Requesting a human college of creation bard/GOOlock/order cleric. If you don't have any idea what any of that is, no problem. Requesting a phoenix harpy cult leader. She is wearing the vestments in the middle along with the belt to the far left with the symbol of a phoenix etched into it (though you're free to take artistic liberties with the appearance of either). She also has medium to long vibrant orange/red hair, amber orange eyes, very long tailfeathers similar to the harpy right of the vestments trailing behind her from underneath the vestments and has a generally mature look to her like the bottom right ref. She's smoking a pipe that she's holding up with a sleeve covered wing that has what appears to be a fire elemental coming out of it and has a blazing, fiery aura surrounding her form.Sort of a concept for an antagonist I had where the planet is basically a giant egg containing a giant, sleeping baby phoenix with its parent being the sun. Essentially she's trying to wake it up early so it can manifest into its own star and create new life in the universe, which would obviously destroy most of the world in the process.

His clothing is Asian-themed (we are playing in an eastern setting) all very tattered as they have been salvaged from defeated foes, and worn without change until they fall apart. His focal piece is his oni-themed mask with a long thick mane of white hair, he almost never removes this.

I've got a creepy idea for a Lamia monster re-design; the cat one in the MM, not the snake ones.human all over. It has creepy-flexible body posture so that it can move hexapodaly if it wants to. Like a sexy tentacle-less displacer beast. Or the new Fiends of Slannesh but without the backwards-ness.it could plausibly scrunch up to pass as a human wearing a bustle and a long dress.

It's primary arms should both end with double barrelled pump action shotguns based on the DP-12 (top right), with a set of secondary arms (attached at the back of the shoulder joint like the top left image) holding the foregrip for stability and to work the guns' action. The overall colour scheme should be dark/gunmetal grey with accents in orange, black, and white. Any glowy bits should be red or orange instead of the cyan in the ref.
