Casually playing TOS would go against my nature. I love to try hard and min / max, it's what makes hard games fun for me. However TOS is so hard in the limitations of what you can a day that even if I went full NEET mode on it I can't compete. I even ran multiple accounts just to get strong and in the past it worked, but I still lost to whales which was heartbreaking, not to mention events and glitches that I didn't get to abuse like others. That all said in single player games that are equally grindy / hard I can go min / max and have a great time. I get the same dopamine from them as I would from MMO's. You can probably guess that I don't play these games for the social aspect. Meaning a guild or people will not keep me in the game at all, unless they are equally motivated like me and pull together to a common goal with same kind of intensity. In other words if I join a guild of lazy people, I want to separate quite quickly and I'll see them as a drag. That sounds horrible, but if you consider the context of what I said previously I hope that makes sense. If they are equally motivated, then I'm one of the most loyal rope pullers a guild can have.
