What's the cheapest way to reset my Schengen Visa (from Germany) once 89 days pass? I was thinking about getting in and out of Serbia but I'm not sure. What would you do?
>>
You do know it doesn't "reset" right away, right? It's a 90/180 system so you'll need to be out for 90 days, I'd go somewhere else I actually like for 3 months rather than what's cheapest

It resets right away if you come from a country that doesn't require a Visa to enter Europe.

tf are u talking about?
If you are a EU citizen you can stay longer than 3 months. If you are outside the EU you must leave.

I can't wait for the inevitable "Europe sucks, how dare they deport me while they don't deport asylum seekers?!" thread.

No, it absolutely certainly doesn’t. You’re allowed 90 days within any given 180. 90 days in, one day out, and back again has you overstaying. You need to be out for a full 90 days to “reset.”

You could spread those three months out among multiple non-Schengen countries (perhaps month in Serbia or another ex-Yugo country apart from Croatia, a month in Bulgaria, and a month in Romania; these last two are EU members but not yet in the Schengen Area, so they still count as away AFAIK), or you could stay put in either Albania or the UK, which probably offer up to a year and six months visa-free, respectively (this is definitely true if you’re American, but I think it works for a lot of other nationalities as well).

I think a trip to Turkey will do it.

Where are you getting your information?

>Where are you getting your information?
I am a non-European (legal, recently made permanent) resident of a Schengen Area country,. I have many pages of immigration law attached to my residence permit.

Where did you read this from? It's totally wrong. Like everyone said, the 90/180 rule applies. You could have verified it in 10 seconds.

True though. Imagine being so retarded you'll deport tourists spending money from abroad and using zero tax dollars while you welcome in countless "refugees" who will vacuum up your tax dollars, never work, and send the cash back home so they can pay for their families to come over.

Imagine being so retarded you believe everything the basement-dwelling virgins of /pol/ tell you.

Or the "I'm not an illegal immigrant, I'm American!" posts.
>>
>>2549296
just go to the next american embassy and step inside the perimeter to reset it ;)
