I continue to be insanely irritated by the inclusion of tamashii stand ports on basically every release lately, but simultaneously the way that they're almost never engineered to actually work. Waspinator has one but only for bot mode. Inferno has one that's basically completely useless unless you unpeg his waist. It's so fucking constant and makes me wonder if it's just at troll at this point.

Most of the characters released were 'new' to me (I had never even seen the '86 Transformers movie or anything past G1 season 1, so this was my first time seeing characters like Galvatron and Ultra Magnus), so the only ones I could really be disappointed with were the remakes of the Beast Wars characters I had growing up. Airaizor, Terrorsaur and Rhinox were my three biggest let-downs - Airaizor and Terrorsaur had awesome bot modes that looked better than their originals, but the Beast Modes sucked (which is why I won't get the new SS Airazor for RotM). Rhinox was a disappointment in both modes, so he's the only figure I actually regret getting at all. The new Inferno's beast mode is kinda lame, too. BW Grimlock having the wrong color scheme was annoying, but at least I have a new version of my favorite character (my old one's legs turned to dust ages ago).T-Rex Megatron/T-Wrecks, Blackarachnia, and Tarantuals were home-runs, though, and I love them as much as I loved my originals.

I like having a Magnus whose cab/inner bot isn't just a carbon copy of Optimus. They have articulation to do splits, but can't rotate in the other direction to stand up straight, which is an odd thing to me.
