can later use them with Rowan and Tasi in Daimon comp.

It's all just recommendation though. We'll make fun of you for being wasteful, but you can obviously play however you want to play without always trying to be optimal all the time.

I'd purchase that since it's one and done, but stuff like "King Arthur: $100" is just insane, especially when I can just get him for free from actually playing the game. It's $5 for 300 diamonds, 400 dust, and 24 hours of afk dust. I get more than that daily for free. The actual purchase offers kill my motivation for buying them more than anything else.

The only thing I'm even considering is Gwen's baller skin, but that's only because it looks amazing and I do want to contribute some money to a game I enjoy this much. Even the "buy a dimensional for $10 instead of spending the resources" sales are probably the most cost efficient yet still not worth it to me, since the resources are still just free stuff I'll get back later.

On these new T3 stones, they're actually pretty bad, right? Like my T2 int boots give 2700 ATK (1500 + 1200), and with the T3 stone, they'll still just do 2700 ATK, no more faction bonus. At most, my attack goes up 2% from the hero exclusive attribute. This is a huge step down from T1->T2, which was 300% attack bonus (900->2700), gave dodge (288->378), etc.

It seems like the only good thing about them is that I can give any int hero a 5* T2 faction bonus gear piece by throwing on them now, regardless of faction, for things like bosses or towers.

Actually, I read that pretty wrong. +2% ATK on my current Ainz is +2660 ATK, so basically double and it'll only go up from there as he levels up. True bonuses of T2 -> T3 int boots for Ainz are

At least they did it properly. By that I mean anyone can go back and redo any of the challenges whenever they want, and there is enough randomness and complete systems to give the people who enjoy those types of games exactly what they're looking for. There's even a leaderboard to compete over. I have 0 fucking interest in Bejeweled or any of its knockoffs, but I'll give them some props for doing it properly and not some slipshod attempt.

I noticed the same thing about Arena of Trials. After the hero's Bountiful Trials ends, they keep the entire field available as Arena of Trials for people to play around and test with. Each battle lets you test different compositions and how that hero works with them. The enemies respawn. It's a nice little tool to help new players figure out unfamiliar heroes, rather than something we do once and never see again. Not every hero has one yet, like Safiya just has the single-battle island, but once they've done a Bountiful Trials it stays as a flushed out and re-useable testing ground. They only way to make it better is to allow testing SI/furniture compositions, but it's not meant to be a late-game tool.

18k for 1 random elite is a massive rip-off. Save them for when new dimensionals come. You want 80k for when they release 2 dimensionals simultaneously again so you can save on your actually useful resources.

Used for buying new Dimensional heroes first and foremost. I've played 6, almost 7, months now, and I haven't gotten close to cap for hero coins despite only using them for exchange. Of what's available in the shop, purple soulstones are the best value per coin. However, they are really slow in coming, and you need 40k to exchange for a new dimensional like the upcoming Prince of Persia. Most collabs do x2 dimensional heroes at once, meaning you need 80k, and you definitely do not earn 80k hero coins in the 60 days from event start to finish. I highly recommend you save up those coins only for dimensionals if you plan on being f2p. In the worst case scenario, if they slow down dimensional releases and you hit cap at 200k hero coins, then you can buy some purple soulstones and still have a reserve ready.
