As in its not gonna have as many spikes and such but if you are willing to oay you can get all sorts of art and designs put onto it. My personal armor irl is covered in patterns and latin script. Being a skeleton probably would mean you have a lot less weight and a lot more strength per your body mass so you could really handle it well. Its just probably going to require some extra enchantments to fit you right simce like you said you are a skeleton, on the other hand you could do something like fill out the parts that would require meat with wood to wrap your bones, this would give you a ton more protection against blunt weapons as well as possibly giving you a bit of bouyancy in case you wanted to float.
