Lily, not even her real name (never revealed I think) was the princess of some country, along with her brother. Both of them survived. She was born in a cave and lived there with him and a few retainers until humanity prevailed and it was safe to leave. At this point a malevolent entity (think of Angra Mainyu from F/SN) possessed her brother and turned their retainers against her. It figured out that the siblings have special crystal powers, with which it could achieve immortality. It eventually beat Polca and separated the two of of them and made Lily into a sex toy for 1k years and assassin on the side. Polca later merged with a prominent human (her main form as seen in pictures) and started the events of Demons Roots. The villain is basically the end product of humanity sacrificing countless children to the Inverse World Tree, believing that it would bless them and free them from the cycle of constant disasters (not only the Demon invasions). They kill him.

She had survived this however which is important for later.in the prison part louise is framed for a crime to get sent into prison, the town she is in is attacked by assloads of assassins who she slaughters but not before they mortally wound her friends who try to get her to escape before they die. Louise learning of the death of her friends enters a catatonic state and due to the absolute lack of witnesses to what fucking happened she is blamed for what happened I think for for losing control of her magic. Louise doesn't defend herself and she is sent to prison where a collar is put on her that permanently seals off her magic and she just sort of hangs out in her cell for a while until she meets blue hair loli. p1

A note on hscenes in the prison section, throughout the prison there will be points where Louise has to win hard fights or be raped these are not game overs though so afterwords its all "well that sucked lets go" also about the suicide squad section how it works is that you play through one part of the prison and then have a flashback and play through one part of the squad section. p3
