I think the problem with bulma is the few categories she's in, ptp goku is already starting to age so you're left with power of wishes and earth bred fighters which I don't see them getting new leaders in a long time (it takes 2-3 years to get a new leader for anni categories and we just had back to back earth bred fighters leads)there's still the hope that new categories will include her though
