This time multiple people are aiding in finding all of RPGA Greyhawk, before it is lost to time

Link is supposed to be this. Sorry had a long day

It's going to take a while for me to go through everything and upload it. In the meantime, is there anything you are looking for?
>>
It'd be great if you guys could upload all this to a mega or sharespace or something.

We will if it's ever complete. If you want what we're currently working with, get it out of the Vault torrent. If you have real actual interest in the post-Wars Living setting, bring me an entry point and I'll post some material to get you started. There's like a thousand of these adventures and they need to be combed through. It took me like three hours last week just to figure out what was missing from the Tusmit region alone - and it turned out that Anon didn't have any of the missing stuff.

If we're able to unearth even a few currently lost modules I might consider trying to get a Mega up but I really think it would get taken down pretty quickly - the Greyhawk community online is weird about this shit but that makes it fun, like we're doing something naughty. Sharing secret lore, deep cuts and shit.

Finding things that may be lost to time and things that would improve material to draw upon, and they want to remove it?

Ostensibly, it's because the rights to the stuff are owned by their original authors. Protect those poor authors including ones who have moved on and forgotten about this stuff completely - so it becomes impossible to ever license it. In reality I might speculate that it is spearheaded by the individuals in the community who originally coordinated the event who feel they earned the right to keep the material to themselves but I tend to have a dim view of people's motives.

>The power of allies
Dibs on Warnes Starcoat, he looks so fucking cool. I also vote that we ridicule anyone who avatarfags as Mordenkainen or any deity.

This thread deserves to die. You all will kneel to the Realms.

Both settings have their own problems. Greyhawk suffers from the status quo - the Circle of Eight (used to) fuck up the winning side, good or evil, to keep the balance. Realms suffers from power creep - there's always a bigger fish (evil empire long lost to time coming back to threaten the world). Realms has more emphasis on OP NPCs who have done hot shit, which often leads to DMs overshadowing PCs just to show off how cool these guys are (and if they can handle things why are WE here). Greyhawk has more emphasis on location-based threats PCs have to resolve - but that can sometimes feel like you're not doing anything important in the grand scheme of things (arguably by design).

That said, this thread does deserve to die. There just isn't enough interest. Threads are falling off way before the bump limit. Maybe LG stuff can go into the /3.5g/ /3eg/ >>88929335 and the earlier stuff into /osrg/ >>88956003

>There just isn't enough interest
Its really hard to be interested when instead of providing a dump that people can look through and scan for missing stuff it's just a drip feed with with nothing to talk about.

The transient nature of 4chan means all threads are made to die. Fighting against this tide of digital entropy only succeeds when the subject breeds rampant discussion. I love(d) Living Greyhawk (like an abused spouse), but I'm not going to scream into the aether about it. I'm a decade out of steam.

In the meantime, here is Gary Gygax's Living Fantasy.

Here is a list of the modules including most of their summaries for you to look through
http://www.canonfire.com/cf/lgmoduleindex.php

If you want what we have just get it out of the Vault Torrent. So far no one has proven to have anything that's missing from that (combined with the Living Greyhawk 99.8% stalled torrent) or to have any real interest in what I've posted so far. I'll finish up Verbobonc if and when I feel the inclination then move to either Furyondy or the Core material.

>here is Gary Gygax's Living Fantasy.
Nice, thanks. Is this basically Gygax's "how to run a pseudo-realistic medieval fantasy world" for GMs?

Starting a blog about is probably a good idea

It seems like that, there just aren’t enough people interested in greyhawk around these parts, doesn’t mean i will let entropy win though
