It's a move that cover 2/3 of the screen and the only thing you can do is block it or 6p, fast characters can contest it on the air, but the majority cannot. If you 6p from half-screen away, there is no conversion. If you try to use other moves that are not 6p it will probably whiff because Baiken's hurtbox when jumping is small and she jumps higher than normal.
