If you were 1700+ last season you will start at 1600.1450 if you were between 1500 and 1699.1350 if you were between 1375 and 1499.1300 for anything below that.Then if you didn't play ranked last season, but you have an arcade account, then super star ~ grand master will put you at 1450.1350 if you are rookie ~ star rank.1300 if you are beginner rank.Though I doubt that many people who actively play arcade skipped last season for this to matter that much.
Also I think maps rotate the day after ranked? That's weird but also kind of funny. So the first day of ranked will just be on this rotation, and then mystery bag maps the very next day.

The significantly larger block cooldown time on pine makes it the worst block setting move considering the number of times you can actually take advantage of 4 blocks in a row, and that bombers can clear 4 blocks in a row with the same effort as 3 blocks. Melon is a character who has a large block set cooldown but the way protect blocks work change how bombers have to clear it. Pine takes a large cooldown just to it cleared by a single pierce or 5 bombs set in the correct order.
