an observation about VST: enforcer's shield should have a very small cooldown rather than none at all.having no cooldown means that at high levels of attack speed a quick tap of the button can cause the shield to change states multiple times, causing a lot of jank and annoyance when trying to change stance.

RoR is running in slow motion when I boot it through RoRML, anyone have any ideas why? Only mods I have are the latest version of SS + SS Lost with the usual flags. Game runs fine when booting without the modloader.

So I've dicked around with Potmobile for a full three-four minutes and I have questions already.
