>>10329642playing with legos is still uniornically really fun even in adulthood for me, i just dont do it because i feel weird. last time i did it i did a giant star wars battle, it was in 2020 when i was locked inside all day and had nothing to do. set up a huge city with all the buildings and pieces i had on my pool table, planned out the streets and everything, made a huge military base on one end of the table with detailed technology and defenses and stuff, came up with a story for the city and the battle and just started playing. basically it took place in the years following order 66, and this city decided to declare independence from the empire, so the empire sent a force of clones to make them submit. clones had to land on one end of the city and fight their way through to get to the base on the other end. i had it so there were some clones who disobeyed order 66 fighting for the rebels, and knew some of the clones who were fighting for the empire on the other side, so there was emotional conflict and complex characters. its insanely autistic but it was actually really fun im not gonna lie.
Do you also have fond memories of all those times when you went on trekking trips, whipping out your lego boxes at a camp site to assemble them at dusk in the cozy shine of your head mounted flash light, tightly wrapped in thermo gear as the cold winds caress your face?

I'm hoping some Anons here have the niche knowledge that can help me. I bought this new gold crown from Bricklink and I noticed the chrome is missing from three points around the base of the neckguard, exactly at the sides and back. I noticed similar marks on my childhood one from the early 2000s. My question is, are these marks meant to be on a new crown and come from the manufacturing process, or are they common points for the chrome to be damaged and this crown is not actually in new condition?
