So
P(random W is rotten) = (.52/.13)*(X/Y)
P(random A is rotten) = (.24/.69)*(X/Y)
P(W_r)/P(A_r) = (.52*.69)/(.13*.24) = 11.5

So a randomly chosen watermelon is 11.5 times more likely to be rotten than a randomly chosen apple.
