Since I finally have an okay collection of MGS, I figured I would take a photo. The line has been really fun to collect for, when you can actually find the ships. Last week I found a bunch of wave 3. The only "rare" thing I own is the Scout Trooper with Grogu. I got a blind box for free with my Amazon order and snagged it. I was very surprised to see it sells for 60 dollars on ebay. Not sure why anyone would actively chase these things down though.

Fitting it on might be tricky because the peg on the neck of the model is tiny and short. I had to shove a ton of tac into the helmet so that it would actually sit off the shoulders.

An insider from Hasbro confirmed that Baylan and Shin were meant to be wave 1 Ashoka releases but after Ray’s death they had to renegotiate likeness rights with his estate/family and that’s why it has been delayed. Shin having worked closely with him also pulled out her likeness in hopes that they give his family a fair amount. They had to quickly fill out the rest of the wave so that’s why we’re getting the chopper rerelease and the HK-87 since both are reuse and were able to quickly get added in.

I got my Jabba's throne room in today. In the middle of a move though so all the court denizens I had in my barge are boxed up and haven't had much chance to play around with it.It's okay. I would've been super hyped up about it if it'd been half the price desu. But at what it cost me it's only ok. Big, detailed. Lots of little accessories. They maybe went overboard on the little accessory shit even, as in it's cool at first but after a minute of all of the cups and goblets falling off the pedestals and scattering every time the set gets bumped in the slightest way they're just annoying. Obv gonna superglue them down later. Some of the pedastals have depressions you can kinda/sorta fit the goblet bases into, but they don't fit well and the goblets tend to wind up canting out at a weird diagonal. The goblet stems are also a little flimsy and will bend if you fuck around with them too much.All in all the set is ok. Was surprised with the detailing beneath the throne slab with the wheels. Didn't even unbox the throne or Bib, Boba Fett was an insanely mediocre show and Hasbro's kidding themselves if they thought anyone bought this as anything other than a RotJ Jabba set.
