So, what do you think of the trailer?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJQb5BP1nTU
Wow it looks like ass.Studio trigger is supposed to be making this right? The hell happened with it?Also the pacing of the humor has not been carried across if going by the trailer. Is this their first non-original work?
>>88973346I already know how it ends so why would I watch it?
>>88973346I like it, Laios' voice is a bit deeper than what I imagined but I'm happy with it, they need to show him going full autist though.I didn't expect Marcille's to be this bratty, not really a complain as her screams are going to be ear piercing, but still something sounds off about her.
>>88973665Im really not. I love DM and I think ST can make things good in motion. This looks very stiff and the colors look too vivid. The manga was much more earthtones.
>>88973781The manga was black and white
>>88973781The cover illustrations are very colorful. The idea that fantasy must be associated with earthtones has been a disaster for Hollywood productions.
>>88973846And when it used color (such as for covers) the blending was much better.
>>88973965I didn’t say pure earthtones (I said more), I meant the blending was better.Im not asking for mudcore, Im saying the digital coloration they used looks bad.
>>88973346Actually looks pretty good, Laios and Marcille's VAs arent what I expected but maybe theyll surprise us.Can't wait to experience the story anew.
right here anon
>>88973346Trailer needed to be less frantic, but the voices, style, and attention to detail on the food prep seems to all be there.
>>88973346Voices aren't quite what I would've imagined, but they don't feel like a miscast either, so that's okay. Otherwise looks pretty good.
>>88973346Fat eared elf sounds terrible.
>>88973346Seen the manga posted here a couple of times. Is it worth getting into?
>>88975323yes, my favorite manga
>>88973346>Elden Ring, OoooOooh Elden Ring>...I mean, Dungeon Meshi, OooOoh Dungeon Meshi
>>88973346The man will impregnate the elf
Good trailer, it seems they're gonna make an effort to do the iconic manga panels so that's one fear averted
>>88975666This one, to be more specific
>Have to wait years for the rabbit chapterAhhhhhh
>>88975696do not sexualize Senshi, he is Funny Uncle only who marries some sweet dwarf lass in a peaceful village somewhere
>>88975666Wow, non-canon in two franchises.
>>88973346That it's not /tg/, it's /a/.>BUT THERE ARE OTHER-Yes, and those should go where they belong. The Hobbit? /lit/. LOTR? /tv/. Dungeon Meishit? /a/. Hornyposting? /aco/, /d/, /h/, or /trash/. Just because a bunch of retards are breaking the rules doesn't mean it's okay for you trannime faggots to do it.
>>88976398That's rough buddy, maybe you should apply as a janny or better yet run through traffic since you're so determined to play hall monitor.Cope, seethe, mald, dilate, etc.
>>88973346>Dungeon Meshi>So, what do you think of the trailer?Very lovely
>>88975323I personally despise 99.9% of anime/manga.People will point me to the 1% and call it good and at best its OK. Good stuff if there was any, is like 20 years old by now, with now most stuff being wretched trash.Dungeon Meshi is one of the few exceptions. Go read it.
>>88975919Reminder that Senshi is canonically hung
>>88976621Okay you've sold me on it.>Good stuff if there was any, is like 20 years old by now, with now most stuff being wretched trash.Any other manga you'd recommend me? I'm a bit jaded when it comes to entertainment media.
>>88976844Well Im very Jaded. I can give some advide but depends on what your jaded about. I myself find myself in a middle ground for content.I want some hot girls, but I also want some good plot and character development. On one side I get hollywood yelling in my ear while not being able to manage even the most basic of plots. On the other hand current day manga/anime is like 99.9% embarassing garbage where it feels dirtier then actual porn, where your lucky the plot isn't "Im in a magical land where all my sisters want to have sex with me".If your like me in that sense, then I can give advice.
>>88976398Lmao imagine being a wannabe janny board police
>>88976844Nta but I would wholeheartedly recommend Made in Abyss to basically anyone who is into adventure stories. Both the manga and the anime. It is one of the few series where both mediums are fucking fantastic and one doesn't wholly outshine another. The Anime is especially elevated due to the outstanding ost it has whereas the scenery drawings in the manga are absolutely beautiful.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Skmy1trZXtg
>>88973346liking the animation style and shading, fits dungeon meshiI do not like marcille's voice, laios I can get used, but marcille just feels wrong. Senshi's is perfect.I'm also really worried about pacing, how many episodes is this getting?
>>88977486there's always one on every board...
>>88976844anything in particular you're looking for/want?
>>88977527Marcille's voice might be better once we see her in action. Right now she seems a little bratty, but they probably took the lines with that delivery and put them up front to sell the comedy that was evident when the manga started.
>>88977516>Made in AbyssIts filled with goreporn fetishism. And don't tell me Im looking too deeply into it as they sell asshole perfume of the underage looking characters. Its got some pretty imagery, but its bullshit on the inside.
>>88977561hopefully, while reading I never really imagined her having a bratty tone when complaining but rather one with despair
>>88977615yep, pretty much how i feel now after reading it as well as watching it, interesting premise, interesting worldbuilding, beatiful animation and soundtrack in the first season and deep soul movie, but theres so much disgusting pedo and poop fetishism that its obvious the author is just cramming in his magical pissforest realm
>>88975666ok satan but wheres her cute feet?
>>88977615>>88977901You are fucking plebians if you are so easily disuaded from engaging with kino.Fucking Berserk was filled with murata's fetishes and yet it is kino of the highest order as well.
>>88978183I just don't like watching anal prolapses or toilets that lick your butthole clean, bro.
>>88978183Anime/Manga fans have taught me the pejorative "Degenerates" unironically. But even if you actually feel embarasshment and shame over the rancid fetish shit and are not actually watching MIA for said fetish shit (and are just embarassed for being called out on it), its still generally pretty shallow. It looks pretty, but thats about it.Honestly this has me thinking that >>88976398might actually be right. Anime fans just CANNOT be told to shut up about their fetishes, nor can they handle any amount of criticism over it. I like dungeon meshi, but maybe the /a/ containment thread principles should be enforced over that alone.
>>88978304>capitalized word for emphasis>reddit spacingOpinion discarded.
>>88978225>>88978304Nobody who has actually fucking watched MIA calls it a fetish anime, the only reason for you to hold that fuckign retarded opinion is because you have seen few clips from here and there that are almost exclusively meant to ilict shock from the audience in the first place.
>>88976398you don't even do it for freeyou're pretending to do it for free
>>88978447How does her asshole smell anon? Is it truly:>"The Smell of the Sun and Sweet Potatoes?"
>>88977615>they sell asshole perfume of the underage looking characterswhy is Japan like this, was it the nukes?
>>88978576Japan has always been weird. Google "He-Gassen".
>>88978576Because it depends on its obsessive fan market to keep it afloat.Imagine if the main market in the USA for fantasy novels where the sort of people to buy gamer girl bathwater. You bet the Amazon LOTR series would have allot more E-thots as main actors.
>>88978713>You bet the Amazon LOTR series would have allot more E-thots as main actors. At least if they marketed to coomers the actresses might actually be attractive.
>>88978713>Imagine if the main market in the USA for fantasy novels where the sort of people to buy gamer girl bathwater.Instead of sexually dissatisfied women? Bulk of fantasy novels are self-insert smut aimed at female consumers. I'm sure a lot of consumers would be happy to buy the bath water of various HP, Twilight, or LotR actors.
>>88978576Not enough nukes.
>>88973346This looks more...90s anime than modern anime. Not necessarily bad, but surprising.
>>88978901And this one has a submission/domination fetish.Basically 99.99% of all modern anime are dominated by fetishes.
>>88978913and that's a good thing
>>88978901>Chainsawman>good and not shit tailor-made for soulless westener simps
>>88979066Like stepping aside from the name calling or insults....Why.If its not your fetish, you spend 50% of the time just uncomfortable with the stories. And the fetish ALWAYS compromises the story. What if I just want to indulge in with my fetish in private and then watch some good storytelling that doesn't have me feeling embarassed? Why is it when furries demand you validate their fetish, its mock worthy, but if you want your anime fetishes validated anybody who doesn't support it is a plebian?
>>88979554Sadly most people at this point cannot fathom finding entertainment in anything but base stimuli e.g gore or sex. If you have a story, it's better with porn and fetishes. If you have a character, it will always be better if you make it a cute girl with big booba. That's how they think and there's nothing you can do about it. If you call them out on it they will just say low test or some other retarded cope when any good man from an era where men needed to be men would've despised this sort of thinking.
>>88978756>I'm sure a lot of consumers would be happy to buy the bath water of various HP, Twilight, or LotR actors.people who do this are called "whales" and no, there are few of them, but they pay a lot because they're obsessivesince everything you consume today is free or virtually free, the only way companies have to make money is to cater harder and harder to the "whales" who are in most cases damaged people. They're the people who'll pay $2000 for drawings of their fursona getting fucked, buy some whore's bathwater, give large donations to e-hookers, gamble thousands on loot crates, and so on. They're basically the broken alcoholics within a healthy public that still exists but does not really dictate what gets created anymore (because in the end, people create what they get paid for).

>>88979554>Why is it when furries demand you validate their fetish, its mock worthy, but if you want your anime fetishes validated anybody who doesn't support it is a plebian?Because 1 is a perversion that was always shoved in your face across all mediums back in the day by the and the other is something I expect from the medium of anime. I would similarly tell weebs to fuck off if I wasn't looking for that type of entertainment in a role-playing game. If I didn't, I would just consume some other form of entertainment medium/other website, instead of being a cultural imperalist, much like the wannabe jannie here >>88980144. If you're talking about 4chan in general, it was founded as a weeb website modeled after 2ch because the SA forms banned weebs. Go to Reddit or anywhere else if you don't like it.
>>88976844Dorohedoro. The anime is also good, faithful for the most part - upgraded in certain aspects like the beautiful backgrounds, worse in others like the janky 3D CGI, equal in others like the OST being extremely faithful but putting its own spin on it. Pretty consistently good throughout the whole series, there's a dip in energy near the 3/4 mark but it jumps right the fuck back up at the end.
How faithful are anime to their source material generally speaking? I know that they'll add stuff while they're waiting for the manga to catch up, but do they make significant changes just 'cause?
>>88980485>If you're talking about 4chan in general, it was founded as a weeb website modeled after 2ch because the SA forms banned weebs. Go to Reddit or anywhere else if you don't like it.This. 4chan has anime at it's core, whining about it just fucking retarded. The whole fucking nature of this site and the culture both it's userbase, and first moot, and later hiroshimoot have cultivated is rooted in discussion of "weebshit". Of course other interests are also welcome here, but trying to "shame" people who like anime for posting anime shit on 4chan is fucking assinine. Especially when coming from some "muh degeneracy bad" angle. This fucking site has never been some bastion of moral puritanism or moralfaggotry in general. Even back when times were less politically polarised than they are now, the stance most users here in my experience at least had, was that of "fuck off moralfag", as in, there was no desire to hear some retards try to preach about what is acceptable or not to like here.I get that the fucking culture war bs going on in murrica and leaking to the rest of the west as well has influenced the discourse here as well, but especially newfaggots would be wise to remember that this site's nature has always been more or less apolitical, barring of course /pol/, but even that board is only so heavily right leaning because leftists refuse to post there themselves.
>>88980539filler is generally only added for long running series that are being made in parallel to the respective manga/novel they're basing it off. So it doesn't really apply for anything around 12 or 24 episodes. The only real "filler" episode they would add is maybe a recap episode? like a episode 8.5sorta thing to buy time for the animators/studio if needed, but that's been falling out of fashion too so it shouldn't really happen. It really depends on each studio and director how much they're willing to change/add and censor, I've only seen trigger's original works so I'm not sure what they do for adaptations. Though I think it's probably safe to say that they'll stay pretty faithful to the source and that the real concern should be how much material they'll cut out rather than add in due to limitation of time.
>>88975323No it's dogshit
>>88975323Yes, it's kino.

Its fucking inexplicable.>Heterogeneous LinguisticsThe author is about as much of a language autist as Tolkein was. Well maybe not as much but the concept of the manga is people trying to understand each other without speaking the same language, or even speaking at all (e.g. the "sea people" are 4 fish coordinating through rhythmic bubble releases to communicate.)>Witch Hat AtelierWitches with cone hats are cute. CUTE.> Mieruko-ChanGirl can see ghosts. Everywhere all the time. You really really really don't want to see them all the time. You also don't want them to know that you can see them. Hell ensues.
>>88976844Otoyomegatari purely for the effort put into the embroidery.
>>88976621Incredibly gay post. Most of everything sucks, you don't see movie fans crying out "oh but it all sucks, movies suck, but maybe one or two are sort of good sometimes". We know, most of everything sucks and digging through the trash is what you have to do to enjoy anything, it's nothing new and nothing's changed.
Chainsaw Man is a bottom-tier trash dumb schlock for edgy teens like Devilman, but Devilman was at least doing something new at the time.On that note if you read Devilman you may no longer enjoy any popular edgy manga. Because most of it (knowingly or not) just copies Devilman. And Devilman isn't even that good.

>>88985106I never said that MIA was as good as Berserk is, my point was that Berserk is full of Murata's fetishes and it is great regardless of them. Same goes for Made in Abyss even if it isn't as good as Berserk.
>>88985213Dude, Miura, not Murata lol
>>88978447I've read it all the way through to the flashback sequences about the expedition that turns into the fucked up mutant townThe author's fetishes are on full display, and the concept of the setting serves largely to fulfill them. They come and go innocently enough a few times to trick you into thinking they're just being honest about how terrible things can happen even to cute moeblobs, but that background noise eventually becomes too loud to ignore.

>>88973346>>88975323Behind the faux-fairy tale art style and heavily leaning on classics like Lodoss/Swordworld it's just another piece of anti-fantasy obsessed with video game stats, subversion and the through demystification of fantasy. But /tg/ worships it because the art style reminds them of their ideal of "traditional" fantasy art + anime. It's subversive, rootless garbage.
>>88975666>Shipperfag was Satan
>>88985321Show me one page talking about video game stats in Dungeon Meshi you SNK faggot ?There's 0 subversion in MeshiDid you even READ it before spouting nonsense ?
>>88978183All authors inject their fetishes. What separates a good from a bad one is how aware of their own fetish they are and how naturally they try to have it.Context is king. And MIA author could not give less of a fuck about context. Anything can and will be used to have naked kids, make dick jokes, smelling assholes or drinking pee. And even if I can separate one from the other they're in the same package, so it will affect the perception of it as a whole. You could add a single tarantino tier feet fetish scene in the entire LotR trilogy it would be the moat depsised thing by most fans due how much it atands out and the kind of people it brings in.
>>88986206>And MIA author could not give less of a fuck about context. Anything can and will be used to have naked kids, make dick jokes, smelling assholes or drinking pee.You have not read or watched MIA. You base your opinions on it on fucking secondary meme sources if you genuinely beleive what you wrote.
>>88986231>Everyone punishes kids by getting them naked and tied to a place. Totally normal!>Ozen also makes Marulk crossdress because it's funny and likes to slap his ass naked>it's okay for Riko to make so many comments regarding Reg's dick because she wants to be a diver/scientist and is very curious about stuff>People constantly needs to pee or go to the bathroom>Everything has to be smelled up close, even going as far as asking to specifically smell the ass>All to gore and torture porn focused on kidsI get the concept, I get the idea, I enjoy both of them The execution, however, shows a clear lack of awareness by the author. I would almost believe you if it wasn't for all the covers who double down on getting them naked and smell jokes. Also, the whole merchandising. Thinking the author isn't using this as a vehicle to draw his fetishes is as naive as thinking Blizzard believed in the LGBTQ stuff they put out.Among other reasons, because that's literally what the author was doing before MIA.

>>88977527> how many episodes is this getting?its unconfirmed as of right now, but I would assume we'll just get 12/13 and (hopefully) more later. As things are, the anime will most likely end soon after the red dragon fight/resurrection. maybe ending on pic relate page.
>>88992420how is it a good analogy, the 80s and 90s was filled with mass produced tie-in slop and yearly entries in big franchises. the only difference now is that half of it seems to be tie-ins with some literally who chinaman web novels instead of LNs
>>88973965This.Fantasy always being fucking drab nowadays blows. Fantasy means it can be fantastical. Not everywhere needs to be a depressing shithole covered in filth and illiterate peasants. All the most passionate arguments I've been in on /tg/ boil down to some tard basically making the argument that "Fantasy is usually coded off of medieval Europe, so if things don't conform to my incredibly cynical impression of medieval Europe the setting is broken."Which is an ignorant as fuck statement.Just because a setting's culture is coded off of a recognizable real-world culture for recognizability's sake does not mean it needs to be a direct 1 to 1 copy of that culture. It's on a different planet with a different history with different physical laws inherent to the universe. Shit shouldn't even be close to Earth culture.
>>88986831>/tg/ is the only board you'll ever needUnless you want to discuss traditional games./tg/ is incredibly bad for that.
>>88993137>How is the gambling den different than the pub. Both have gambling!Because the slop wasn't touted as "The good stuff". Where extreme magical realm garbage isn't some niche OVA, its the mainstream show with multiple seasons.Only a UTTER RETARD would not understand how the economic implosion of the 90s catastrophically damaged the industry. Yeah if you are a coomer and only came for anime for the garbage slop, your in heaven right now, and probably can't tell the difference for what was lost because you never cared.
>>88993686>Because the slop wasn't touted as "The good stuff".It never was boomer. The "trash" that people call "good" was really touted as the fun stuff that has thought and care put into it, like Mad Bull 34 and Angel Cop or pic related for a more recent example.
>>88993906>It never was boomerNot a boomer, I just despise my own generation.Anyway its a waste of time. The gambling addicts just geuinly can't tell, and don't care. It's genuinly talking to the mentally impaired. Im not gonna get anywhere.
>>88993906I'm the other anon. You had anime like Iria where you'd get fanservice bits and they were clearly shoved in and out of place. Now you have fanservice with a plot that's shoved in and out of place. Then of course there was hentai and waifushittery even back then but it wasn't what would get touted as the good anime. Most likely you could enjoy anime without even touching the hentai and fanservice oriented shit. Now it's impossible.
>>88994181I mean, this was some literally who anime in 1994https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W76-yIbb6JQEven the intros were great. I miss this shit man.
>>88993961So you're a wanker then. Glad we established that.>>88994181>Most likely you could enjoy anime without even touching the hentai and fanservice oriented shit. Now it's impossible. But you still can. It's about 2-3 shows per season, but it's there. Now if you're looking for specifically sci-fi, you're out of luck. Actual sci-fi is more or less dead with maybe 2 shows in a year. Last three memorable shows were if you mixed inception with minority report, style over substance cyberpunk, and the cyberpunk anime proper that would fit your criteria.
>>88994629I wish more people knew/appreciated thunderbolt fantasy, it's such a cool series with a passionate crew

>>88993224funny thing is that real medieval Europe didn't look like that either. >>88995530People end up with very weird preconceptions based on whats 'believable' when reality is sometimes stranger than fiction.
>>88995530>black was an expensive dyeI am not sure if dyeing things black is any more difficult than finding black pigment, but black pigment is made by burning things like bone or other materials, even today. It's probably the easiest pigment to make. Maybe you're mixing it up with blue or purple?
>>88973346I just hope we get more Namari porn thanks to the anime.
Testing's come to a halt, it turns out the custom animations to make the tail work are making the game crash and I'm not sure why because there's no error message, just an instant crash. It seems to be something that's happening after exporting the animation files and converting them to a file type DD1 can read. Currently trying to contact someone who know the software better to figure out what's going on.
>>88973346Marcille looks even cuter than I expected.
Oh great a le comfycute fantasy “lol FEWD XD” show.DnD is already plagued with this shit. Ed Greenwood is obsessed with food. Now you remember that game Dragon’s Crown.
>>88999334shoo, go away you nofun goblinfood has always been a staple of adventure>88999334this is a sign that the tg gods hate you
>>88999334t. Doesn’t like good food.
>>88999334Cry about it.
>>88999334>Now you remember that game Dragon’s Crown.I do, it was great, it's a shame it never got an expanded version.
>>88998818I'm not sure if the technology existed at the time to extract black (real black, many not-black colors were called the same in that period, for example black and dark blue were the same for medieval Scandinavians) from these ingredients. Black pigment was hard to get so clothes in that color were extremely expensive, Only the rich could afford such colors as black, red or blue. The poor used yellow, brown or green
>>88982373>>88982849I imagine Senshi's reaction to fast food to be similar to that one guy on youtube with the iron chef dad, just taking shitty fast food and making it gourmet.
>>88975805please, race mix.
>>88982849>>88982373>>89004321Kui actually did a comic about this. Senshi's moreso a 'just eat that stuff in moderation' kind of guy.
>>89001554>Black pigment was hard to get so clothes in that color were extremely expensive,Dude if you burn some twigs you get charcoal which is black pigment
>>89004456isn't charcoal a pretty bad dye that fades pretty quickly?
>>88999334I have no idea how people can engage with food they don't eat. It's some of the most braindead form of entertainment, just ooh and ahh at a process you don't want to learn and presentation shots that you can't taste and then watching people eat the stuff like a cuck while you microwave hot pockets. This comic is just this and waifubait, all the way through. But I still wanna fuck fat ears
>>89004456nta but I imagine he was referring to dye rather than just pigment. you can get black pigment from charcoal but if you're trying to dye clothes black you can't just slap the charcoal on it since it'll just wash out. You gotta mix it with other shit and even then it'd generally wash out a fair bit anyway to become grey rather than actual black. Also those strong black dyes can damage fabric a fair bit more than other dyes (because it often uses iron to make the shade darker), so if you were a poor person who couldn't afford to replace clothing that often then you wouldn't bother dyeing something black to begin with.
>>89004470There is a difference between a dye and a pigment AFAIK (a pigment is particles which you suspend in a medium, a dye is chemically bound to the medium), which is why I asked in the earlier post. Blacks are rather stable pigments as are most organic earth pigments. Dyeing things black by all means shouldn't be hard, but I know little about coloring textiles.
>>89004438Pretty reasonable take desu
>>88973346Not a fan of the art style, I hate this new semi 3dish effect that characters in a lot of newer shows are starting to have, I'm sure it's tracing over cgi or something because it's so smooth but it's also off putting
>>89004540a dye changes the colour through a chemical reaction while a paint is like a glue binding the pigment to whatever surface. you can paint stuff black easily but dying it is another thing entirely
>>88973346>joke about them picking Aqua's VA for Marcille>while not exactly having Amamiya as voice, she still sounds bratty and Aqua-likeWell, you reap what you sow I guess. Hopefully her normal voice won't be that high-pitched.
>>88982955Honestly it's hard to appreciate RoT unless you're really familiar with Romance of the Three Kingdoms, for all the ways it retells and deliberately subverts the plot told in the classical Romance.
>>89005047This, I hope her regular speaking voice sounds normal, Marcille is funny but she shouldn't sound like a silly high pitched mess ALL the time.
>>88973346> show friend the trailer since I want him to get into dungeon meshi> first thing he says after watching it is "Man, why are the elf girls ears so round?"
>>89005089Haha fat ears, fat ears!
>>89005089>>89005091Marcille's fat ears are just that hard to leave unnoticed.
>>89005120I wanna touch em.
>>89005335We know Laios
>>89005335Are sterile half-elf (kek) ears erogenous zones like real elves?
>>89005085I will give Trigger the benefit of doubt on this one, so far the scenes animated are from the first chapters when Marcille bitched at the top of her lungs. Though I won't deny that pic related is going to be a blast.Hopefully the upcoming PVs show her calm demeanor.
>>88973346It's surprising how chad Laius seems in the trailer. In the mange he always was a tall, weirdo autist from the first page.
>>89005089Seriously tho, of all the ways one can be a half-ear, she got hit with the most noticeable. Those round things won't ever allow her to pass as the pureblood she wants to be.
>>88976398Would this not fall under the Commander Keen rule? It'd be a stretch, but fuck you, Dungeon Meshi is awesome, /a/ shouldn't get to hog it all to itself.
>>88977516>gore pedo ecchi with a preschooler sniffing the farts of a monsterYeah no i'll pass
>>89004508This is what I was told by someone who knows his shit (so I trust him, is the point). It's KEEPING it black that's the key, so if you wore black a lot you were either boasting that you could afford the expensive stuff, or you could afford to replace it. Hence the predominance in paintings, where even then you're wearing your 'Sunday best'.
>>88993431No, it’s still pretty good for that, long as your ideas aren’t shit at least
>>88973346Senshi and Chilchack voices are fine but I really don't like the ones they chose for Laius and Marcille.Still happy that Kui will get more popular
>>88980144>/tg/ only accepts /pol/tard mods and jannies unfortunately. So you should fit right in, Nazimod.>Yes, the movies. The books are more commonly referred to by the The Hobbit collectively.Source: my ass.>This board is a disgrace to traditional gamingSorry, Your Holiness. Didn't realise the Pontifex Ludus was in the thread.>If I did it for free I would purge this board of all the swill that has infested it and make it actually be about traditional games.Enjoy your dead board devoid of any actual discussion and content. Oh! I forgot. Enjoying things is forbidden too.
>>88980144>referred to as The HobbitSince when? Also you can still run in traffic
>>89007987Laius sounds like generic protagonist man, which was somewhat to be expected. Hopefully the VA has the range to do his autistic side when the time comes. I didn't want Marchille to be a screeching harpy, but I always imagine her to have a little bit of an annoying voice, especially when she gets whiny.
>>88975323It's good, but the official translation is lazy and the people involved don't deserve to be paid for their subpar work.
>>88980144It appears /tg/'s superiority has led to some controversey.
>>88975666Doesn't seem likely to happen at this point. Laius is too autistic to actually pursue a woman.
>>88978713Sounds like a massive improvement. Our media is being murdered by people who actively hate the hobbies they invade.
>>88973651>Studio trigger is supposed to be making this right? The hell happened with it?Gave it to their shitty team (the ones behind Kill la Kill) instead of their good team (the ones behind Little Witch Academia).
>>88978713>Studio's owner>does nothing actually productive, speaks for his animator>Animator>Is perfectly happy doing what he loves, why would he get into anime if he doesn't want to make anime?Good to see even in Japan front-office suits are useless parasites who don't know what they're talking about.
>>89008152>>89008174>coomershit made by coomer for coomers
>>89008246Yep. People like you can go work a few extra hours at the office or pray or whatever inane shit you want us to do rather than enjoy ourselves. You won't be missed.
>>89008395Porn addiction moment
>>88999205Update, turns out the crashing was unrelated to the graphics and I was just a dumbass and forgot to replace the class name in the code for weapon and armor stat data. Graphics are still broken, but it's fixable, bigger deal is the tooltips not displaying right. If I make good time, it should be ready by Memorial Day.
