So I've been playing for about a week and I'm stuck in stage 9. Only E+ tanks I have are light bearers and my whole team is just getting melted. The winning formations I've looked at all have L+ heroes but I've heard you're better off sticking to fodder heroes for lv 100 to 160. My carry is 140, tank is 120 and everything else in my top 5 is 115. Not sure what to do

If you level up Luc, you're in danger of getting ascension locked since you don't seem to have even a third copy yet, let alone a fourth. That will leave you lvl capped at 140. As a fodder hero, Mirael can easily go up to L+, which will make your lvl cap 160.Gwyn works as an alternative for 2 reasons. First, you already have 4 copies. You are 100% set to take her up to L+ (and already set to take her past that, to M and M+). Second, Gwyn is a solid carry, something you should start to consider at some point early on (although she might not take-off until later in the game. I'm not sure). Other than Gywn, there are other carry choices like Shem, Belinda, Daimon, and Eironn. Personally, I went with a Shem carry, who kicks off starting with lvl 161 (Mythic), but she slows down around chapter 25. Daimon and Eironn are probably the strongest carries and work in late game. Gwyn can also take you into late game and shows up in meta comps (see pic related. It's a little outdated but still valid).If you're interested in a Gwyn carry, ask someone like >>302859 on when she starts and who you want running with her early on. If you aren't interested in a Gwyn carry, just level up Mira instead and take your time selecting one after you've learned more about the game.
