She survives largely by virtue of her AI controlled reaction speed and technological enhancements. Her flesh seems exceptionally durable and her reflexes are sharp, but her primary weapon is only a blade. Her fighting style is largely to just walk forward, draw all the attention, and then hunker down and explode killing everything around her and sending waves of shrapnel and gore flying. Its simple, effective, and pretty stupid. But you can't argue with results. She also does AI-guided artillery and support fire, and generally is a solid point to fight around for anyone else on her team.Outside of combat she's a very dour sort. Shouldering the fate of humanity upon herself and being quite alike the general she follows. It seems like she doesn't ever let her guard down, just waiting for the day her luck runs out and the balance of the battlefield shifts.
>>88984960I want everyone to know I absolutely considered taking 1000x bait instead of 100x bait as a tattoo thing. But I felt like tech with ai reflexes was way cooler of an idea.

>>88984440>>88984517I don't like the genre shift you're bringing to the MHA writefags, Anon. But to be more precise, I wouldn't call the part I dislike a genre shift, and more doubling down on something that was already starting to creep in: "good is incompetent, evil does whatever it wants". In all the (Horrific) Five, and 360 writefags so far, it feels like it's a wank of the badguys to the point that the good side is shown to be absolutely useless. Kyoto Prison for super villains, broken into like it was nothing, Osaka seemingly not, only because once again it's villain's keikaku, and a third of the policemen are on their payroll. And with the "Flight of the Sahugins" it's not even the "good side", so much as the side your characters are on.Maybe it's just me, but more writefags where the same group is being shown as so op that they carry no risk going into any of their grandiose plans, makes it sound very Mery Sueish, and kills my interest in it. There is zero stakes in it. It's practically assured that their plans will succeed, with no setbacks, and they will do it styling on their enemies so hard it feels like they are fighting children. At first I assumed you wanted to start on the high note to highlight how powerful they are, so when the plans start to go wrong, it highlights the strength of their opponents too, but you seem to be going into it deeper and deeper instead.I feel like the only reason this doesn't get called out as much as Mio not getting busted for her shenanigans, is that it's rather separated from most builds, so people simply don't care enough to point it out.

There are few things that can take him down, and even fewer that can keep him there, so he usually plays the role of the party tank. The tactic that earned him the nickname is grabbing priority targets, entombing them under ground, and blowing them up. If possible, he'll first get out of the newly dug grave first and cover it to protect others from the blast, but if that's impossible, he doesn't shy away from detonating the explosives while he's still holding the target. Depending on the amount used and how the battle has been going up until that point, he might be able to keep fighting or be incapacitated alongside his target.Personality wise, he's very blunt. He enjoyed woodcarving before the transformation but lacks the manual dexterity for it now. He tried to switch to stone-sculpting, but since he can control it with his abilities, that turned out to be no fun. In free time, he enjoys eating, drinking, and taking dumb bets which usually involve people trying to find what the biggest calibre of a gun is that Frank can tank without flinching.
>>88985577>Melody - since this seems to be what the other's takeWe don't have to share the same general. We just get more of their support if more of us are in their camp. >>88985259You might be getting mixed signals with the 5 because Spring Cleaning and Flight of the Sahugins were written by different people.I can't speak for the turncoats, I still have yet to read those.
>>88985259I disagree entirely. First off, this is a setting with very large power gaps, just like nearly all shonen, so nothing happening in these stories is "Mery Sueish". What we've had so far are incompetent or subtle threats/antagonists. The former are mostly used as jokes and to make small fry heroes look good, and the latter have been refusing to throw their weight around because of this general's aversion to having an effect on other players. Basically, we've had the issue of the Good Guys being so omnipotent that everything is stagnant, and the Bad Guys being so ineffectual that they're basically Saturday morning cartoon villains from an 80s toy commercial. All that's been happening is a raising of the stakes: an actual international threat is showing they have no problems with shaking things up because they are uninvested in keeping the peace. They're big fish in a small pond. This is not only realistic, it's good for the health of the narrative and it fits in appropriately with genre conventions.I can only hope that writers ignore you and people who whine like this. There's no point to this hobby if it's always everyone doing tea parties because they're afraid to look too good or do too much.
>>889837001. Cute girls2. Ugly bastards
>>88987859Who's your latest ugly bastard build anon?
>>88987777If we're going by shonen standards then why don't we go by the MHA itself? How many times did we have fights where someone is there just to absolutely dominate the other side to the point where they risk absolutely nothing like this did? We're introduced to a setting with the number one hero being heavily wounded due to a fight with the number one villain who also ended up maimed (and later after a rematch they are both out of commission permanently). The protag constantly gets injured by the fact he has to overuse his powers to keep up. Government might fuck up at times but it's not just a mix of fools and turncoats. Both the villains and heroes fight to get ahead, and gain some and lose some as the result. There is a risk and a price. The contest is much more evenly matched. What we have here is an escalation of power, but as it is currently presented, it certainly isn't raising of stakes. The villains presented here don't put anything on the line. They just come in and sweep the house. If you want to escalate the power level, at least do it for the enemies too. It's like if you had a Dragonball Z tournament that you cut after Z-fighters absolutely dominate the normal dudes, and there is no Cell behind it or anything. This is the style that only works in parodies (like OPM) or "cheat isekai" shows; I don't think we're going for either of those genres, so I don't see how this fits the convention. I don't understand the reason you believe it's good for the narrative. Where do you see this going? Just then taking over whole of Japan in two weeks? Do you really enjoy this? Please explain, because I can't wrap my head around that.
>>88987859We had ugly bastards for worm, ml and mpath, so where the fuck is your mha build? God knows Mio needs the sort of treatment only a UB could give her.

>>88987982You're being ridiculously hyperbolic and there's no point in talking with someone who is more interested in throwing a fit than making a point.
>>88988031coward
>>88988031The only hyperbole I think I used was the two weeks timeline. Doing that is their goal (and doesn't even seem like an end goal, just making it "the first Asian subsidiary" or something like that iirc) and so far there is nothing that would even seem to slow them down. I'm being serious, please explain your viewpoint, because it's just alien to me. I can try to rephrase my case, but it's basically down to: I don't think throwing an op group into the mix just so it can appear in writefags where they make everyone else look incompetent is interesting.
how do I get good at editing colors on images
>>88988135Learn to use layers.
>>88988135First you must reject yuri
>>88988104The only people who have been made to look incompetent are low powered cops. You're like a guy complaining about the first quarter of an action movie — oh woe is me, these criminals are too good, how will John McClain ever triumph? If there's world class heroes running around Japan, which is a place we've already established is corrupt with a bright and happy surface façade and a rotten underbelly in previous fics, why shouldn't there be world class threats to Japan taking advantage of that situation? There can now be stories about powerful people with big aspirations struggling against each other. These recent fics just establish the threats as legitimate and haven't wrecked any PCs at all. If we're going to be playing the "I'm confused" game then I'm confused why you're so personally offended about something you can freely ignore.I think the developments and characters are interesting. You don't. Okay? Then don't use it? Stop shitposting. If my viewpoint that establishing motives and factions and interpersonal drama is good to stop stories from falling into a rut is good for the shared narrative is such an alien thought to you, then no amount of posting on an image board is going to change your mind. We clearly think writing is a very different activity from one another. Great, who cares, good bye. I'll gladly keep reading this stuff and let my character get swept up in the tide, and you can keep your focus on, what, café dates and the inertia of water? There's room for both if you don't go out of your way to piss gasoline on new growth.

>>88988426VUTE MARUU!!!!!!!!
>>88988236Like I said in my initial response, if this was the intro then alright, but it's already another writefag like this that seems to be going deeper into it than the opposite direction, and with how long the storylines here tend to be, unless this tendency changes quickly (and there are no signs of it), it probably wouldn't just be "the first quarter" of it.And I guess I might have missed that point, but I didn't notice the place where it was defined that it's the Japan (or at least it's government) as a whole that is corrupt, and not just some elements of it. And there is also a separation between the corrupt and the inept. The writefags seemed to me to show off more the side of the government not being above unethical deeds to further its goals, rather than it being incapable of noticing this scale of action on their territories. And no, it's not just the low powered cops that were shown to be incompetent, it's everyone involved, every hero and government official involved whose duty was to help prevent such situations, was shown to fuck up or be a turncoat. And with the way the scale works, this is already pushing into other spaces with stuff like:>HUNDREDS OF VILLAINS LOOSE IN THE STREETS OF KYOTO… CURFEW EXPECTED BY KYOTO AUTHORITIES… EXPERTS WARN OF LOOMING CRIME WAVE IN THE KANSAI REGION…For now it's relatively minor, but what's the next step on this power escalation ladder? I'm not saying it has to happen, but based on the tendency, I decided to voice. I just hope it's gonna go the way you think it will, with this still being part of the intro that's there to establish their position, and it won't just keep getting bigger and bigger, because as much as I'd like to believe that there will be "room for both", I think that this city might be too small for those new groups.

Inigo didn't sound like Junichi who didn't sound like Rosethorn who didn't sound like Maru who didn't sound like a human sometimes which was funny. When Mammogar returned I was weirdly hyped. It's like Ryu-kishi is developing a rogue's gallery. I was glad to see the physics lesson at the start get pay off, too. Good work.I got a weird look from outside just now. >>88989812I think the prison escape is before the provisional license exam, but even if they had it, they'd only be able to act while chaperoned and directed by a pro. >>88991015Right off the bat I want to commend you for going all the way with the story and only ending at a natural stopping point. This is a polished story. Two things that struck me as odd though: the first being that Hifumi was able to teleport while keeping his vision and without bouncing back to "start", and the second being all the zombies becoming instantly decrepit and rotted even though they were all alive just minutes ago. To my mind, it doesn't make sense that they lack the resilience and general appearance of (extremely injured) living people.During the fight scene I started to get confused about Impakt's limits on kinetic absorption. Clearly it's not total, but where's the line? Also, who is Hana? Was she in a different story I didn't see? The way she's referenced makes it seem like we're supposed to know more about her suicide attempt than the mention we get in Ernest's agency. It was cool to see a pro at work, including the troubles with fame and the demands of celebrity-industry. That's one of the few interesting things about this setting and I was glad to see it hadn't been dropped.

>>88991662>spoilerHad me in the first half, not gonna lie.>>88991908Glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully my soundtrack made your reading experience a better one.>>88992047Thanks for the critique. To answer some of your questions, I didn't fully understand Hifumi's Quirk at the time of writing. As for the zombies, I don't think I wrote them as rotting anywhere. As a martial artist, I can attest that hitting hard enough just once to the wrong area can stop a fight, so that's why they might not seem as resilient. Just watch a UFC fight. Sometimes all it takes is a single punch, and those are people trained to take a hit.Impakt can absorb a lot of energy, but I never settled on an exact limit. I just rule-of-cooled it.Ernst was also supposed to have a conversation with Hana in a flashback during the fight, but I didn't want to keep anons waiting any longer than I already had, so it got dropped. Might write it as an addendum to this, but she recently lost family to villains and Impakt has a heart-to-heart with her, sharing his own experiences.Overall, most of the holes in the story can be explained by "I thought it went hard".
>>88991662atmosphere*
>>88982479So, I've found myself hesitating and decided I'll just see what the thread thinks about the premise for my writefag. The first part is Maru visiting the Mitsurugi Dojo for sword training. Another member of 1-D should also be there, currently debating Orochi but I don't have a good excuse yet. Basically just some light SoL stuff and maybe a little sparring. The second part is Drekus causing trouble, and his trouble places the Dojo in danger. Chihiro refuses to abandon the Dojo and engages Drekus, and her guests ultimately get drawn into the action. The Pro Hero on the scene is Seiryu (thus why I was debating on bringing Orochi along). What do anons think? Does it sound like an interesting plot? Or should I go back to the drawing board and think up another plot entirely?
>>88988135I myself am not amazing at it, and honestly some images I do kind of have to give up on changing the colors. My usual advice is to take your time and copy out the things you want to change the color of and put it onto it's own layer. It's troublesome because the process of just selecting the thing you want can take a while, but it's a very consistent and reliable method.Failing that, I suppose you could post the image you're trying to edit and I could mess with it myself- maybe I could give better advice that way. Or maybe I could do a schizo screenshot tutorial of me do a color edit? Maybe that'd be useful if you're more of a visual learner?
>>88992335>Yui and Ashleigh intern under PopsyFund it
>>88992464It sounds nice. I like how you write sword fights so would enjoy the fic on that level, but it is cool at another level because Drekus being woven into more things means all of us can use him easier. If you can pull off that link between the students and the pros, which does sound challenging, that would be even better. I remember when I was the age of 1-D that classmates who barely talked would suddenly get really curious about each other and we'd impose ourselves on one another just to figure out how someone else lived. The fact that all these people are in the middle of puberty and figuring out what it means to be in charge of yourself might be all the justification you need to bring in the characters you want to bring in. "Because I felt like it" is a believable reason.

I didn't go out of my way to learn about my classmates, and they seemed content not to go out of their way to learn about me.>>88992665I thought about having Sally come in, so maybe I'll try and toss her in as well.Speaking of landing a hit, I was thinking about how that would go down earlier this week. I think Chihiro's speed is enough to deal with slower projectiles like non-lethal, rubber bullets- basically, if it's under 300 m/s, it's in the range that she can parry the bullets. Once you get past that with more lethal arms, she can only do some high speed serpentine maneuvers and hope her opponent misses. So it's an odd dynamic where Sally poses an entirely different threat level depending on the ammunition she uses.>>88992694I enjoyed the idea of team PR disaster back then. So Chihiro is also a good candidate to intern under Popsy. Seems a bit crowded though, so I'll probably have Chihiro go somewhere else.

>>88993197Smokin' Sexy would be another good option for Chihiro. He is one of the only heroes that actually uses a sword. We've both made characters who wouldn't normally go out of their way to see someone, and would need someone to barge into their house to interact with them. Only difference is you have school to force interactions. Such is the life of a hermit.(And you've definitely seen me around, you just don't know it's me. I contribute in my own way.)
>>88992828So Sally's options:Bait villains to attacks so she can use self-defense.Get a no-name, desperate motherfucker to give a potential PR powder keg a chance to make a career(Maybe an underground hero with no rep to lose?)Or vigilante work.Sally isn't the type to just sit down and cry. She'd rather get sent back to the US than go though all this for nothing.>>88992749Sally would try and fight "Fair"(IE: Street brawl rules since she has no idea what the rules to Kendo are) before likely getting frustrated and using her quirk to fire quick, small, non-lethal rounds. She wouldn't break the .50 cals for a sporting match.>>88993153Understandable. Sally would be mad but as her author, I would not be.
>>88993332Unironically could see a Sally-Kampai team up. Between the two of them, they form the Punisher.
>>88993332It's not for nothing. She will still get her professional license when she graduates. You're just making your character sound like an impatient jackass to overcome a build option you took, which is rather accurate now that I think about it.
>>88993363Yeah, she is both a jackass and impatient, even if I try to emphasize the courageous and righteous part of her so she's more than just a potentially lethal Jackass in the wrong country.
>>88993320Right? That was my logic for Smokin' Sexy. True enough on the hermit struggles. I like making hermetic kuudere sabers, so it's a frequent struggle. On the up side, it does seem like Popsy has Smokin and Rosethorn to pull her into the chaos. You do have some lines of entry.I'm not surprised, but I have no anon identification skills. I can only go with the information I have on hand! Either way, if you've been having fun with the thread, then that's good~>>88993332>Street brawl rules since she has no idea what the rules to Kendo areAs a rule, sparring, even with practice swords, isn't for people that don't have the basics down. Like with any kind of contact sport, it's really easy to hurt yourself or your opponent until you've got at least a month or two of practice, slowly working your way up from stances, to slow movement sparring, and gradually increasing the speed until you're ready to spar at full speed. Thus I figured neither Sally nor Orochi would actually be sparring with the practice swords, but rather it'd just be normal sparring with quirks involved. Not to say Chihiro isn't happy to hand out a free lesson before the sparring starts, it just wouldn't be enough for sparring. Hoge on the other hand has the excuse of having practiced some kendo in a club before, so she does get something of a pass. That was the logic anyway. If you were looking forward to reading about Sally trying to directly spar with the practice swords, or just think she'd be impatient enough to insist, I can, of course, accommodate. I'm still in the planning phase, so it's easy to make changes~Also, personally I think Sally would fit right in with team PR disaster.
>>88993332If you’d like, you could have her apply as an intern to Kraftwerk Hero Agency, only for Impakt’s agent to reject the application before it even got to his weight rack.
>>88992749Chihiro was always someone I thought Yui would mesh well with so I definitely wouldn't complain.>>88993130She'd be pretty biased to see Popsy in the best light possible. Even when she realizes she had it wrong, it wouldn't be entirely disappointing because she'd seer her as a bit similar to herself.
>>88993465Sally would probably insist on getting an ass beating just, especially if Miss "My Job is to write you up for uniform violations" is around to see her totally win this bet and look like a total badass.IE she gets her ass beat and tries to cheat. your call if that even works. If she loses, she'd give a bow to Chihiro cause she respects her dedication to something she can kind of understand(Sword autism is kinda close to gun autism, right?
>>88984860Not only watch. Drekus was there to see it live. Angry Fireman was very loud. Drekus could not enjoy.
>>88980208I won't be around when the next thread starts, so I must ask this prompt now to proceed with my writefag the next day. This one's for students. How punctual are you showing up to school? Do you get there 10 minutes before homeroom? Just in time? Always late? This is just to decide who my character interacts with in one section of the piece.

>>88993624Drekus is reading it now
>>88993622She might end up late once or twice a month, but overall Chihiro is in the group that arrives early. She believes it's best to set your schedule to arrive early so you have more flexibility if something goes wrong. So probably 10-15 minutes early.

Plenty of time to help elderly pedestrians and be there early, maybe earlier if he flew. (I still don't know if Noah would be in trouble if he did, Vigilantes had Crawler use his ability to move around, though I guess his doesn't go up in the sky where everyone can see)>>88984860Noah would watch it with his family, mostly cheering for the underdog but wouldn't be too into it otherwise. I like how you show him try and fix one guy and he ends up killing everyone. This happens a lot. DOUBLE LARIAT! KEK! It takes many minutes for Drekus to make one zombie, not this fast. But maybe he had an extra quirk that made it faster. Also Drekus has many quirk, not just feathers but sometimes he cannot think to use others so this is okay.>Final FightDrekus vs Impakt, it is very climactic. So, not a troll character, but basically an NPC that I decided to elevate after all. There's a lore reason that the gender ambiguity thing has been downplayed but it will literally never come up. Like their undescended testes acting up, or a partial uterus starting menses after everything got sewed closed.Of course, the most common is to have a penis and balls and nothing else, because there's way more trans girls than there are intersex people with both sets of external genitals. Realism is not a good basis for weird fetish garbage.

>>88995136I'm making OC so that's somethingDon't think it'll work as an MP unless we consume crayons at an unprecedented rate though (I do have a few ideas for that)
>>88991015Very cool. Impakt is a real hero. Good insight into his character.A couple more specific points:1. As one Anon pointed out, Hifumi's quirk doesn't work like that, but it didn't play that big of a role in the writefag, so it could be easily changed, like he teleported out his friends one by one, and then they helped him get out too, maybe they flew on gigan or something like that. I did have a bit of trouble at times differentiating who's talking in the boys' ramen scene.2. Drekus' schizo meltdown was a bit confusing for me to read, but I think it's appropriate for this, and I liked the scene overall.3. Recommended Listening is always nice, but linking two songs next to eachother like you did with the fight makes me wonder if I should just stop and listen or what? I assume the free bird solo was that one hotspot (is that what youtube calls that?) near the end.4. Overall the fight was easy to follow, with nice transitions between styles. One place I did not quite get is what you envisioned by the grappling sequence, and with my martial arts background being BJJ, this is probably the part I should understand the most.
https://youtu.be/Ng_t5D8tVvM
>>88995131I don't mind arguments that much, because at least anons are usually trying to say something of substance. Even the arugments that seem especially pointless and retarded might contribute some tiny sliver of value to the thread. The constant hornyposting has just gotten grating, though. When it's especially bad, it almost feels like everyone here is an "lol so random" 15-year-old from 2004. It'd be more bearable if they were at least funny.
>>88995220Crayons work quite well when used properly. It might be an option. What's the OC about?
>>88995351I'm really curious as to what arguments you've been seeing. Most of the ones I see are between two retards seeing who can strawman the other the hardest.
>>88995351I can see that perspective. I guess its similar for me, but just from an emotional standpoint instead of a logical one? Even if it's dumb and stale, the horny posters at least feel like they're having fun, and the other horny posters are enjoying each others posts. But the arguments always feel like it's pure vitriol, with neither side actually having any fun.I guess it's like 'I don't need to enjoy something to appreciate that someone else is enjoying it, but if you're not even enjoying it, then just why?'Of course, I could just be imposing my own perspective and misunderstanding stuff.
>>88995351Can't relate. Rather read a dissertation on toe sucking than the inane arguments.
>>88995375It was the "comfy" apartment SoL one I posted a while back (there may or may not be monsters)Obviously such a thing is entirely unfitting for a main MPHowever I did decide to make the "neighbor" characters be based on mcyoag characters, so the crayon idea was to make it so instead of making a new original character for your apartment build in the hypothetical MP you could pull in one of your past characters for multiverse crossover shenanigans
>>88995414I remember at least anon really wanting crossover stuff so he'd definitely enjoy.I could get behind using old characters clumped together for advanced shitposting.
>>88995414What are some of the pre-existing neighbour characters btw?
>>88995377Usually those anons are venting their frustrations with some aspect of thread culture which they believe is diminishing or holding back the quality of MP. They're just too emotionally invested in dunking on each other to actually listen to the other person. But as a 3rd party observer, I feel like I can usually see both perspectives. Some anons just argue to argue, but I don't think most arguments are for their own sake. There's usually at least something they're actually trying to say. Even if the arugment itself is essentially "I don't like you because you did x in your build" or whatever, I tend to assume their issue didn't start with whichever anon and whichever build they're upset with at the time. This negative feeling most likely built up over time after witnessing other examples of "thing I don't like." They're upset with a pattern or perceived pattern. And perhaps if they took more time to think through why exactly they dislike said thing, they could better articulate their grievances. And perhaps that could be constructive and produce more "things we all like." I think the seemingly inane arguments probably move the needle forward ever so slightly in that direction.Or I could just be completely wrong and giving anons way too much credit.
>>88995507>Or I could just be completely wrong and giving anons way too much credit. You are. Anons desire to argue and look for an excuse after making that decision.
>>88994802Added to the controlc>>88994824>>88994834Done
>>88995534I think you're dehumanizing anons too much. People generally have reasons for what they're doing, even if they're bad ones. Communication is virtually always an attempt to express something internal to another person.
>>88995556Anon is trying to start arguing with you because he's trying express his attraction to you.
>>88995507Seems reasonable enough to me. I don't think I've thought that deeply about it, but it's more or less in line with the way I see it.
>>88995574I'm sorry yurispam anon. I'm not really in the mood. Another time.
>>88995556As the indirect instigator of the first argument in this thread ("good is incompetent, evil does whatever it wants"), I wrote things that way because I found it cool and didn't care about considering any of the repercussions involved. Was also half-asleep when I started reading through the back-and-forth and woke up fully from the sheer annoyance. Now that it's sunk in I'm reconsidering my initial decision to get involved in MHA and will probably just go back to maintaining the controlc. So guess what, narrativefag, you won. I guess I'm just shit at implementing "effort, cost or risks"
>>88995589imagine crying this much over one fag sperging
>>88995589Good. I'm looking forward to never reading any of your shit writing ever again. Don't come back for Facility, either.
>>88995597Don't mock him so, anon. He might try to kill himself. Oh, wait. I can't imagine why that might be a bad thing.
Yeah I definitely prefer the unfunny hornyposting to pointless vitriol.
>>88995597Negative comments always leave the biggest impact
>>88995589Excellent! I wish you the best of luck in a field more suited for you, like shoving dildos up your ass or sucking off heroin addicts.
>>88995660NTA Do they? Probably when it comes to a single post that left the biggest impact on me and affected how I wrote after that, was saberchama saying he really liked the concept of Hifumi. When it comes to not a single post, it's Spherethirst leading me into Korean brainrot, but that ain't really a negative comment either.
>>88995589Eh, if it helps I don't think you were wrong with what you were trying to say. I get the guy not wanting anyone to try and control how he writes, but I think your criticism was a valid one. Stories are more interesting when the characters have to overcome hardship. It's just a shame it turned into an argument instead. Either way, here's hoping that you find some entertainment from the thread in one way or another.
>>88995686Anon, I think you mixed up the posters
>>88995697Did I?
>>88995660i guess. i get pissy about a lack of (You)s for my writefags but keep to myself and work on the next idea. getting your panties in a twist about one or two people in a sea of praise to the point that you decide you'll quit doing something you claimed to enjoy just seems like repulsive behavior to me.
>>88995589I'm going to assume this is anons stealing faces again, because this is just way too cowardly and fragile. No way does someone show experience writing fiction and not have developed skin thick enough to disregard criticism that doesn't improve their work. This is probably the shitposter that directly started that dumb argument trying to trick the thread into giving him some confused moral victory.
>>88995717I'm only reconsidering it. Will probably jump back in if I get another idea for a writefag. Was also hungry for (you)s and reaped a great harvest
>>88995743sasuga...
>>88995742holy schizo
>>88995758Cute SChizo>
>>88995697Oh, I think I did. I was going off of the quote they used and thought they were claiming to be that anon. I guess they were just using the quote to clarify the argument in question?I won't really lie and say the lack of opposition wasn't an issue, but I will say most writefags have some sort of flaw or issue to improve upon. I'm sure my own are full of issues. If it's the anon that wrote the build update tax writefags that just gave up on MHA, then that's a shame since I enjoyed the writefags. He seemed like a good thing for MHA as a whole too, since it opened up the genre in a way that might help more anons enjoy the mp.
>>88995751Okay to be honest it was mainly for the (you)s. I'm not even involved in MHA but the argument was funny. Off to get breakfast now, see you all in the next thread. I'll be back with better bait.
>>88995743Oh. Then that's good. As long as you're having fun. I can't fault you for (You) farming either. I really like them too, so sometimes I shitpost just to see if I can get someone to talk with me.
>>88995784Who's the schizo now? Not me. Face stealing confirmed. Still the best 1973
>>88995796Replying to your own post...
>>88995795I'mgonna be honest, half the time I hornypost it's just for (you)s
>>88995784Ru the fucker who impersonated me n said anons cld use the clique in smut
>>88995811I can see that. It does seem like a fairly cost effective way to farm (you)s. My skin isn't thick enough to try it myself, however. Still, more power to you all the same.
>>88995823I should note, it's only half of the time, the other times are genuine hornyposts.
>>88995811Same. I make like one or two hornyposts and then others run with it. I usually find it more amusing than whatever's currently happening in the thread so that's a bonus.
>>88995817That was months ago, but yes. It was me, Barry. Now don't go asking me who else I've been impersonating because my waffles are almost ready and I'd like to eat them in peace.
>>88995457Don't have many yet, but the ones I've decided on so far (I'd want at least 12 neighbors):La Erudita (as a tree)Limit BreakerZhang Yun (I needed a crappy magic furniture salesperson and she was the most fitting)James Cook (I like Cook)Deciding which characters to use is kinda tough because they have to be able to "grant" you something (or teach it). For example, Cook's neighbor bonus is getting a little magical pet from his NP, LB's is giving you incredible leadership/speechcraft, etc
>>88995845Yep, yep. The fact that you said half isn't lost on me. I can't say I've got anything against genuine hornyposts. It's not my cup of tea, but 'that's that and this is this'. Separate matters, you know?I also half suspect that you're replying just because I'm giving (you)s in return. It's a pleasant enough conversation though, so I don't mind even if that's the case.
>>88995871Part of me thinks the hivemind would make for funny neighbors- all of them sharing a room. They could teach social skills. Not like diplomacy or speeches, but body cues and fashion, or keeping up with trends. They're fairly iconic members of the thread culture too, so it'd be kind of fitting in that sense too.
>>88995871Add Nightmare. I don't what she'd have to offer, but I want a NEET.
>>88995871>didn't make the listI'm killing myself.
>>88995961same desu
>>88995961>>88995975I don't remember a lot of builds honestlyMake a compelling case and I will consider itI don't really wanna do the five bitchy Asian girls though it's meant to be a fantasy kinda apartment, y'know
>>88995871How about at least one character that's just a bro? Someone like Cao Noh from Martial Path, or Less from FGO?
>>88995991>You have to keep Cao Noh from killing himself and in return he teaches you martial arts and hangs out with you
>>88995871HmmmMyrddin from CA, teaches you basic cantrips?
>>88995871Othala, she can teach you how to be good with money.
>>88995985One of those Asian girls definitely is a part of my fantasy.
>>88996023Wrong fantasy, Hifumi.
>>88996023You weren't supposed to watch the little mermaid video
>>88996032???
I still prefer the bitchy nip sisters.
>>88995871>>88995985I'll shamelessly toss out that you could always use a saber as a swordsmanship instructor. (Chiliu or Liz probably being the best candidates of the bunch) Or you could use Ling'er and have her dumb luck rub off on you, as she's utterly incapable of teaching anyone anything.Neither is an especially good argument, but I do like to say something.
>>88995871I feel like JRPG Traitor would be a good source to pull some characters from but idk
>>88995870IM GOING TO BURJ UR WAFFLES>>88995902>iconicy-you too
>>88996029>Assuming I'm unable to imagine her as my waifu in almost any setting.>>88996032Wrong Asian girl, but i've seen it before that Anon posted it here (I added a sub to their YouTube channel).
>>88995817Don't worry anon. Gooks are much to bland for me to ever consider writing smut for them. When I read doujins I need a a passable plot.
>>88996048Which bitchy nip sisters?
>>88996112Worms. They were ripe for yuri.
>>88996083It has more views than the English version. The mind virus is too powerful
>>88996135I mean, have you seen the English version? That's no challenge.
>>88996050Might bring Chiliu inAfter that I think I wouldn't take any more "combat instructor" characters though, two is enough considering it's supposed to be a comfy CYOA (even if there are monsters in the library)Also hard cap on Martial Path characters, don't want more than 3 from any MP
>>88996199Yeah Danielle's voice suited the song better. She had more control for the delicate parts
>>88996135Presented without comment https://youtu.be/c8P6ML7fwM4
>>88996224Yay. Thanks anon.
>>88996239>They didn't understand why they showed more of the voice actress' face than the real actress.Gee, I wonder why...
It seems /cyoag/ has ravaged this thread.
>>88996291It was just two anons arguing. Settle down.
>>88996323There was more wrong in this thread than that.
>>88996329Futafags?
>>88996335More than that.
>>88996252Not sure where I'd put her though...The Garden, I guess? She doesn't really fit in any of the other onesWhich reminds me I need characters that use vehicles to put in the Parking Garage because it's just Cook in there right now
>>88996338Probably a you problem then
>>88996344No. It's a (you) problem.
>>88996357The (you) famine made Anons desperate.
>>88996359I see. I still believe /cyoag/ orchestrated the (you) drought.
>>88996367They suffered from it first and now it has spread to us.
>>88996340A garden is a valid placement. Her actual house back in her sect was part way up the mountain behind the sect rather than in the sect itself. Granted, that mountain was in a perpetual blizzard rather than full of greenery, but the point remains that Chiliu hanging out in nature isn't unusual.Speaking of options, what are all the options? Have they changed since the original WIP?
>>88996421The options are the same, yeahNobody voiced any issues with themThere's a "Normal Apartment" (Limit Breaker is here enjoying his peaceful retired life after winning)"Library" (Zhang Yun is here, living in her book-room she managed to bootleg into teleporting her to her inner world instead of a normal room. Myrddin there too, probably)"Garden" (Chiliu and Erudita-tree)"Parking Garage" (Cook)I want 3 per area for now, I thinkNot sure where Cao would goHe's a homeless bum so the garden would fit but also it would be really weird for the garden to be full of homeless autists instead of like...Gardeners and people good at plantsI don't know if we have anyone like that though
>>88996508Othala could go with Cook in the Parking garage if I decide to use her, but two people with ships is a bit odd...
>>88996508If you feel Chiliu clashes too much with Cao, one option is to move Chiliu to the library. Part of her theme was that she loved seeking out tomes/scrolls/what-have-you for saber techniques- she was an intelligence maxed saber user rather than a body maxed one.
>>88996508Also, I wasn't around for it, but apparently Goblins was a beloved mp? I think someone said earlier that a chief goblin loved to chill out and grill? He might make a good neighbor, and as an obviously not human entity, he'd fit the fantasy theme. No clue, but it was fresh in my mind so I figured I'd give it a mention.
I don't think I have the strength to writefag today. The lack of good sleep is taking its toll.
>>88996585A shame. I hope you get better sleep next time.
