>New playmobil set: Sal'ahari Sands - Skeleton Army Temple
>It comes with 12 skelle bois figs for your spook pleasure

The temple set 70751 only includes the skeleton boss and two human mages.
The other 12 skeletons come separately in blind boxes, 70752 reference.

At a recommended price of 60€ for the temple and 8€ each blind skeleton they are quite expensive by Playmobil standards, which is usually a very affordable brand.
The temple will have a feature to light up the eyes of its three figures that is activated wirelessly when they are put in the center of the temple, but it's still a steep price. The single skeletons appear to have their price bloated with the plastic box and mummy wrapping, since regular blind box Playmobil figures usually cost just 3€.

Not big money, at least right now. Looking to sale, or buy? Be mindful of the Re:Play releases that were perennial fixtures at KB Toys for years. Big tells are the form-fitting blister package and the lack of the golden vac-metal eyeballs.

They're good, but not the best. They feel fragile and a bit clunky when you move them. On the other hand the sculpt and paint are really nice, they also come with a good amount of accessories. The other good thing Is that you can find them really cheap on Mandarake (3000yen more or less).
Hope I could help you!

I'm deeply ashamed that the only skellies I have to my name are ten LEGO skeletons, a bootleg 01 Pose Skeleton a friend bought me on ebay, a proper 01 and two 03s I put in this Altoids in and actually scared myself with once.
Maybe someday I won't be too poor when a good skelly comes along.

Not a big titty girl, but you can use Dead Master as the necromancer boss of your skeller army, or maybe Black Gold Saw
There is also the KonoSuba's Yunyun figma announced which is a wizard titty girl, so you can use her as a proxy, unless MF make Wiz, which is a proper big titty necromancer, we don't have much options BtH
A figma of Albedo or the Sorceress from Dragon's Crown would be great, but I don't put my hopes that high

Well, you can make her a big wizard hat and a cloth cape, add a scythe and call it a day, I think that those accessories aren't that hard to custom made IMHO.

She's a vtuber whose persona is a Shinigami apprenticed to the the grim reaper, but she's on hiatus. Her fans are dubbed Deadbeats.
She seemed like she was going to be a grimdark crawling in my skin edgelord, but she turned out to be a big dork, tomboy, and one of the more reserved vtubers in terms of half of them being slutty bisexuals.

Coomodel does a robed skelly called "Death Soul Reaper" if I remember right. Comes with a little lantern and everything, I've been wanting him for a while now.

Alternatively, it shouldn't be hard to find some robes. The guy with the cute Pose Skeleton collection who posts his images of them here made all the robes and stuff for his guys. Good luck!

One thing I had forgotten to post here;
The vote for the first wave of Mythic Legions evergreen legion builders is in, and the basic Skeleton came in 2nd place!
http://www.sourcehorsemen.com/updates/news/mythic-legions-legion-builder-reinforcements

Both my top pics of the skeleton and goblin got in, AND they even threw in the original orc legion builder along with a 4th run on the deluxe barbarian builder!

They'll drop on the shop https://store-horsemen.myshopify.com/ sometime next year.

The Barbarian set will be $55, while the rest of the figures will be $25 each. The knights, goblin, dwarf, and skeleton were originally $22; but the orc was actually $28, so I guess they evened out the costs of everything with a minor markup.

They are going to offer all in sets for $185 each! So you'd get the whole shebang for $20 less.

Longsword, battle axe, dagger, 2 pauldrons, brown belt. Not the most exciting loadout, but if you've gotten a few other figures, you should already have a nice cache of weapons.

The official site is great in that it lists every single figure released along with which accessories they come with both in the by wave category and in the checklist category.

Kinetic Sand has a new dinosaur bones excavation set. They also have a single blind crate for $5.44. These types of blind boxes are probably some of the better ones, since you get some kind of figurine, a batch of sand/putty/slime, and a little box to use as an accessory or to store small bits in.

For current year, 2 items for $3 that aren't totally garbage is a decent price.

I've always liked target for their holiday items. Most of them are a nice balance of quality and affordability.

I'd like to point out the flamboyant rainbow colors. I'm not even bringing attention to it because of any possible political angle to it. I'm pointing it out, because companies love to bring out the wacky color variants towards the end of a product line.

I'd like to think Mr. Bones Wild Ride never ends, but who knows for how much longer we'll be given such a large selection of skeletons as we have been these past several years.

Now to Walgreens.
They have a mini version of the giant $40+ spider that's been a mainstay at some stores for several years now.

They also had the crab that I was hoping would turn up in my area this year.
They're $4.99 each, which feels about what that size was last year.

You can also clearly see they'll be carrying the a duck this year. It's probably the same "rubber duck" I've seen the past 2 years, but they could also surprise us with a different mold.

Walgreens also had these cups up for sale. That's about it for what they had out outside of candy.
>>
>>9290233
Hmm, skeleton crab is a "maybe".
I saw the human skeletons at Target, but didn't looks closely. They were pretty close to a sunset fade paint job, which would have been really cool on a skeleton toy.

Good report, fellow skeleanon
Do the skeleton and the dog have joints or are they static figs?
I really like the cups btw
>>
>>9290251
I'll probably get the crab full price if I don't find anything better after everything has been set out. They will put that sku on sale or 2 for 1 around October, so you might be able to get it for cheaper.

>>9290397
Skeletons look to have head and shoulder joints, and the dogs look to have head and jaw joints.

And so begins my annual wish that I could be in the US to buy cheap plastic Halloween garbage from supermarkets. I love those coloured human skeletons in particular. Sometimes I can find some of this stuff on Aliexpress etc but we hardly get any fun things in the UK.

I think they're just ignorant. Doesn't help that ReMent ended the joy that was the Pose Skeleton all too soon.

Eight euros for a blind-boxed Playmobil figure?! That's a real shame. Would have loved to pick some of these up but that pricing is ridiculous.

Metro Market has most of their Halloween section up now!

There's still about half an isle of back to school stuff, but I'd be surprised if they got any additional items in that aren't just candy or yard decorations.

The Unicorn comes in bone, antique metal, and a shiny rainbow oil looking finish.

>Big Lots didn't carry them last year.
Damn. Was thinking of checking them out for them. Didn't see any at Home Despot.
Well. I stocked up in 2018. Gave a couple of my cousin's kids, but I got a bunch for myself. Might try painting some. Wonder how well that will work out with the joints and all.
>>
>>9301833
Just boil and pop them apart to paint each piece separately.

The ones that I got all had their legs on backwards, so I had to dunk them in hot water for a few seconds, then just pop the joint out of the socket.

If you want to change the color of the joint, I have no idea.

Your pic has the pink version but the amiami pic has the black version. Anybody know the story? Random chase figure?

Also, amiami says 4 packs per box - is that one of each or a random selection?

Thanks!
>>
>>9314226
If I had to hazard a guess, pink will be in the capsule release, black in the retail. AmiAmi is calling it a "Bride Box", which I imagine is a flawed translation. There *should* be one of each color in a box.

Not bad items by any means; there just aren't any new ones, and the overall selection compared to previous years is way down.
