Lot of stuff went up for pre-order recently without any huge hulabaloo. Makes me think they might be fairly far along to release.

Battle Damaged Mirage Shredder was on Wal-Mart's website for a bit, but it appears it was never meant to be up for order.

As for all the other Walmart TMNT sets that were up for order, they've since shipped and arrived for people. Hopefully they keep putting up more.

There's a pretty large list of TMNT stuff that has placeholder listings on Target.com leading many to assume we're in for a new Haulathon in the coming weeks. I'm sure things will leak once we get closer to it, but right now it's all speculation. My wallet is not ready.

Remember that this is ready to be made and ship to stores and they are holding it back for who knows what reason.

>>
>>10270143
It's not a variant, it's another character from the movie. Which you'd know, if you actually watched any Predator movies. Also Predator 2 is a more well liked, and better selling merch-wise, movie than either AvP.

No, idiot. I'm saying the Predator 2 Anniversary happened, and it made more sense to push THAT instead of starting up another Alien vs Predator wave. And that's not even getting into the fact that the license got shook up with the Disney buyout, on top of new movies happening before and after. ON TOP of that old test shot needing to be updated with the new articulation scheme. You are a shitty troll.

Snake predator's right there in the movie. An optional accessory does not detract from that. And if you were an actual toy buyer, you'd be pretty happy to be getting extra shit.

>>
>>10270308
>Says the troll who's trying to argue about extra accessories.
i'm not arguing about extra accessories, i'm pointing out how illogical it is to accuse someone of having never seen a movie based on an accessory that isn't in the movie. if you buy so many toys, go play with them instead of trolling the thread.
>>
>>10270310
None of this was based on the helmet. You were claiming the character was a random variant, and it isn't. You were wrong. You have no argument. Go away.
>>
>>10270316
>None of this was based on the helmet.
every post after >>10270250 is specifically about the mask, including you literally referencing it being an original creation.

>You were claiming the character was a random variant, and it isn't.
no, i wasn't. again, i'm pointing out how illogical it is to accuse someone of having never seen a movie based on an accessory that isn't in the movie. there's more than two posters in this thread.
>>
>>10270323
Because you're trying to be a smartass troll about the mask. You were accused of not seeing the movie because you didn't even know the Lost Tribe were a thing dipshit. It had nothing to do with the mask, which was explained to you as being an extra accessory. But somehow that's a terrible thing to include, according to you.

You don't know the material, you don't know toys. You were wrong. The end.
>>
>>10270328
>You were accused of not seeing the movie because you didn't even know the Lost Tribe were a thing dipshit.
i wasn't accused of that because you were replying to someone else. i own lost tribe figures and two copies of predator 2.
>It had nothing to do with the mask
there are posts literally about the mask from both you and me
>But somehow that's a terrible thing to include, according to you.
i never posted an opinion of it, and certainly not saying it was a bad thing to include. why would i say there's anything wrong with extra accessories?

if you're so desperate to troll that you have to invent things to cry about, you should probably step away from the internet and seek real help. i will not encourage your trolling with any further (you)s.

NTA, but ALF's pretty awesome and fun to pose around. They made his head out of a ball joint at the base of the head, and a ball jointed jaw (that also has a hinge), and it lets you do some expressive movements that a puppeteer'd be able to do.

so now wolf predator needs another body? why? the molds for the new one exists, now they need a new mold?

ittts just excuses and excuses. lie after lie
the only truth is that neca or randy dont want wolf predator because they hate it.

same reason we never got any 18 inch AVP predators. those would sell like crazy. there is a demand for avp items.

its clear neca dont want it

No, it doesn't. And it was Predator 2's anniversary dumbass. That takes precedent.

Been out of the NECA loop for a few months since the release of Usagi... how much are the 2packs going for nowadays?

Any cool new TMNT Movie figures released? ive spent months trying to find the Tokka & Razhar toon 2 pack and failed so i kinda lost interest in the line.
>>
>>10294487
Which ones? They're about $60ish. Secret of the Ooze Shredder has been out, but is only now starting to show up at Walmarts. They also showed Keno with his scooter is coming.

And I think I can actually still find a Tokka and Rahzar toon pack in a couple places in town...I guess I could offer to middleman for you if you really wanted it? If they're still around anyway...

While I know Randy has spoken against the Killer Klowns in the past, what so many people fail to realize is there's strict competition on the market, and announcing what you want to go after as a company representative only increases the asking price from the licensor. I can already guarantee you that it costs more to license Killer Klowns today than it did 5 or 10 years ago.

I would LOVE to get Ultimates (and they aren't much more niche than Puppet Master - where's the rest of those, Randy?) but it's possible Trick or Treat studios may have that currently locked. But their upcoming 7 or 8" KK figures are unarticulated (and still $35)

TL;DR don't be so super autistic that you believe everything Randy says is gospel truth instead of trying to keep negotiations from getting out of hand.

>>
>>10293701
It's sad that the E.T. figure is not this fun.
>>
>>10295760
>2 packs are now $59.99
Severely overpriced. I'm not a die-hard TMNT fan, but I managed to barely get a set of cartoon turtles by sheer luck at retail. I've never gotten Shredder, Splinter or April, so why would I buy the lower tier characters, especially when they are in 2-packs? I say this because I'm sure most people are the same way, why buy when you can't even get the basics, and the turtles themselves haven't been available in more than a year or so? And some people might pick up a $30 single figure every paycheck or so, but $60 is a big ask for some people. And I say this as someone who actually likes the 80's cartoon, but there are so many 2-pack figures I just don't care about for the price.
>>
I've finally decided to pick up a predator figure, but I don't know which to start with. I'm aware of the Ultimate series which is there latest and greatest in terms of quality, right? So I guess I'll start there. Which predator is great or even the best in terms of accessories and fun? I was thinking this guy since his mask is pretty cool. I don't know much about predator history, I just think their concept is very interesting.

Get him! The new Shaman is awesome as fuck. The skull mask alone adds a really cool look that no other Pred on the shelf has, plus the poncho is wired, so you can do some fun stuff with it, as well.

>>10295998
Because they keep re-releasing the Turtles to make sure they are out there. And you're not the only one buying the line, so other people ( a large majority) do want the extra characters to fill out their mutant ranks. You just have to be patient, they know people want the Turtles, and they're always happy to get more out there. They're in a balancing act though, because they have toon Turtles, Mirage Turtles, and IDW Turtles all to toss out in varying timeframes.

>>10295977
Randy has not spoken against Killer Klowns. But yes, I imagine the resurgence in attention for Killer Klowns upped the IP price a bit, who knows. They're obviously willing to do it though, starting with the Toony Terrors.
>>
>>10296157
Where do you? Stop lying about shit all the time. Not to mention they're constantly working on shit behind the scenes and getting deals for these IPs, they can't always straight up say "yeah we're doing this" until they're allowed or ready.

>Where do you? Stop lying about shit all the time.

In the film Bride of Frankenstein (1935), Dr. Septimus Pretorius, who has become the Monster's benefactor, blackmails Dr. Henry Frankenstein into creating a race of "gods and monsters", starting with a mate for the first Monster. The female monster is beautiful, but feral and animalistic. Spitting, hissing, and screaming, she angrily rejects her intended mate. The Monster declares "She hate me," and throws a switch causing a power overload, destroying the laboratory and killing Pretorius, the Bride, and himself, although it is retconned in Son of Frankenstein that the Monster survived. Henry and his wife Elizabeth are allowed by the Monster to escape.

When the Bride is finally brought to life, Pretorius declares her, “The Bride of Frankenstein”. The monster approaches her and extends a hand in friendship but after she sees his ugliness she screams and runs into the arms of her creator for protection

Elsa Lanchester played the Bride (and played Mary Shelley in the film's frame story), basing the performance on agitated swans. The Bride's headdress appears to be based on classical images of Egyptian queens.

The Bride did not make any further appearances in the Universal Pictures monsterverse. Despite her limited screen time, the Bride's image has become one of the all-time iconic monsters.

Of course Haulathon would be going on while the only Target within two hours' drive is doing a major reorganization/remodel. The store is a nightmare right now, with their electronics, books, and collectable sections completely absent (they have giant shipping crates outside that they are presumably storing entire sections of the store in while rearranging) and their toy section is split up, with about 1/3 in seasonal, 1/3 missing, and 1/3 where cleaning supplies used to be. They have like two Neca Brooklyn and some Funko stuff in the cleaning supplies bit, but that's all that remains of the collectable section at present. I just want that comic Usagi, man...

The fact that we're getting RZ Munsters before (or maybe that's all we will get) the 60's Munsters is ridiculous to me. So far, the Diamond Munsters are the best we've gotten for figures. Honestly they aren't that great.

>>10308786
Post your toys.
>>
Neca needed to do more Pacific Rim the Black toys, would have likely been better than the Pasific Rim uprising toys, hopefully it will work well for sales since people actually like PR: Black vs uprising and it’s trollface
>>
>>10308786
I'm perfectly fine with Randy having those biases. It's HIS Business.
But then neca does extreme flops like Jonah hex and Carrie remake and other baffling stuff like that.
If Randy hates avp or killer clowns that's perfectly fine. No problem.but making Jonah hex? Or some of the other ultra mega flop movies?
Does the bias work in reverse? He makes toys of bad movies he loves?
>>
>>10308798
Not only that but Neca is getting closer and closer to destroying competitors like Mezco and Funko. Look at Funko, on the brink of bankruptcy. Look at Mezco, also in the red. Soon enough Neca will take their properties.
>>
>>10308803
Sorry, do you not know how toys are made? Do you not know that licenses are signed and things put into production at minimum, a year before the movie will ever get released? Do you think everyone can see into the future on how a project will do?

Yeah, Italians know how to work well with insanity and good shit, Imagine if we got Demoni 1 and 2 toys as well, that would be top tier kino
>>10306514
Shut up Funkilling faggot, and let >>10306749 be the actual spokesman, since this is the best chance for us to get some good toy kino
>>10308663
Yeah, or stuff like Eyeball, since there are so many good killer outfits or other stuff from both slashers and Gialli that are missing toys or any forms of physical representation, god Neca would do a killing off this good shit
>>
>>10308809
So randy gets to see the movie a year before it comes out? That's a pretty nice perk
>>
>>10308832
That is literally not how that works or what was said.
>>
>>10308812
You keep asking for these retarded, super obscure super niche shit characters that no one has ever heard about......
>>
>>10308833
How can he make the figures without ever seeing the movie? Are you listening to yourself?
>>
>>10308836
Right then, you're trolling. That or you're actually this stupid.
>>
>>10308836

Yeah, I am pretty sure that weird ass horror and stuff like picrel would be preferred by most Neca owners vs Turtles characters, since I am thinking a bit of turtle fatigue is happening vs the burst of attention diving into a wider degree of horror would bring
>>
>>10308835
yeah let's ask for more predators instead, why do anything new
>>
New fag when it comes to Neca figures. What is the availability on Predator figures after pre-orders have ended? Are they super hard to find and are only available through scalper's, or are there usually plenty left over for a while?
>>
>>10309848
In recent days, its become a lot easier to find them. You can pick up all the other Ultimate Lost Tribe figures for retail. Half of them you can probably find just walking into Target or a comic shop if you have one nearby. The rest you can easily get on places like BBTS, Amazon, and other online retailers.
>>
>>10308841
how can neca make a figure from a script? are you putting me on? is this some kind of joke?
how can they make a toy without any footage? they just happen to guess correctly?
>>
>>10309848
are you un americano?
>>
>>10305445
she screams because frankenstein electrocutes her when he touches her
>>
>>10309848
When they're not exclusive there shouldn't be any trouble finding them. I don't know your situation, but with Targets all over stocking them, plus places like BBTS and other online stores, you'll be able to get what you want.

Now, years later it can vary. And NECA's been fairly good about putting most everything out again in some fashion. But in general, you'll be just fine.
>>
>>10309961
Yes
>>10309865
>>10309996
Thanks Neca bros. The reason for the question is because I'm gonna but a few figures and now need to prioritize which ones to get now, then later. The ultimate Elder looks sick as hell especially with the LED eyes.
>>
>>10310094
Ultimate Lasershot is probably my favorite. Light up eye, cybernetics, and awesome accessories.
>>
>>10305985
>What's that stupid thing?
>It's from the movie, guess you haven't seen it?
>I don't wanna watch your old movies and stop trying to gatekeep me!

I'd rather be a gatekeeper than a cultural immigrant threatened by a hobby that doesn't cater to him and him alone.
>>
>>10308351
nah that's just the most common because there are a lot of good model kits and figmas in that genre; that's where most of the customization happens. Some people post 1/6 scale stuff every now and then
>>
>>10305985

lol that's literally how it's done. the production designs are given to the toymakers, you don't have to watch a film to create toys for it; you just need the concept art, character designs... but you don't actually care, do you

Went into a Target yesterday. They had a bunch of these bitch shelfwarmers. Billy looks good, but I didn't want him. Among other thing there was literally nothing else in stock.
>>
Xanatos looks pretty good but I hate that I'll be getting Demona's wings that I don't care about and would love an extra accesory or two that was actually related to xanatos, like say xanatos gambit hands or something
>>
>>10314953
Billy's really good! He's the only one I bought so far... I plan on getting the sisters for my Halloween decorations, but I want megos or ultimates or something.

it did feel like, despite coming with a bunch of shit, that he was still missing something. and it's mildly annoying knowing I will have to buy him at least once more to get the 'stripped down power armor' suit.
i'm happy to get more demona wings, but the trouble is i don't recall her doing the wing-folding all that much (due to it being an innovation to spare group-shots from ridiculous overlapping issues, and she's rarely part of a group).
realllly would have rather gotten neutral-pose thumbs-up-tips-down wings for everyone
>>
That does look really good...
>>

Any chance Gargoyle suit Xanatos includes a human face?
>>
>>10315589
I mean it's entirely possible. We didn't know this figure had a second head till now.
>>
>>10315594
it'll have a second demona head

She does it a lot in every episode she appears.

yeah they captured his face quite nicely. I was worried because goliath's face wasn't that great

on the other hand,
>Elisa
oof. Face missed the mark hard, and they seem to have made her fat. Or just her torso is WAY too short. your arms don't hang that low compared to your crotch, yknow
>>
>>10316969
wait did they seriously
am I going to have to get a gun out of a parts bucket or something?
god it annoys me there's no thirdparty parts made for this line.

also she looks too white, Greg is going to flip
>>
>>10316970
Are you high? The face is perfect.
>>
>>10316969
Disney axed it, like they've been doing with shit lately.
>>
>>10316974
it's not ugly, but it's not Elisa
hell, between these two images I see three very different face designs. hair too, the image with a background doesn't have her trademark off-center bump
>>
>>10316979
seriously? other examples?
why wouldn't they do what every other company does, and allow toys to have guns? they don't have independent thoughts, and it doesn't make them money.
>>
>>10316984
The hair is swappable. There's two faces.
>>
>>10316990
oh that explains part of that
and I guess one of the hairstyles is sort of.. an original just for fun? with the rounder top.

i'm still preordering all of these, but I feel like a pillock with how most of them are looking. Coldstone not having his hinged wings is a real missed opportunity.
>>
I'm honestly glad she has Brooklyn's folded wings. He always looked hotter all wrapped up...
>>
>>10317038
i liked the "wing-hands rested on shoulders" folding of that dark future dream goliath had, which was presumably to show off their alternate outfits. brooklyn was rocking that.

It's the swapable hairpiece. It's too wide. It shouldnt spread beyond her shoulders width. Also they need to stop skipping the white dot on the pupils. Makes them dead looking.

this looks out of scale but I think the problem is Brooklyn was never standing up that straight. like ever. these figures are all sorta perma-hunched anyway so he has no excuse for being posed this way.
>>10317095
>stop, or i'll flash!
anon am I supposed to see a difference in these two images? like, eye shines? I see nothing.
>>
>>10317066
it looks like they pulled her crotch up extra high and gave her really long thighs as a result
kinda similar to what they did with the movie turtles, because it made for better deep leg bends moving around the plastron
>>
>>10316969
She looks to have trigger hands.. maybe it'll be snuck into the package.
Or into someone else's package, since the various ray guns are allowed. they'll just.. slip it in unnoticed, with like, MacBeth's gear.
