Bad things about TOTK:- non linear open world- weapon durability- fragmented narrative with the exact same structure like in BOTW (playing out in the past AGAIN)- bad camera which makes dodging a guessing game and flurry rush is inconsistent- 152 copy pasted shrines with the same design, loading screens, textboxes everytime- 100 copy pasted caves with a frog in them everytime- 58 copy pasted wells- reused side quests (shield guy) and mini-games- underground is just a dark, inverted overworld map- reused bosses- sky islands are always the same repeating pattern everytime- getting all skills at the start of the game makes the game lose it's freshness and feeling of wonder pretty quickly- companion ghosts are clunky and make link feel less like a legendary hero on a solitary journey- no triforce- ultrahand feels like a chore- no feel of progression - the game goes on and on with more tasks of the same- no dungeons (no, activate these 4-5 switches don't count)- not enough music on the overworld- after about 25 hours into TOTK you saw everything the game has to offer and it's just about doing the same things over and over again, but the game takes about 100 hours to complete, making A LOT of people lose interest and not finishing it
Zonaite for autobuild, large zonaite for battery upgrades, diamonds for money, and rare monster bits for armor upgrades. Especially dragon parts. If you want to duplicate stuff, those are what you should prioritize before updating.
