It seems like with Rim War, since in order for a raid to happen it has to actually travel to you, whenever the storyteller wants to generate a random threat, it just makes a manhunter pack, or occasionally a drop pod raid, leading to crazy numbers of manhunters and elevated numbers of drop pod raids. Is there some setting that can be changed, to make that not happen and just have normal numbers of manhunters and drop pods?
