I could make them glow the same color as Nemforcer's visor, but I wouldn't be able to retract them since this is just a skin over Nemforcer's existing skeleton. His hammer bones don't quite have the bones to have retracting spikes.

Excessive knockback physics is due to the physics system freaking out since they run on an old/unfinished movement system that's completely separate from the one that every other character/enemy uses, probably causing something similar to Merc splatting.
