Rural Sweden (Dalarna county & beyond). It has a real 70s/80s redneck vibe, kind of like Twin Peaks. Vanuatu. Incredibly friendly. Highly resourceful. Very happy despite being dirt poor. Strong and cohesive communities. I feel like Vanuatu was kind of like a high IQ version of Africa.
