Oh, it's another thread where an anon can't ignore bait.

I've just gotten the bulk of my anon's gifts. Was going to try and knit a Christmas sweater but even with knitting for hours a day, I definitely won't be done in time. So I'm going to scrap the project tomorrow and just knit a nice scarf if I can. Hopefully I can knock that out pretty quickly and have it sent out by the end of this week. I had a lot more I wanted to do, but I think a scarf, handmade illustration/card, and their listed toys should be good... Tomorrow I'm going to some local chocolate shops for that good shit.

Gag gifts are great! I have a twisted sense of humor anyway. Usually for my anon the gag gifts are extra's, like I threw in a can of Dill Pickle scented playdoh called "Dill Doe". or a Rubber Chicken, or when Covid was a thing to worry about I threw in a couple of Covid virus shaped stress balls and some santa beard masks. But these were always extras and not part of the main gifts.

This Year my Californian Anon is getting a prank (Harmless prank) included with his gifts. There will be 12 gifts again like I did last year for the 12 days of Christmas, not including gag gifts and snacks. I over did it again... ( I don't expect people to copy me since I have lots of disposable income since I'm single with no one to really buy for and little bills with a decent paying job for my area).

Also I apologize for my list as toys are not something I ever really for myself buy except for the occasional Nendoroid, figma, S.H.Figuarts figure to add to my growing anime figure collection, And the occasional large Lego Sets (my last set was the NES set with the Mario TV I bought back in Sept.) When it comes to Lego I love the building aspect more then anything else, so I usually save up and buy large sets for just that reason, usually the 3 in 1 creator sets if I'm on a budget. Modular buildings are my favorite!

Since I'm mainly a weeb, I wanted to try my hand at some of those 30MS, Frame Arm Girls, or Megami Device kits, I really loved the look of that Wasp Girl that one anon got one year! Since I'm big into Monster Girls, that was right really peaked my interest as Spider/bug girls are my favorite type of monster girl!

But surprising me with something not even on my list is always cool as well, I may find something new and unexpected I might like!

You have to expect to only get the minimum and understand you are going over. If it's about getting the same back you give then just spend the money on yourself. It has to be about making some one else happy. As long as the one thing I get is nice then I'm happy.

I'll be honest, one year I went pretty all out and only got knick knacks (vaguely based on one of my list options) in return and a little part of me was disappointed.

Just got my Package shipped up, It cost about what I expected, good thing I had enough to do so. $102 just to ship though USPS. Nothing will expire in there, but I did set up a little game with the gifts, basically the 12 days of Christmas where you open one of the 12 presents each day leading up to Christmas Day with each gift getting better as you progress. There is a Christmas Card inside explaining everything.

Hey, xmen anon from Cali, I got the OK to ship but then I went and got covid over the weekend! I've basically been in bed since Sunday, so safe to say your boxes are gonna be delayed. Everything's already packed, but I'm gonna wait until I test negative and then give it a couple days to be safe.

I put my decorations up today, I've put the sweets in a little pot and the gifts are lining the back wall since my tree is way too small lol
