Viper at Cedar Flags Magic Mountain Edition>What is this thread? Why are there two generals?/rcg/ was initially created as a way for the roller coaster enthusiasts on here to discuss all things roller coasters and theme parks. While roller coasters are the main focus of these threads (and the title of the general) there is also discussion on other theme parks, their rides, as well as the parks themselves and trip planning too. That's where /tpg/ comes in.>Can I talk about Disney/Universal parks in this thread?Absolutely! Disney discussion of all sorts including rides/resorts/dining/trip planning is OK.Pro of the Thread Tip: Time to get your last rides in before the parks close for the offseason and before parks decide to shut down your favourite ride. >>2574737Has anyone gone to amusement parks in SEA? I'm curious if there are any good ones in The Phillipines or Vietnam that aren't a death trap.
In all seriousness, what are everyone's honest thoughts on the SF/CF merger? From what I've seen the general sentiment elsewhere seems fairly mixed, which is understandable.
>>2574799I think it makes sense, it'll be good for both companies, and while I think we'll get a little less in the way of new coasters every year, I think they'll put a little extra effort into landscaping and making the parks look nice. They'll probably bring some nicer food to the Six Flags parks. I also don't think they're going to start calling them Six Flags Kings Island or anything like that. Some of the parks Six Flags owns just have "A Six Flags Park" in small print under the name, and I think it's more likely that's what we'll see. I'm optimistic about this.
>>2574799It's a hail mary and I don't think it will work
The Runaway Mine Train at Six Flags over Texas is a great roller coaster.I just like ithttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceX9pF37qhI
>>2574835>Posting a TPR videoNo thanks bitch
So long Doc Oddfellow, you better show up sooner or later. Youre my first real icon year guy so you better pop up more.
I'm gonna be in Branson on Thursday and Friday but it's raining all day Thursday. Would it be better to do the park or the showboat on a rainy day?
>>2574859Gatlinburg>>>>>>>>>>Branson
>>2574799Corporate mergers are never good for the consumer, they almost always leads to monopolization, increased prices, lower quality among other things. I don't think there will be a dissolution of one company (ie: six flags parks operating under a cedar fair banner) as it would be a huge cost to do so, but i feel the parks may be run differently under the new banner. All we can do is wait and seeWith CF getting 6flags's IP rights there may be more crossovers in that regard, but we'll see if they shove IPs all over the place like Disney have done before.
Cheetah Hunt was my favorite coaster between Universal and Busch Gardens
>>2574916It's a fun ride but why? Velocicoaster is better in pretty much every concievable way.
>>2574866I just came back from there. Very nice area
>>2574866>>2574944As someone local to the area my whole life, there's a lot bad I can say about Branson but it would basically all apply to Gatlinburg as well. It's the same tourist trap kind of place. Although getting around Branson fucking sucks, the strip is Hell on Earth.
>>2574799i just hope they don't jack up the passes too much and the CF parks don't devolve into SF operations
>>2574835>TPRCome on anon. That aside looks fairly meh by mine train standards, too much focus on hugging the terrain, has a very flat layout without many twists and helixes.
>>2574948Exactly, you can easily walk around Gatlinburg... plus the mountains are prettier. Branson feels like there's less to do. A better comparison would be Branson vs. Pigeon Forge
>>2575002Well it may seem tame because it was the very first mine train and is the direct forerunner of modern steel coasters because it was the first to use multi-car trains. It's a classic
>>2574737Best theme parks to coom?
>>2575011Blackpool Pleasure Beach gets loads of Hen parties with slutty northern British girls if your standards are low enough.
>>2574957Apparently Cedar Fair's CEO will be in charge and HQ will be moving to Carowinds territory, so it does appear that CF will be the ones primarily steering the ship despite the Six Flags branding being prioritized. I do have faith that the TLC CF provides towards (most of) its properties will help elevate the quality of the SF parks rather than vice versa.
Does anyone have the logride app? I installed it thinking it would be clunky and worthless, but it gives me options to log things I didn't think it would, like small haunted houses near me, and shows a bunch of cool statistics about the rides Ive been on. This leads me to two follow up questions. One, who is your favorite coaster manufacturer, and two, what is your username on logride so I can add you?
>>2574838Oddfellow was a great return for icons. Dude was rad. I'd love for them to bring him back for an anniversary year where he and Jack can have a Halloween turf war.
>plays the same short tune over and over again for the whole 75minute queue
>>2575100I got it after I saw Jenny Nicholson tweet about it. Seems neat to log the stuff I've done but I don't really understand following people, you can't actually do anything with it like seeing all the stuff they've done, which parks they've been to, etc. Or is that all behind the paywall? Also fuck when is she posting the Efteling video
Going to Orlando and faking a bank statement to get the Florida resident pricing at Disney with an out of state ID. Anybody have experience doing this?
>>2575221Seems like a whole lot of risk to save a couple bucks
>>2575221if you're that poor you shouldn't be going to Disney and you should keep flipping burgers instead
about to go to Disneyland this week, which restaurants should I try? I was thinking Blue Bayou and maybe Carthay Circle or even Napa Rose but that one seems a bit too fancy for me.
>>2574799Top execs are mostly CF execs. Corporate offices are in Charlotte (and some Sandusky) which is CF’s corporate offices. Stock trades under CF’s FUN. CF shareholders get 51%. They said SF parks will get the CF treatment. But they keep the name Six Flags for the whole company because it’s more well known. This is a merger but it’s more or less CF acquiring SF and not paying for it. I’m assuming this makes the combined company the largest water park operator too.I hated it at first but I’m coming around to it. I wonder if this means Ka will get Top Thrill 2’d?
>>2574859The showboat. I don’t know what the rain protocol is at SDC but I would imagine they don’t run the coaster. Make sure not to list grandfather’s mansion. It’s easy to miss. Outlaw Run is also easy to miss because of where it’s located
>>2574859Since Old Time Christmas is running as of last weekend and it gets dark early now, it's probably the best opportunity all year to get SDC's night rides. I personally recommend trying to get a ride on Time Traveler while one of the parades is running. Whether you time it right or not, just seeing the lights in the City from Time Traveler is worth it.
>>2575312who the hell cares about restaurants in a theme park? just go to tomorrowland terrace or pizza port. the food is overpriced at any price point
>>2575350Those are literally the two worst restaurants there
>>2575007Branson has a some of the same or similar touristy stuff to Pigeon Forge but I’ve noticed that many people refer to Pigeon Forge as Gatlinburg and refer to them both as one place. So not sure if >>2574948 meant Gatlinburg proper or meant Pigeon Forge (or Pigeon Forge + Gatlinburg).
>>2574799I can't wait for Xcelerator to go down for another year again so they can paint it red and blue to theme it to Wonder Woman or some shit
>>2575312Carnation for DL. Paradise Garden Grill for DCA.
>>2575312Blue bayou is the coolest but because of its location and ambience they’ve turned it into kind of a conveyor belt as far as the menu and service go Cathay circle is better because it’s less popular the menu is more extended and the service more relaxed and personal
Valvravn retheme/collab when
>>2575333This looks nice. I noticed in August they were putting up the lights on buildings. No night rides were possible when I went as it closed when it was still daylight. Does Dollywood also string up a lot of lights in their equivalent event? We went to Kings Island Winterfest last year and it was nice but could use some more lights, they mostly just string them along edges
>>2575383When xcelerator goes down again, they'll probably remove it. It won't get the Zamperla TT2 treatment. They'll just replace it with something different.I really hope they go easy with DC and Looney Tunes but the CEO Zimmerman said that IP is important and they got 3 IPs to leverage across all their properties. That means it's coming. They've got the WB properties until 2053 and the Peanuts deal is renewed regularly. I would hate to see Peanuts go. People have always shit on it for not being relevant anymore but at least the film from a few years ago and Apple has given it some new life and it's an important part of Americana that's more appealing to me than Looney Tunes or DC comics
I did my first ever HHN this year, and I had a really good time. Have... Have I been missing out on a lifetime of this? How do you guys get through the year until the next one?
>>2575498They're opening a permanent horror-themed attraction in Vegas so you can get your fix there. Until it inevitably closes because I doubt it will work out there
What parks do you think Six Flags/Cedar Fair will keep post-merger? Probably no changes in the first year after it's approved. After that, I think they'll sell the ones owned by EPR which is Darien Lake, Frontier City and a few water parks. Possibly La Ronde but not Mexico because Mexico has high attendance. The only Cedar Fair park I see going is CGA as its fate is already sealed despite wishful thinking about zoning, even more so after the merger because of the higher-attended SFDK even if they serve different markets. Great Escape, America, and St. Louis just need some love. Speaking of love, I hope they make MM great again. Fresh coats of pain, less trash, less advertising, TC always dueling, every coaster running. Contract B&M to refurbish Goliath into a better coaster.
>>2575333Bring back the Osbourne Family Christmas dammit!
>>2575508I'm just hoping SFGAm gets a full-length coaster for its 50th.
Xcelerator reopened today
>>2575628Too bad Montezooma is still closed. Possibly for good
>>2575661I haven't given up on Montezooma. They would have removed it by now if it was hopeless
>>2575524Yeah. I’m guessing they got rid of it for the Star Wars crap but also because you could get a similar experience in a drive thru trailer park synchronized light display. SDC and Dollywood give me similar vibes, at least from photos and videos. I haven’t yet been. Without it though, I feel that WDW’s Christmas shit is weak compared to everybody else. Sea World’s is better.
>>2575628Based, hopefully it steers clear from the TT2 treatment for now. Though I'd be willing to bet that will have its own set of problems with its fast switch track, considering Intamin has yet to make that technology reliable even after multiple tries, let alone a fledgling company like Zamperla.
>>2575674If it got the TT2 treatment they’d have to remove or move the drop tower, there isn’t room for the spike. I don’t think a slower LSM swing launch would make up for the 0-82mph in 2.3 seconds
>>2575674Guessing that the train stops before launching on TT2 to let the track switch
>>2574799I just hope they don't do lazy rebrands of rides in CF parks, keep shit as isalso praying prices don't go up too much, but any time there's a merger they usually do bc they think they can get away with anything
>>2575670The fact that they haven't even brought back the castle lights is fucking pathetic.
>>2574737This pisses me off. It used to be an amazing experience and was only $75.
>>2575863Plus tip :)
>>2575863All the after hours events used to cost less than a full day ticket. Then they caught on with the GP and got priced above a 1-day ticket... and people still buy them.Having done this in the past, I wouldn't call it amazing. It's like the Halloween event but with cookies. Just decorations, fireworks, and a special parade. They don't even do the castle ice lights anymore. A lot of regional parks put on a much more impressive event and it's usually included with standard admission. It may have been worth it over a decade ago when it was much cheaper, you could unofficially get in at 4pm, and there were no lines for rides during event hours.
>>2575722They said they wouldn't re-theme but they also said they would utilize all the IPs. They said the names of CF parks wouldn't change either. The WB properties contract says it's null if they get bought but this is a merger and they're keeping the SF name. I think we'll see pricing increases as the SF parks since CF's are priced higher and SF parks are getting brought to CF's standards (that's what they said). Not until 2025 though.>>2575508Thinking about this some more and the EPR-owned parks are leased to SF who manages them and possibly doesn't even own the rides so they might not be able to sell. Still I would expect them to get out of these when they can. SF America needs a lot more than just a little love and is 90 mins from KD. Might also be a casualty of the merger. Great Escape sucks but it's also a resort and there isn't any surrounding competition. Same with Michigan's Adventure, it's close to a populated region and far from other parks plus it has a good water park and supposedly makes a profit.
>>2575871>you could unofficially get in at 4pm, and there were no lines for rides during event hoursThis. Plus they had everything up and fully functional...all rides, vendors, shops...fireworks. Riding Splash at night was magical.
>>2575871I took someone with me who HATES Disney and even they had a good time. It's sad I've been priced out.
Parks with the potential to be closed or sold:La Ronde (doing business in Canada is annoying, sits on prime real estate in Montreal)Dorney (squeezed between Hershey and Great Adventure)America (near KD, already considered the worst SF park)Michigan's Adventure (Located between Great America and Cedar Point in the middle of nowhere, hasn't gotten anything of note in almost 25 years)Darien Lake (forgotten)Great Escape (forgotten)That water park in Galveston (an outlier)One item of note is that the company will probably want to pony up the cash to buy out the investors who actually own part of all of SFOT and SFOG. SF already owns 54% of Over Texas and when the current lease comes up in 2028 they have the opportunity to buy the remainder. In 2027 the company will have the opportunity to buy the Georgia park outright when that deal comes up for renewal. Selling some of the other parks could free up capital to fund those purchases. Just speculating though. They may elect to continue operating under the current arrangement.Personally I hope Raptor gets rethemed to be Batman The Ride and Millennium Force becomes Goliath
>>2575893>Personally I hope Raptor gets rethemed to be Batman The Ride and Millennium Force becomes GoliathI hope you're jokingI agree they'll probably buy out OT and OG, it would be in their best interest. These are the core parks not going anywhere:Cedar PointMagic MountainKings IslandGreat AdventureGreat AmericaOver GeorgiaCarowindsKnott’s Berry FarmKings DominionCanada’s WonderlandFiesta TexasOver TexasThese are all great (or have the potential to be great) parks and will see the most investment. This is in somewhat descending order with the bottom being lesser than the top but the order could change based on their investments.Discovery Kingdom, St. Louis, Mexico (maybe?) and New England are probably safe. I think Dorney is safe too, it gets over 1 million guests annually despite being near Hershey and not far from SFGAdv. It pulls more from the locals (aka nobody is driving to Dorney from NY like they do to SFGAdv) and has a water park. Hard to predict how the water parks will fare because aside from finding life guards they seem to be cheap to operate and you can never have enough of them. Like SFOG has both White Water (which was Herschend's once upon a time) 20 miles away and Hurricane Harbor next to the park .Future is in doubt for the lease agreement parks they don't have an ownership in. La Rond (also for the reasons you stated), Frontier City, Darien Lake. Darien Lake is very close to Waldemeer and a park in Rochester not to mention CW, Kennywood and arguably Cedar Point within relatively short driving distance. If Michigan's Adventure is profitable they'll keep it. Great Escape is a resort and has no nearby competition. America is the worst park but still gets over 1 million guests a year for some reason so who knows. Valleyfair has no real competition aside from the tiny mall park so it stays. World's of Fun... I guess it's kinda close to St. Louis but not really. They should sell that one to Herschend. RIP CGA
>>2575916>Over TexasI hate that Fiesta Texas gets so much attention when SFOT is a better park overall, although it needs some work. The original sections of the park still have good theming and shade, but the Gotham area has zero landscaping, just flat asphalt under the scorching Texas sun. OT has the first mine train and first log flumes, it looks like a cozy place overall, SFFT not really.>If Michigan's Adventure is profitable they'll keep it.I'm sure it brings in a profit, all of them do. But they might not bring in enough money to be worth keeping around... just more mouths to feed. Michigan's Adventure hasn't had a substantial investment in so long that it makes me wonder if it's really bringing in visitors. I believe CF bought it just to cap potential competition to CP, like SFWoA (remember that one?). With Great America and CP locked up I don't see a point to it. However the land value can't be worth much. It's an ugly little park from what I've seen though.>World's of Fun... I guess it's kinda close to St. Louis but not really. It's in KC and a few years ago CF bought out the Schlitterbahn across town and closed it down. WoF already had its own adjoining water park. There is nothing else close save for SDC (3+ hours away) and SFSL (4 hours away). It's not a big park but not tiny either... I think it and SFSL are safe.
>>2575920>OT has the first mine train and first log flumesSo? Fiesta Texas has superior versions of both those ride models, and Arrow mine trains aren't exactly worth gushing about anyways (unless it's Thunderation). Not to mention the kino quarry location which two of their coasters use to their advantage.
>>2575928I don't want to go to a park that's in a rock pit personally. It's ugly, Iron Rattler is one of the forgotten RMCs, their mine train isn't really a mine train, their log flume looks soulless, and there's next to zero natural shade. I don't care about a B&M mini-dive either. Hard pass
>>2575891Do many rides are amazing at night. I'll never forget how awesome Jaws was at night.
>>2575920I don't think they bought that Schlitterbahn, they had an option to for cheap and declined due to the kid who was killed there and it never reopened. Michigan's Adventure isn't that ugly, it's got a little lake giving it a nice look. It's not close to Gurnee or Sandusky, both are over 4 hours away and there are no other parks in Michigan (SE Michigan goes to CP for sure though). If it's not profitable they'll get rid of it but I doubt anybody else would buy it. They extended their schedule for Halloween this year but it's not on next year's calendar which isn't a good sign. Maybe Palace would be interested. Or Merlin could turn it into a Legoland but doubtful since it's in the middle of nowhere... but then again so are some of the other Legolands. The limited operating season is a big negative though. WoF is in a similar position to MA but with higher attendance from a larger metro area, however, that area is only just over 2 million so it's never going to see significant investment. I was just thinking since Herschend already operates in the state, there might be some interest as they operate two similar small parks (KK and GA). They're going to need some cash. The St. Louis metro population is close to 3 million and SF St. Louis has sometimes gotten 1.5 million annually which to me is kinda impressive.
>>2575893As a Midwest fag my pipedream is WOF gets sold and it goes independent since KC has loads of money sloshing around because of the Chiefs. I miss pre-CF Worlds of Fun so much.>>2575916Herschend would be either great or more of the same. SDC/Dollywood effort and money could make the world culture areas pop with great theming, but everything else Herschend owns basically just languishes in mediocrity.
>>2575931Iron Rattler is better than New Texas Giant. Both are forgotten RMCs because they were the first conversions. To be fair, if modern RMC did the NTG conversion today it would probably rival Steel Vengeance.I don't have a horse in this race, I think the two Texas parks are comparable in terms of overall coaster quality with FT getting the slight edge. I also personally like the quarry rock wall. It will be interesting to see where all the top parks will be in 5-10 years after the merger.
>>2575939Herschend's finally investing in Wild Adventures at least. They cleaned it up, added a concert venue, and in a couple weeks are debuting a Christmas event. They're adding a campground and something to replace Cheetah that better be an RMC. They started serving alcohol too, their only park to do so. But no cinnamon bread yet. It's no Dollywood or SDC, don't get me wrong.
>>2575937>WoF is in a similar position to MA but with higher attendance from a larger metro area, however, that area is only just over 2 million so it's never going to see significant investment. It just got a new wooden coaster, before it they received Prowler (GCI woodie) and Patriot (B&M invert) before that. And it does have a decent Morgan hyper. They don't get new coasters often but CF saw fit to give them something nice every 7-10 years, which is far ahead of the investment they've deigned to give MA, and that says a lot about the financial health of each - parks that make the most, get the most.>>2575939>KC has loads of money sloshing around because of the ChiefsI cannot imagine the Hunts would have any interest in buying it back. Seems to be doing fine for a smaller park though. I find it unlikely to change hands or be closed.
>>2575976Neither of those parks make anywhere near the most, they're both lower tier CF parks with WoF fighting over the next-to-last place along with Dorney, Valleyfair, and CGA. MA being last of course. And there were 14 years between Prowler and GCI Zambezi Zinger. It's worth pointing out that CF has invested in all the lower tier parks (including MA) over the past decade plus, just not with coasters (until ZZ). Flat rides, kids areas, restaurants, seasonal events and festivals, GCI or GG re-tracking parts of their aging woodies, etc.
>>2575986>Neither of those parks make anywhere near the mostI didn't say they did. The parks that make more money get more rides, that's how you can judge the income of each park. WOF has gotten many more rides than MA has, so it clearly brings in more revenue than MA.
>>2575863Stop being poor
>>2576077this, the higher the prices the less dregs that go so honestly it doesn't bother me (because I'm not poor)
>>2576080Higher prices means less lines, thanks for the walk on rides poors

>>2576104I love killers with rules, so the Usher is my number one. However, Oddfellow is probably a close second for me after this year.>>2576328Kek, this looks like a promo photo for the Galactic Starcruiser.
>>2576324Endless Summer but vaguely scifi...Their high end hotels are nice but Universal are so far behind Disney in their cheaper resorts. No immersion, terrible quick service options. Not to mention splitting the resorts up and fencing you in, making walking anywhere from them irrirating.Their higher end hotels are really good though. Possibly the nicest room I've ever had in the US.
>>2576366>Universal are so far behind Disney in their cheaper resortsI thought Endless Summer was meant to be better than stuff like All-Star and Pop Century/Art of Animation
>>2576377Depends what you want I suppose. You get a much nicer hotel for less money outside of the Universal/Disney resorts, you're paying for theming, atmosphere and "the bubble". I only walked through Endless Summer (was picking up a hire car) but it just felt like a standard mid range hotel.Stayed at Pop Century and it just had more of a holiday atmosphere than I felt from Endless Summer. Royal Pacific was extremely nice (the Luao was good too) and had a good immersive atmosphere though.
>>2576382>it just felt like a standard mid range hotelThat's a good thing considering it's a low-range hotel
>>2576366I think Cabana Bay beats Disney's budget options. Good theming, great proximity to the parks, good pools, and surprisingly good food.
>>2576328looks comfy>>2576377Endless Summer is decent but bland compared to most of Disney's comparable resorts.
>>2576366>>2576425Honestly I prefer the Cabana Bay style of theming over the cheap fiberglass of the WDW budget resorts. I do agree that Endless Summer has little theming compared to either though.
>>2575991Dorney’s really got fucked over. Their revenue and attendance has been quite a bit higher than Worlds of Fun yet they haven’t gotten shit over the years. They’re getting a mini dive next season at least but less than 20 years ago they were kinda ahead of Hershey and on par up til about 15 years ago. Now Hershey is one of the top coaster parks in the world.
>>2576498Yeah, I used to prefer Dorney to Hershey, but then CF just completely fucking abandoned it. Hopefully the new coaster is good, but the park needs more than that.
>>2576457Disney value resorts have soul though and that's all you need
Just heard the European Coaster Club won't be going to Six Flags Qiddiya because some lefty wokes complained, talked about boycotts and demanded exclusive trips for only women and transsexuals if it happened.
>>2576519Yeah, and it's never going to get it. Not when they own Great Adventure now. My guess is that the new Six Flags will focus most of their investment over the next decade on the two Texas parks as well as Six Flags Over Georgia because of population trends. They'll probably keep investing in Carowinds too for the same reason (and wasn't there tax benefits?). Great Adventure will probably get more attention since it usually has the highest attendance in the chain; year-round parks don't do much better despite being open year-round.Speaking of year-round parks, I do wonder if they would ever consider selling Knott's. On one hand it's a year-round stream of cash with high attendance. On the other hand, the land is probably worth more than the park on top of it and the park itself is probably worth a lot to the right buyer. Maybe Disney is still interested. Not sure if the Peanuts license is still attached. Probably would never happen but it would go a long way at solving their debt problems.
>>2576520Looks better in pictures and videos than in person. In person they're just tacky giant fiberglass. Reminds me of the gift shop facades on I Drive and 192, just more polish and Disney. Disney's "value" resorts are for Disney fans who plan to spend their vacation exclusively at Disney and don't have a car and don't plan to stay in their room much.
>>2576382>You get a much nicer hotel for less money outside of the Universal/Disney resorts, you're paying for theming, atmosphere and "the bubble".There are several large timeshare properties very close by that almost always have availability and can be booked like any other hotel. You can usually get a 2 bedroom villa with a kitchen for less than Disney's value. These have more amenities than most Disney hotels and usually some sort of water park area like a lazy river. You need a car though, most don't have shuttles and if they do they aren't like the ones at Disney.I think there is more benefit to staying at Universal resorts vs Disney because of the proximity to the parks and Citywalk versus most Disney hotels which are far from their respective parks. Even Endless Summer is no longer than a 10 minutes wait and a short bus ride away, shorter than a ride on the Skyline from Pop Century to Hollywood Studios which is just one park, going to Epcot takes twice as long.
>>2576653There's a whole passage in Bob Iger's memoirs where he tried defending the Value resorts when Steve Jobs called them tacky bullshit giving the lower class visitors a lame experience.
>>2576667I would argue that getting rid of all the giant fiberglass "theming" and just being plain alone would be an improvement. Kind of like that McDonalds by the Animal Kingdom, it used to have giant fiberglass cartoony fries and a burger and now it doesn't and looks much better. I can see kids growing up to be zoomers and young millennials having nostalgia for it but that's no reason to keep it. Not at the prices they charge
>>2576675You sound like a joyless faggot. They're fucking value hotels. Who gives a fuck? Do you want some sterilized boring corporate hotel? Also the theming is intended for children, not morbidly obese virgin neckbeards such as yourself. Get a grip you fucking loser.
>>2576678You're the one shilling for a corporate conglomerate that caters to faggotry. Disney World isn't a playground for the rich, it's for adult fags that wear matching Mickey ear hats and shirts who are reliving their childhood that was groomed away from them by other fags. Disney Adults are insufferable. Go choke on a limited edition popcorn bucket
>>2576681I'm not the one complaining about the theming of hotels for poor people lol
>>2576690But you got triggered enough to write an aggressive response in defense of tacky plastic-looking fiberglass garbage. Look in the lower righthand corner, there are not many unique posters in this thread. You're the same Disney-loving faggot who posts the cringiest photos of gay Disney shit and calls it kino and makes fun of people priced out for being poor and are in general a fucking asshole most of the time. You can't even take mild criticism of the rat without coming to their defense. Why don't you go start your own thread?
>>2576652>wonder if they would ever consider selling Knott'sIt's the biggest cash cow in either chain, fat chance. If anything, I could see the new company turn Knott's into a more family-friendly park while continuing to run Magic Mountain as the coaster Mecca of the west (hopefully with better operations now) to avoid overlap between the two parks' audiences.

>>2576715It's one thing doing it inside Disney World where you're not walking anywhere anyway. It's another thing doing it at the end of International Drive, one of the few places which a load of shit within walking distance. They don't even let the itrolley stop there.

>>2576705Agreed. They just have a lot of combined debt and need to buy out the rest of SFOT and SFOG. Knott’s is worth a shitton but also brings in a shitton. I don’t think the Premier Parks “baggage” or Michigan’s Adventure (acquired so Premier didn’t buy it back in the day) are worth anything. They would be lucky if they found buyers for the satellite garbage. They would be better off without those parks though, however, I suspect they’ll want to try and keep anything they own 100% of unless it bleeds money. How long is the realistic average day drive between Knott’s and MM? I would imagine it varies based on traffic patterns but they aren’t as close time as they are in miles.
>>2576829>How long is the realistic average day drive between Knott’s and MMIf there's no traffic, it's about 1 hour. But since this is LA we're talking about, and the route between them goes right by the hellhole known as downtown, it's usually between 1.5-2 hours.
Is there anywhere I can get a month-by-month breakdown of attendance figures for parks? I'm seriously considering going to Volcano Bay, Blizzard Beach, or Typhoon Lagoon sometime in November-March, but I want to know which month is the absolute least popular. Cold isn't an issue (I've participated in some Polar Bear Club stuff, a Florida winter is nothing in comparison)
>>2574891Mergers and price hikes are the death throes of a company on its last legs. They only do them when they feel like their future is in serious doubt, and because they have debt collectors demanding money RIGHT NOW. So they buy out smaller more successful competitors with the goal of stripmining their assets so as to keep the lights on for a few more weeks.
>>2576879That’s what I thought. They can coexist just as they have been for decades, they’ll just be part of the same company now. They kinda scratch different itches with Knott’s having classics like the calico mine ride. And Knott’s has coexisted with Disneyland right by it.. arguably even benefited from that in recent years as Disneyland has gotten pricier and more crowded (though Knott’s has crowding problems too).
Letting Knott's fall into the hands of a competitor would be a strategic mistake when your other park in the same market is such a step down in terms of quality.
>>2576807Based Phantasiachad
>>2576973This is 2023 and Knotts is in Orange County. If they sell it it would just become houses or apartments.
>>2577013That's one possibility; another is that it is sold to another operator
>>2577032Cedar Fair paid $247 million for it in 1997. With inflation alone that would be $500 million today and the real estate value would make it closer to a billion. Not many operators who could afford it. Herschend would be a good fit so long as they run it like Dollywood and SDC but they can’t afford that. Disney, Universal, maybe Merlin. It’s not going to be sold but I think it would remain a park if it were, it’s kinda historic and iconic
>>2577034I agree that finding someone else interested in running it as a park would be hard to do, but it is within the realm of possibilities. I stand by what I said though, selling it to a competitor would be a major mistake because of the comparative lack of quality Magic Mountain offers right now. I'm under the impression SFMM has really struggled to get people in the gate in recent years. If SFMM's quality improves, there's still enough differentiation between both that they can work as a duo - and having a season pass that gets you into both is going to be cheaper than an annual pass to Universal or Disney.
holy fuck based thread i just learned this exist 10 seconds agoim gonna love thisguys its my dream to go to the USA and visit shit like Cedar Point but yeah how do American theme parks work? They open only on weekends or some shit I heard? Obviously not in winter, but starting from March it should be open right? Can I get like a hotel for 3 days so I make sure I get to do every coaster a few times at least?
>>2574835goddamn I hate his voice so much>OOOOOOO LOOPDYLOOP
>>2577054Go on the park's website and look at their operating calendar
>>2577054Most US amusement/theme parks are open daily from late May to September (coinciding with out Memorial Day to Labor Day holidays which unofficially bookend summer). Cedar Point opens in early May but is closed a couple weekdays until Memorial Day, then after Labor Day it switches to Thurs-Sun through October. The best hotel to stay at is their own Breakers right next to the park (as in you walk right next door to it using a back entrance). Plus it’s on a nice beach which has a bunch of activities. It’s like a Florida beachfront hotel. Only problem is the crowds and the bugs. And you’ll need to rent a car and drive over an hour to get there from the Cleveland airport (or longer if you fly in elsewhere). And if you visit Cedar Point you might as well take the 3 hour drive south and visit Kings Island too. If you’re an amusement park fan you could plan a trip around all the parks within short driving distance from each other
>>2577035It will be interesting to see how they structure and price their passes post merger and what effect this will have on attendance at MM. They both have similar offerings now, though Knott’s winds up being $35 more. They’ll sell more multi-park passes here for sure. Not much more than a one day Disneyland pass and it works for the water parks and gives discounts too

>>2577013Magic Mountain makes more sense. Premier Six Flag floated the idea to sell the park for its land in 2006https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2006-jun-23-fi-sixflags23-story.htmlMagic Mountain would be sold for housing before Knott’s Berry Farm ever did.
>>2577157That happened because Premier is Premier. The land Knotts sits on has more value being in Orange County and therefore closer to jobs and whatnot.Though I doubt either park gets sold as CF explicitly wants to have more year round parks.
>>2577157Even if its attendance isn't as high as Knott's, Magic Mountain is the most attended Six Flags Park. Not to mention with how packed the park is with coasters, demolition of the park would be a ridiculously expensive and lengthly undertaking for either party involved, having 6 more coasters than the current biggest park to ever be demolished, Geauga Lake (which has still yet to be fully demolished 16 years later). And unlike Geauga Lake, Magic Mountain has no nearby competition in the coaster park department.
>>2577174>having 6 more coastersNVM forgot 4 of Geauga Lake's coasters were already demolished long before the park's closing, MM actually has TWICE as many coasters, including 3 that break the 200 foot barrier.
>>2577174Magic Mountain’s attendance isn’t much higher than SF Great America and SF Great Adventure and those parks are closed for several months out of the year. California’s Great America has almost the same attendance and that park is closing. Discovery Kingdom is the lowest of the big California amusement and theme parks and all of the rest have much higher attendance than Magic Mountain. Even Sea World has higher annual attendance.MM has a lot of coasters but on any given day they can’t even run them all. To be fair this could change under the merger with Cedar Fair basically running these parks. Same with attendance, especially with cheap multi-park passes that work at Knott’s. Neither park is going to be sold, but MM would go before Knott’s which sounds crazy to coaster fans but makes more sense financially from a business perspective. I hope they find a way to keep everything but if anything has to go I hope it’s the little Premier parks that Premier upsized without a second thought about infrastructure.

>>2578212Looks pretty cool to me, you just sound like a faggot
>>2578231>windshielddoesn't that defeat the purpose of making a coaster that goes that fast?
>>2578212Air-powered launches are just as unreliable as hydraulic launches. >>2578212If it packs a punch I won’t care. It’s got two rows of stators so I think it’s capable as far as LSMs go anyways. If it truly uses the entire length of track to accelerate to 74mph that will be very disappointing as Maverick gets to 70 with less track (using half length trains though with single row of stators).
>>2578231Thoosies will care about it more once it opens. There is still skepticism that it won’t despite finally being built. I think it will open but will have a short life span due to reliability (it’s Intamin, it’s one of a kind, it’s huge) and difficulty maintaining it
>>2578311I wonder how good it'll actually be. It seems to reach its max angle on the big drop too slowly to give any airtime, the layout seems to do nothing but meander after the giant airtime hill, and the windshields will probably damper any sense of speed the ride would've have.

>>2578358>"mUh mAtInEnCe nIgHtMaRe" GET BETTER MECHANICS WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A ROLLERCOASTER.I would say they had the best when it comes to dealing with that kind of launch. They could do a cable replacement overnight
>>2578361The best mechanics would have kept the coaster up with minimal downtime and problems from the start. Dragster was not that ride, from the spoiler/tire falling off to the cable snap. Is the unreliability on the fault of Intamin or Cedar Fair? This is the same park too cheap/lazy to fully replace Millennium Force's cable lift so I shouldn't be surprised.
>>2578366>The best mechanics would have kept the coaster up with minimal downtime and problems from the start. Not true>Is the unreliability on the fault of Intamin or Cedar Fair?Neither. The manufacturer designed the best launch system they could and the park maintained it as best they could. It was just a way to get trains up to speed before it was practical to use magnets and ended up having its own limitations. Now that magnets are practical, that's what they're converting it to.
>>2578297because the car is more enclosed than a coaster train

>>2578322This is a good point>>2578355The only thing I dislike about it is that it's in a muslim country on the other side of the planet that I have no interest in ever visiting. The height though, it's cool to look at and talk about and also experience but in the case of Ka and TTD and also gigas it doesn't do much for me. I would take X2 and Time Traveler drops over a 500ft tall standard roller coaster drop. Though to be fair, I think that roll/twist in both Ka and TTD may mute the intensity and airtime factor
>>2578367Yep. Intamin doesn't even make hydraulic launched coasters anymore. Hydraulic and pneumatic launches need to be launched from a stand still and the launch system needs time to reset and prepare for the next launch. These might make for more intense launches but they cannot be used for multi-launch coasters. There are more than enough of these around if you want to experience that kind of a standstill launch but I think it's peaked. Dodonpa snapping necks means there should be a limit on these things anyways. Xcelerator and Storm Runner have the same launch intensity (the 'punch' gforces) as TTD and Ka. Some say Xcelerator is more intense. If you want something more, there is Maxx Force. Enjoy them while you can because they probably won't be around in 20 years.TTD could have been scrapped. Instead they converted it to a magnetic swing launch with a vertical spike as tall as the top hat. Less moving parts and friction. The launch system is also a brake system. Etc. It should be more reliable in theory but Zamperla is unproven, the lightning trains haven't been used before, and their fast launch is also new and unproven. If this thing is reliable and smooth, ride Ka while you can. Green Lantern is in the way though but that wasn't an issue for Iron Dragon
>>2578452Cope
>>2578322Layout looks fun up until the mountain drop and giant hill. It doesn't do anything after the big drop except burn off speed on mostly straight track without airtime hills.

>>2578515It's the roller coaster equivalent of an 8-star Arab hotel or 2,700ft Arab skyscraper just to set a record. The "camelback" is a tophat that the cliff drop plus LSMs launch you through.
Does the cliff drop still count as a 640' drop after the angle change at the tunnel part (with LSM stators in it)? That's a drastic change in steepness into a ramp. Also, it's almost 14k ft of track total which is why they don't build coasters this tall. I suppose you could shorten it and trim it.
>>2578543I legit don't think it's ever going to open. Maybe never completed
>>2578543I mean, the Boss at SFSL has been claiming to have a 150 foot drop when the last 30 feet of it are a 5 degree ramp for decades and no one complained, so I don't see why an angle change should suddenly matter now.
>>2578548This is a 400ft ramp with 100ft of it being an LSM tunnel. RCDB already saying the drop is 519ft (the "camelback") and calling 639.8 "elevation". RCDB is just one guy though and he's really autistic about things like stand up conversions
Intamin have shown off what looks to be their answer to the Guardians of the Galaxy coaster. These elements look amazing but god knows how many of them we'll ever see (the side tilt drop one was done in the Jumanji coaster but not to that level)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrhU4NzRz44Seems like this does some things very close to the concept art of the F&F coaster.

>>2580069This. I’m sure DreamMore and the new (is it open?) HeartSong are really nice but there are plenty of cheaper hotels in the area. Staying in Gatlinburg is more expensive than Pigeon Forge and Pigeon Forge is closer to Dollywood. Sevierville has some hotels too that might cost less since it’s farther away. Knoxville is also less than an hour away.
I'm going to Mickey's Christmas Party or whatever at MK in couple days. What am I in for?
>>2580250Crowds. And the only time it's worth doing Autopia.Don't do the Hollywood Studios event, it's apparently a disaster.
>>2579994Dollywood is more expensive than the average amusement park, but it's also a lot nicer than the average amusement park.
>>2580253Doesn't surprise me. They advertise these events as having fewer guests but I went to the Oogie Boogie party last month and it was way more crowded than in recent years.
>>2580254Truth. They do have cheap 2 and 3 day options for those planning multiple days. 1 day is $92, 2 is $119, and 3 is $129. Silver Dollar city has the same pricing. They might sometimes throw in the water park for free or at least I know SDC does.
Honey wake up, new Defunctland just dropped.
>>2580335https://youtu.be/LTBB_QeKhcM>No narrationinteresting
>>2580337He uses a voice changer to hide his gay lispy voice anyways. I still watch him though but he’s gotten real cocky to only put out 1-2 videos a year. Not sure how he makes money considering everybody else is constantly putting out content
>>2580352This Epcot thing has been in production for like two to three years since this whole "History of Futurism and Walt Disney" project was building up to it and classic Epcot Center is THE thing that theme park history people won't shut up about. I can't imagine stuff like Tomorrowland '94 warranting this much effort.
>>2580352This happens when a creator gets to ~1M subs and doesn't either already have a consistent schedule or strong advertiser deadlines. Longer, more detailed videos on topics, but more sporadic because of that. At least for Kevin and Jenny they release content that feels justified length for the time frame, unlike say CGPGrey
>>2580363Yesterworld is also running into that, he only made like 4 vids in the last year
I don't really see what's that "outstanding" about this ride to the TEA but ok.
>>2580546It's a fun, unique coaster that's ultra smooth and generally liked by all ages riding it , the screens (especially the awkward one before the launch) are a bit of a negative but it's it.Most people prefer Hagrids but it isn't competing against that and Velocicoaster doesn't have as wide of an audience.
>>2580555>Most people prefer Hagrids but it isn't competing against thatWhy not? They're both themed coasters, does being inside mean we can only compare GOTG to Gringotts?
>>2580574Awards shows tend to favour new things, except in areas where there isn't much innovation (see Valhalla winning best water ride for several years, including a year it was closed the whole time).I think GotG and Hagrids are pretty close (but I get and understand that most people say Hagrids is the better), they just excel in different areas. I'd say there's a good argument for them being the best two family coasters in the world.
>>2580546Have you actually ridden it? It's a world class family coaster and anything else is just a cope
How bad are crowds at California Adventure on weekdays during December. Looking at going on a monday. Haven't been to DCA since 2014.
>>2580812I went on a cold and kinda wet day in January and there were still a lot of people at Disneyland but DCA was empty.
>>2580812They tend to be fairly bad on Mondays but it looks like the lowest level pass is blocked out the entire month. Pretty shocking but it should mean early December will be a bit lighter than usual.
Man....if what I'm hearing is real....Poor Knott's
>>2580812Before Christmas it’s not bad besides for the candlelight procession Christmas Day to New Year’s Eve is the busiest time of year
>>2580848So far I’ve heard they weren’t supposed to remove the loop, they were supposed to remove the loop but they weren’t supposed to use torches, they’ve lost the loop, they can’t find somebody to make Schwarzkopf track (highly doubtful considering steel track maker can do it and it was going to be partially retracted), they had a payment dispute with the contractors. I’m sure there is more but I doubt the lost the loop, they donated part of it to a museum with the trains. My guess is from all these rumors is that the loop removal was intentional but not with torches. It probably raised to cost of the project and they probably have a payment dispute with the contractors over it. But maybes it for the best if they put it out if it’s misery considering it was to feature kumbak trains
>>2580848I wonder if that Niagra Falls park would be willing to sell the one they've been keeping in storage for the past 2 years. Otherwise the only coaster I could see replacing it is a Vekoma Super Boomerang.
>Annual SDC Christmas visit plans locked in for a few weeks from nowFeels good, Old Time Christmas is the comfiest park event I know. Although with rising crowds that the park wasn't built for around Christmas, the SDC Fall event with all the pumpkins is edging in on that title.
>>2581108Some people think the Osbourne lights from MGM got moved to SDC for OTC. SDC denies it. It wouldn’t make sense either, I’m sure Disney owned all those lights and they replaced them all with LEDs and just kept using the name. It sur gives off Osborne lights vibes
>>2581078i wonder if they could squeeze in a single rail shuttle launch coaster in that strip of land. i'd go for a spur track for load/unload. those single file trains might make it easier to do more with that space
>>2581674>single rail shuttle launch coasterFirst of all, even if Six Flags gets Cedar Fair to work with RMC again, no way in hell they're trusting them with a launched coaster after how Lightning Rod turned out, let alone a shuttle coaster, which RMC has never done. Secondly, I'm pretty sure clearance regulations have to account for a rider with both arms fully outstretched, so a single rail wouldn't be able to do much more than a normal coaster, layout-wise.
>>2581696Cedar Fair works with RMC. RMC refurbished the Cedar Downs Racing Derby carrousel for them just this year. Source is me and I don’t care if you don’t believe me.I think the rumor started because they haven’t ordered a new coaster from them since 2018 but RMC has only built 9 coasters since Railblazer opened.
My buddy went to Disneyland for the first time as a 31 year old. Pretty normal guy In terms of taste. Asked him to rank his favourites>Pirates >Indy>space>small world Pirates and space getting a spot in his top was surprising, I figured they were mostly nostalgic for people who like them the most. Also he mentioned not really enjoying haunted mansion. They really have to shorten up the reskin season on that thing or do it once ever second year. He was only there for a day, I’m interested to hear what he was able to get on in one day as a first timer.
>>2582366People always underestimate the popularity of good family coasters. There's just something neat about getting off a coaster and seeing your entire party smiling and laughing.
>>2582380I meant to say I was surprised small world was in his top. Space mountain is obviously a crowd pleaser and would be in most first timers top 5.
>>2582366Besides for small world it makes sense did he get to do Matterhorn?
I wish Universal hadn't been so retarded about selling land a few decades ago. I hate how the resort is just placed randomly throughout the city. Still love going though
>>2583191Not everyone can be as Kino as Walt buying all that Florida land for WDW
>>2583191More kino updates from our favorite autist https://x.com/bioreconstruct?t=xzy69XcWuzl9lgeIPiHRmg&s=09
>>2583223>Walt buying all that Florida land for EPCOTftfy
>>2583191well at least it's away from houses so they have a real fireworks license
>>2583191I don’t think it’s a big deal. I doubt most people notice that Disney owns all their land because of the gas stations and McDonalds and Bonnet Creek. The rich people subdivision and Bonnet Creek. At least most of it is right next to each other. Disney World being spread out over all that land is actually one of the worst parts about it. There is always that one asshole Disney fan that brags about the scale and how it’s the size of a small city but this is not a good thing plus most of it is unsuitable for building
>>2583349The rich people subdivision and Four Seasons I meant
>>2583349>plus most of it is unsuitable for buildingNearly all of it was when it was purchased. All you need to build on it is a shitload of fill dirt
>>2583349This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Walt bought all of that land to protect it from grifters and cheap knockoffs nearby. Universal is now suffering from that very problem. Disney has a lot of issues but criticizing them for the all of the property they own might be the biggest cope in history lol
>>2583354>Universal is now suffering from that very problem. How?
>>2574737https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8fAuQrX/
>>2583351Not as easy as you make it sound. They surveyed the property and made a map marking suitability of land. Most of it is unsuitable. Even the suitable land where they built Troy turned out to be a problem and is the main reason it took so long>>2583354Oh so you’re one of those assholes I was talking about. Walt bought all the land to build a dystopian city on, not a bunch of amusement parks and hotels. Taking 20-30 mins or more to go from one park to another or your hotel to a park is not a good thing compared with Disneyland and Universal. The “blessing of size” is a curse due to how they laid everything out.
>>2583364Tron not Troy
>>2574737Sea World Dubai looks amazing!https://youtu.be/M2GjIodfUOI?feature=shared
>>2583364>They surveyed the property and made a map marking suitability of land. Most of it is unsuitable. That just means more expensive to remediate compared to other parcels of land. You can build on any of that shit if you really want to
>>2583364Also worth noting how even with the "blessing of size" WDW still needs to close an attraction every time they build one. Meanwhile Disneyland just shifts their backstage buildings around to cram in new rides
>>2583372They’ll fill in all the suitable land before they would even consider it. In recent years they’ve given away some of their land. Or in the case of Celebration spun it off into its own entity. There is still a giant tract of (unsuitable swampy) land next to Old Town and Fun Spot in Kissimmee that they own. People were okay with this and Celebration because they’re on the other side of 192 and I-4 and it would break their immersion or some stupid shit like that. But now those same people are freaking the fuck out about the developments next to the animal kingdom lodge and I think it’s fucking hilarious how elitist and gatekeeping these Disney adult fans can be
>>2583390Good point. Really tragic what they’ve done with Hollywood studios aka MGM. Less to do there than there was a decade ago despite investing billions. They could have kept the GMR at least and bulldozed the cast facilities with costuming next to the Indy stunk show for their expansion. Or kept New York street or whatever they called it in later years and kept the fucking Christmas lights that everybody adored
NEMESIS INFERNO IS CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED "ThEy sHoUld hAvE nEvEr PuT ThE NeMeSiS nAmE On iT" FUCK YOU, IT'S RUNNING BETTER THAN EVER
>>2583390Disneyland also does this does for instance they closed the skyway when Indiana jones opened
Is Disneyland or Universal the place to go in Japan.
>>2583644Disneyland, especially if you can wait for the Fantasy Springs expansion.
>>2583677I was already planning on coming back in the spring, so another thing to add to that trip.
>>2582840I’ve actually heard first hand, from multiple people, that PoTC is not a favourite of casual/adult park goers. Some people feel it’s dated and too slow paced. Obviously a tasteless take for the DL version. Not sure if he rode the Matterhorn. I haven’t seen him since he got back. I did tell him a night ride on it was a must do.
>>2583803I don’t think classic dark rides hold modern adult and teen attention spans. Not without retrofitting guns and targets to shoot or overwhelming their senses with loud sounds and 4D shit
>>2583573It's not a bad ride by any means and it's one of the best rides in the park, but as a coaster it's basically just a batman clone with better theming and only one loop.
Alright chuds I have about 18 days vacation to use before the end of May. Want to hit a couple parks but I don't know much about theme parks tbqh. I've been to Universal and Busch in the last couple years but that's it. Here's the parameters, any suggestions?>open during winter/spring>no 2+ hour waits like Hagrid's>able to hit 2 parks in 2 days>max 2 hour drive from a major airport >enjoy all kinds of coasters except not big on 3D rides
comfy https://youtu.be/2mNb_sHOz20?si=zbIoKzqfNPgsUyVV
>>2584120>open during winter/springKnotts and Magic Mountain I guess. Going in the winter really narrows the field
>>2584120For year-round parks with short lines your best bet is probably San Antonio for Fiesta Texas and Seaworld.
>>2584120In the offseason either central florida or southern california are your best bet
>>2579215It’s almost a mercy they never did Disney America as good as it would have been. can you imagine the pain they would bring us since the early 2010’s? Jamming IP slop and faggy stuff in? It would be a damn tragedy and all we could do right now is seethe
>>2584281I think it would be that different to how WDW is now. Lots of great older stuff but the new stuff would be gay. With all the retardation in the last decade or so there's still lots to love about the parks as they are. Iger is just a slave to corporate bean eaters and has no creativity whatsoever. Disney America would have been built before all the faggy stuff and would have had at least a chance to be interesting and good. I mean Disney can't change every square foot of the park.
>>2584281>Anna and Elsa are thematically OK because they're here visiting Arendellen Immigrants to Minnesota
>>2584125Do they really supply the restaurant with the stuff from that? Never seems like it could come anywhere near close to making enough.
https://twitter.com/dronisos/status/1725936778383601725New drone show at Paris. I'm guessing drones will go the way of projection mapping and lose the novelty but it looks neat. Paris gets a lot of interesting shows.
what's up my nigga, have a seat
>>2584281If Euro Disneyland hadn’t flopped, we might have gotten a kino version of Disney’s America… and Disneyland might have gotten a version of Westcot (though Epcot crowds dying down may have led them to rethink the concept even in a successful “Disney Decade”). But it flopped. And even if they still built America despite this, it would have been the beta version of DCA done on the cheap. Itself which would have likely flopped and had to be supplemented with another park or some plan to save it that would continue to get retooled with the IP gay. Join Rey from Star Wars and Dorey the lesbian amnesia fish in this Disney version of American history.
Disney Haters don't consider themselves Disney Adults, but they are
>>2584446
>>2584385They don't supply all the food obviously but from what I've heard from cast members they really do use what they can in certain restaurants across the property
>>2584454You know more about Disney than 99% of people. You keep up with Disney happenings and news. You consume content about Disney. You have strong opinions about Disney parks. You are a Disney Adult.
>>2584462This, anti Disney niggers are actually worse than most Disney adults
>>2584409>You turned my city into a daycare for alcoholics?
>>2584463Disney adults give Disney money. Anti-Disney niggers do not
