how are they!?!?!
>>
>>14094824
Idk, but I find it fascinating that many people -even well educated people- have a hard time understanding it.
>>
There are issues with accepted evolutionary theories.
they ignore evidence such as giant human skeletons several metres tall whose multiple reports are actively excised from historical record for some nefarious purpose.

There is also the whole problem with their ideas of sedimentation layers taking decades to form when multiple experiments have proven fast sedimentation and stratification.
Not even starting on the topic of fast fossilisation and mud fossils.
Or gigantic mile long rock formations that bear uncanny resemblance to a giant elephant with rock layers and caves matching tissue differences and blood vessels...but that might be going too far down the /x/ path
I can post links for all of these points if you want them.

Look, what the Christkikes don't get is that we've never taken them seriously. They flocked here from FreeRepublic, GLP, and other boomer haunts in 2016. But their very presence on 4chan, a degenerate anime-porno site, is the mark against their professed dogma, and nothing they can do can change that. Their presence is 10,000 times louder than their words. They're self-refuting. They have no conviction. They don't really believe in living a clean life. We high-IQ fedoras will never see them as anything more than a parody of themselves. The world is leaving Christkikes behind, and it's a pleasure to behold.

It's a good century. Christkikes are dropping like flies. Christianity doesn't thrive in information-sharing ages. It's always needed to hide in the corner of rational enquiry, seething that the Earth revolves around the sun, that dinosaurs existed, that humans have evolved, etc. Literally one of the first things we learn in the Christkike Bible is that the Christkike God hates knowledge. Christianity can thrive only when it has the power to burn people and books. Without that power, it flops impotently and has to be tea-bagged by everything from Harry Potter to black metal.

How did he come to that conclusion? Speculation? We don't have Neanderthal Y-DNA or mtDNA. Only possible mixtures would have to be N male + HS female with only the girls from this mix breeding OR HS male + N female with only the males from this mix breeding, right? Or is this wrong? Other possibilities might have been selected against in the long run for whatever reason (some fuckery on X or Y chromosomes), naturally infertile, or the mixed population was small and experienced some event that lead to this.

Trying to do some further research on this,
https://theoutline.com/post/6241/what-does-it-mean-to-have-neanderthal-dna
From 2017;
>At first, the emails told me that I had more Neanderthal DNA than 92 percent of users. But now, that number has risen to 96 percent — I have 318 instances of Neanderthal-gene variants across my 23 chromosome pairs, which is somehow more than either of my parents.
So with 318 alleles, and
>Using this definition, though, do we have agreement on the number of protein-coding genes? The short answer is no. The human genome began with the assumption that our genome contains 100,000 protein-coding genes, and estimates published in the 1990s revised this number slightly downward, usually reporting values between 50,000 and 100,000. The two initial human genome papers reported 31,000 [2] and 26,588 protein-coding genes [3], and when the more complete draft of the genome appeared in 2004 [4], the authors estimated that a complete catalog would contain 24,000 protein-coding genes. The Ensembl human gene catalog described in that paper (version 34d) had 22,287 protein-coding genes and 34,214 transcripts.
(Salzberg, S.L. Open questions: How many genes do we have?. BMC Biol 16, 94 (2018).)

Combining this, we get 318/22000 which is less than 1.5%. I assume they don't check the whole genome, and maybe (for whatever reason) they happen to be testing regions that have more Neanderthal DNA? Which is how we hear about results like 5% etc.
>>

Because it's not a proper scientific theory
Even Darwin's finches were recently discovered to not be evolving. They adapt from inheritable epigenetics while their gene frequency stays almost entirely constant, thus not meeting the definition of evolution which is a change in gene frequency of a population.

When you get get something wrong and think it was right for 150 years it's kinda means you don't have a valid theory: you are just guessing and getting lucky if observations accidentally match your guess.
>>
>>14096560
>I assume they don't check the whole genome
"They" don't. That classic headfake propaganda that we have "97% shared DNA with monke" is only looking at protein coding DNA, which is only 1% of all DNA. So they're saying if we selectively look at just 1% of our DNA then we share almost that entire 1% with monke. Pretty sure the rest is not shared and is vastly different because if it wasn't they'd happily say so.

This is actually a good answer to OP question: if they taught anything properly it would reveal how much of a hoax evolutionary origin and common ancestry hypotheses really are.
>>
>>14096845
>the equality the Bible speaks about isn't physical or cognitive (maybe "spiritual"?)
Correct, it's spiritual or equal in the eyes of God. For instance the Phillistines were a race of powerful giants. The Bible openly says this. The Bible never implies races are equal by human standards. If one race can be bigger and stronger there is no reason to think one race can't be smarter.

If you want to get hung up on the Bible being literal you should read a hyper literal translation, or learn the original language. It makes no sense to take a translation literally because many words have no literal translation....

This is what Genesis reads like literally in the Concordant Literal Translation, it's pretty whacky to see what Hebrew literally means in English without interpretation and context we see in translations meant for every day English reading: https://studybible.info/CLV/Genesis Every "contradiction" in Genesis can be cleared up by realizing you are not supposed to take a non literal translation literally.

Religion plays a big factor when it comes to not properly educating children on evolution. This is not to say that all religious people have a deep seated distrust in science or suffer from a lack of scientific literacy because this is evidently not the case.
Religious extremism is on the far side of the spectrum and is the exception and not the rule. Unfortunately it just so happens to be that in the west many of these religious extremists are the ones in power and dictating who gets to teach what to children in schools. Compound this with the fact that many states have loopholes in the differing educational systems and their laws consequently allowing for there to be thousands of schools across the USA that will not teach evolution and thousands more that will teach biblical creationism as historic and scientific fact.

you can stand behind evolution as "proven fact" or whatever only because of your unfamiliarity with darwin's text, which is nearly 200 year old and is badly in need of revision to account for subsequent scientific discoveries. in the 1850s, when the concepts embodied in modern evolutionary thought were developed, science considered earth to be a garden of eden with a never changing climate and never changing geology in darwin's day. evidence of mass extinction events, ice ages, tectonic activity and other factors were discovered subsequent to darwin and are still not accounted for in the 1850s theory. darwin didn't know about dna or chromosomes or any of that either, theres a lot of stuff in the origin of the species which is at odds with modern science.

In Europeans the majority of remaining neanderthal genes are related to the following phenotypes:
>chronotype
>visual cortex size and forehead slope
>immune traits
>fat distribution
>bodily responses to uv radiation

Neanderthals had been in inbreeding for so long and so persistently that they had built up a large amount of weakly deleterious mutations which got purged when human population sizes increased enough for selection to do its thing.

*In Europeans* neanderthal variants are depleted in the brain. Even the neanderthal variants which we do have which act in the brain are under expressed in comparison to human derived variants.

Interestingly enough neanderthals reintroduced genes to humans which we carried at one point but slowly lost in our lineage, while the neanderthals never lost them.

Evolution as a working model is only legitimately useful in a handful of scientific fields and, as general knowledge, doesn’t really provide anything of value to a high school student. The only reason it’s taught at all is because it makes Christians REEE and certain academic types enjoy that kind of trolling. If it wasn’t for the culture war aspect of it, evolution would be taught on the same scale as the hard shell model of the atom.

>The premise of evolution correct
The barebones unfalsifiable idea that heredity + change + selection = change in basic gene frequency of a population (evolution) is correct, sure. Any extrapolation past that is conjecture, such as developing complexity in a given timeframe via only natural guidance, new traits spreading to the entire species, and post-zygotic speciation (with the exclusive exception of plants). People only assume these things did happen in the past and did happen due to evolution.

It's an "is ought" fallacy based on circular reasoning (it's perfect because it never changed and it never changed because it's perfect and aught to stay that way if it's perfect) but sure, it's not entirely implausible. The problem comes along when some of these living fossils clearly don't meet the evolutiontard's definition of perfectly evolved with no need to change for hundreds of millions of years. Coelacanth is the most famous living fossil and is currently almost extinct and it's not due to mankind. It's impossible to rationally claim it's perfectly evolved for it's niche, especially when there is almost complete niche overlap with sharks and the competitive exclusion principle requires that Coelacanth would have gone extinct hundred+ million years ago due to this, or been pushed out of the same niche as sharks. This is all blissfully ignored by evolutionists and geologists.

They each appear hundreds of millions of years ago at a specific strata-layer then DISSAPEARED and seen NO WHERE ELSE on the Geological column.

>they already came and went, long ago<
