Can any real high tier PvM nerds explain to me if the nu Fsoa would be way inferior or not?Yes, I only play using revolution and do mid-hight tier content like rax, nex, purple dino and gw3 and I never cared about using auto attacks with mage, since I am a melee and ranger player. Someone a few threads ago asked about osrs pet chance and dry streaks.Well, the current zilyana rank 1 on the hiscore has 30k kc, 3500 over rank 2 and 9k over rank 3 and 4 is currently dry for the pet. He doesn't have it.The pet is 1/5000 so he's 6 times over rate. That's 99.75% chance to have gotten the pet already or 1/403.71 occurrence. 1 in roughly 404 player is going to be as dry as he is grinding for zilyana's pet.

The other day I asked myself a question. How rare is osrs's tbow compared to hexhunter bow in rs3? For osrs the answer was pretty straight forward. What's the average time of chamber of xeric, what's the average number of points a player would expect and what are the drop rates. After doing a lot of research on forums and videos, I conclude that the average player's chance to hit the rare drop table is roughly 3.46% and the chance to get a tbow from that is 1/35.5 or 2.898%. Which means that the tbow has roughly 1/1000 chance to drop for the average player. Finding how long a raid last is the hard part. It seems that without a tbow, the times vary between 50 minutes and 2 hours depending on the layout and skill of the player. Assuming perfect runs of exactly 50 minutes, a tbow would take on average 831 hours or 2000 hours for 2 hours runs. This varies a bit because a player who can consistently get 50 minutes run would likely get more points and by consequence receive a tbow faster, but it would still be a several hundreds of hours grind....This was the easy part. For rs3, there are a lot more factors that makes the average jump a lot. Soulgazers have a 1/1.5m chance to drop the bow but they also have a 1/50 chance to spawn their elite version which have a 1/1500 chance to give the bow but also a 1/1500 chance to spawn the super elite version which is guaranteed to give the bow. This is the equivalent of having 2 separate rolls at the bow per elite. But you can also increase your chance to get an elite. I'll cut it short but the grind is expect to take as long as 250 hours to as short as 25 hours depending on a lot of factors.Price comparison for the tbow vs last guardian vs hexhunter. At current rate the tbow would be worth 15b to 16b gp in rs3 gold. Last guardian would be worth between 400m to 500m in osrs gold. Hexhunter would be worth about 55m in osrs gold.TLDR: Tbow is rare and expensive... (thanks Sherlock)

It's also never started but I imagine that the Spear of Annihilation was originally the Siphon, which is how Bandos ascended, and at some point he lost the staff and the tip was buried in Warforge! The power of the Siphon is the ability to transfer and combine anima, it also happens to be a powerful weapon. I like to think Kerapac's posession of the Mirror also comes into play. He could make a weaker duplicate of the Staff, maybe this was necessary whenever his time echoes get created. I kind of wish Jagex hadn't forgotten he had the mirror and told us that Echoes of Kerapac were a combination of the Needle's power to rewind time and the Mirror's ability to duplicate things.
4taa would be fixed if they just made it so all combat styles fire off auto attacks during ability casts as well. They already proved they could do it with FSOA.

My guess is that either the reddit lapdogs or Jagex doesn't want an alternative runescape reddit sub to grow because they cant control the narrative there. And that makes sort of sense from Jagex's point of view because who knows what the alternative sub might turn into? For now its seems perfectly reasonable but mods come and go, and who's to say it couldn't be taken over by someone who goes full retard against Jagex?
